Hotel Carol  

Hotel has 3* and for that category is very well equiped. Room we stayed in was very well equipped, spacious, even with its own Nesspreso cafe machine! In its vicinity is O2 arena and shoping mall "Harfa" where you can find all you need. Quiet and nice area with lots of little restaurants and tavernas.

The bathroom was spacious but it needed some renovation.

Staff was extreamly friendly and helpful. Thank you for that, I really appreciated! The hotel is new and modern, nice place to stay, very comfortable. I can really recommend to anyone.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a swimming pool was a bonus as we had our grandchildren with us so they loved that.

Rooms were modern. All the hotel was very clean and tidy. Nice, comfortable bar area, great when travelling alone with good service. Very good breakfast.

I have lost the residence parking card, the manager of the hotel returned me deposit even without having card back. Good breakfast nice swimming pool.

You have to pay if you would like to prolongate check out, this have hapenned to me for the first time in Praha, none of the hotels I have stayed asked me for similar thing.

Easy access to tube from where you can easy get to town centre. Shopping centre and O2 arena near bay, very good breakfast

My room wasn't too clean

That it's v close to the Tram stop n Metro. Good breakfast and decent helpful staff !!

Bed linen wasn't changed even once in 4 days !!!

easy location and access

We stayed here to see the rock band Muse at the O2 arena which is within walking distance, but I really loved the hotel and would stay here for other occasions also. The restaurant and bar are fantastic. The decor and cleanliness are excellent and make this a really great bargain.

Wasn't aware that they have a parking garage and that you have to request a space. Fortunately, we found a parking spot on the street right in front of the hotel, but it's more secure and convenient to park it in the garage.

Location, breakfest, and the pool that was great for the kids after sightseeing.

it was close to concert hall

For a budget-friendly hotel, Carol seemed close to perfect. I loved the design and how everything was so convenient. The dresser in the room had plenty of hangers and space (which I find rare in all the other hotels I've stayed in). Right next to the door was a separate shelf for storing your shoes and shopping bags, and for hanging your coat. It's very close to the o2 arena so it was very convenient for us as we specifically went to Prague to watch a concert. It's also about five minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station so going to the city center was a breeze. If you need to buy anything, a Tesco can be reached within 3 mins, and the Galerie Harfa mall is also nearby. The breakfast included in the room price was excellent as we had a lot of choices. They had many different types of bread and cereals. And it wasn't just the usual boring fare of cold cuts and cheese; there were also a selection of hot sausages, bacon, and eggs (sunny side up, or scrambled, or hard-boiled).

There was only one trash bin in the room, and it was inside the toilet and really small. It would have been more convenient if there was another bigger one beneath the sink and by the desk. One minor annoyance: in the morning of our last day, there was no electricity from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. According to the staff this was due to some problems with the electric company. This was obviously out of the hotel's control; however, it shows that the hotel does not have a power generator in case of outages.

The Breakfast is very limited , and when you come to eat you will smell smoking because the smoking place to near to breakfast room , This is very annoying .

Vrey clean modern designed hotel... Not noisy...breakfast was good too. I spent one night there I liked a lot this hotel becouse of cleaness.

Position. I know prague so I knew where was it situated for the first time traveller its quite far away from old centre. Very well connected with tram. At night theres nobody all around. Its residential qt.

Renovated hotel with perfect family rooms, good breakfast and smaal but good restaurant and bar. Little pool and 100m from the tram station. Clean and cosy

The only small negative thing is that the total neighborhood is under construction. Despite the fact that the hotel is renovated the windows are not totaly noise isolated and at 7pm they start working.

Nice rooms, great breakfast buffet, good staff , free wifi, nice bar too.

only a bit parking places available

Garage parking was ideal for us. We left our car there for the whole duration and used public transport to visit the attractions in Prague. Rooms are very clean and the Hotel is situated in a safe area very close to O2 arena and Galerie Harfa [a large shopping complex].

Good location, quiet environment and - yes! - Prague! For sure, I will come back there. I like those smaller hotels, no big network with thousands clients. Even breakfast can be enjoyed with decent ammount of time. And what I like is a mattress and pillows, You can always recognize that the owner spent some time here to check if it's OK.

Well, parking place entry is narrow, I had to take carebof my bmw x3.

Nice hotel, good value for money

Spacious room, clean, 5 minute walk to metro station (5 metro stops to city center), excellent breakfast buffet.

It's out in a commercial/industrial area with few decent restaurants, which is not great if you like to dine near your hotel. It is close to a big stadium and there's lots of construction going on so the surroundings are not very nice as of Sept 2012. However, I'm guessing the area will look a lot nicer and have better restaurants in a year or two when construction is completed.

Long distance from te cita centre

Very kind, English speaking staff; Very comfortable and clean rooms; Good location-close to Cheskomoravska metro station.
