Very friendly staff on reception, they spoke excellent English and helped us find our way around Prague. Our newly furnished room was great. The breakfast was very tasty and there was lots to choose from. Overall an excellent hotel!! No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room

Only positive points: the heating was working and the location is perfect when visiting the o2 Arena (3 minutes walk away) Our floor was under construction so a lot of noise, also on saturday and sunday!! Nothing was workin in the bathroom, loose dripping tap and shower- head, even the actual toilet was loose, so we had to be very careful using it. Staff was polite at best, but generally avoided answering any of our questions. The pool is only open a few hours morning and night, otherwise you can book it for an additional fee.

The employees were very polite and kindness. The room was extra clear and they check it daily. It is a very good choise to use for see-Prague tour. They are not in the centre but not far from it. You have good public transport and there is near a plaza too and the O2 areana (For concerts). For this money the room and the hotel was totally excellent. The breakfast was enough and many kind of meals, like ham and eggs, sausages, salamies, cheeses,muzlies, tea, coffee, chocholate, different kind of breads, fruits and fruit juices. So If i go again Prague to sightseeing I choose this hotel again. Maybe the buildings in this distinct is not soo nice but there wereno problems with the location or the people. I have no negative opinion about the hotel or the whole stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood far from the city center. However it is only 2 minutes walk from the metro station to the city and it is only 15 min ride in metro. It is perfect for people who go to concert at the O2 arena since it is 2 blocks away from it. And the hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay. Probably the best in that area.

- Top modernisierte Zimmer in einer Ausstattung die wir als junges Paar auch selber in unsere Wohnung integrieren würden (entgeiles Bad) - Personal sehr hilfsbereit und konnte sehr gut Deutsch - trotz Stadthotel eine große gemütliche Terrasse - gute Metroanbindung - leckeres Frühstück - Getränkepreise fast wie im Kiosk --> rundum begeistert

In het hotel werd de laatste hand gelegd aan een grondige renovatie. De kamer is werkelijk schitterend en uitgerust met alle wenselijke faciliteiten. Ook het zwembad, de mooie parking en het restaurant (aanrader!) overtoffen mijn verwachtingen. Jammer dat het terras nog niet was ingericht, want het was er al best weer voor. Ik begreep dat er nieuw meubilair besteld was.

Blízkost k O2 Aréně. Čistota pokoje. Naprostý propadák byla kuchyně: - snídaně byla hrozné - neustále něco chybělo, výběr byl značně omezený. Jedna snídaně nám stačila, poté už jsme si ji zajistili jinde. - ještě hůře dopadla večeře, nedoporučuji brambory s vejcem a slaninou - je to velmi masné a určitě ne, to co by člověk očekával, naprosto nedostatečný byl i výběr vína. Hotel je výborný na přespání, veškeré jídlo doporučuji si zajistit jinde.

Moderní hotel, krásné, nově zrekonstruované pokoje, milý personál. Po náročném dni oceníte možnost relaxace v bazénu a sauně. Velkým plusem je shopping centrum vzdálené jen pár kroků. Hotel určitě doporučím svým známým.

Отель чистый и уютный. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Есть небольшой, но удобный бассейн, которым гости могут свободно пользоваться утром и вечером. Отель расположен в достаточно удаленном от центра районе Праги - как в самом отеле, так и рядом с ним тихо и спокойно. Но на общественном транспорте до центра города можно добраться за 10-15 минут, поэтому не чувствуешь себя отрезанным от главных достопримечательностей. По соотношению цены и качества вариант очень неплохой.

poloha vzhladom miesta konania akcie na ktoru som siel. neochotny personal..prisiel som sa zaregistrovat , recepcna este 5 min kludne telefonovala s tatinkom ako sa ma a nas si nevsimala. parkovanie v garazi nevedela vysvetlit, vysvetlovala slovnikom " takto to ASI bude". slaba informacia o pobyte tj. restauracia, wellnes, vobec nic, iba tu mate kluce a hotovo. nase odhlasenie tiez sprevadzalo rozcarovanie s dost nervoznou recepcnou, asi ze musela byt chuda v praci..uplne neprijemna pani..teda obe co sme za dva dni stretli boli uplne neprofesionalne a neochotne.izby nic moc,buchot z vedlajsich izieb strasny- boli ubytovani mladi nemci ktorych nevedeli utisit.
