Only positive points: the heating was working and the location is perfect when visiting the o2 Arena (3 minutes walk away)

Our floor was under construction so a lot of noise, also on saturday and sunday!! Nothing was workin in the bathroom, loose dripping tap and shower- head, even the actual toilet was loose, so we had to be very careful using it. Staff was polite at best, but generally avoided answering any of our questions. The pool is only open a few hours morning and night, otherwise you can book it for an additional fee.

The employees were very polite and kindness. The room was extra clear and they check it daily. It is a very good choise to use for see-Prague tour. They are not in the centre but not far from it. You have good public transport and there is near a plaza too and the O2 areana (For concerts). For this money the room and the hotel was totally excellent. The breakfast was enough and many kind of meals, like ham and eggs, sausages, salamies, cheeses,muzlies, tea, coffee, chocholate, different kind of breads, fruits and fruit juices. So If i go again Prague to sightseeing I choose this hotel again.

Maybe the buildings in this distinct is not soo nice but there wereno problems with the location or the people. I have no negative opinion about the hotel or the whole stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood far from the city center. However it is only 2 minutes walk from the metro station to the city and it is only 15 min ride in metro. It is perfect for people who go to concert at the O2 arena since it is 2 blocks away from it. And the hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay. Probably the best in that area.

Goede locatie (vlakbij O2 arena), goede bedden en prima schone badkamer.Ontbijt-lunch en warme maaltijden uitstekend. Gezellige bar. Goed personeel. Receptie uitstekend, helpt overal mee. Wij waren helemaal tevreden, komen terug als we naar Praag gaan. Anton en Siny Pots, Almelo

Misschien de taal? Matig Engels en/of Duits muv de receptie, dat was prima!

Dobrý pomer kvality a ceny, príjemná atmosféra,ústretový a milý personál.

Personeel is hartelijk en behulpzaam, kamers zijn goed, hget ontbijtb is voldoende zeker voor de prijs.

Kleine onvolkomend heden, bv Lamp stuk niet vervangen, de gerenoveerde badkamen heeft een raamk wat zo hoog zit datr het niet bedienbaar is, het is wel zom dat de badkamers waar veen raam zit de afzuiging niet aangesloten is

Hôtel très confortable et bien situé avec un accès facile aux transports en commun (métro et tram) pour le centre historique de Prague. Le tarif discount en fait un excellent rapport qualité/prix (100 €/jour pour 2 chambres, petit-déjeuners compris). Le personnel de l'accueil parle anglais et l'hôtel est calme.

Отель чистый и уютный. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Есть небольшой, но удобный бассейн, которым гости могут свободно пользоваться утром и вечером. Отель расположен в достаточно удаленном от центра районе Праги - как в самом отеле, так и рядом с ним тихо и спокойно. Но на общественном транспорте до центра города можно добраться за 10-15 минут, поэтому не чувствуешь себя отрезанным от главных достопримечательностей. По соотношению цены и качества вариант очень неплохой.
