Very hospitable and comfortable. Very good location. Nice team. Nice breakfast. Very quiet and romantic full of atmosphere. Wired internet connection didn't work at room and I had to go down to the lobby to use it. There are no elevators and a lot of stair which might pose an issue for older guests or guests disabilities.

Private and secluded hotel 5 minutes walk to bars, cafes, restaurants, old town square, and river walks/cruises. Excellent breakfast managed by attentive staff. Reception helpful with concert bookings and general advice. 'Double room' turned out to be 3 large rooms overlooking church and grounds. Disappointed dinner menu wasn't promoted, ended up on arrival going next door for excellent czech dinner at reasonable price.

Very plain and clean room, excellent value for your money in old town, and I've stayed in many other places in Prague. Breakfast a highlight-- excellent selection and friendly wait and front desk staff. Would stay there again.

The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to some good restaurants the and old town square. It is an interesting building being a former monastery so some long corridors and courtyards to pass through to go to your room. We stayed in a suite which is like an apartment with an entrance and separate sitting room so plenty of space if staying more than a weekend. The staff were very compliant when I asked to change rooms and booking a taxi. The room furnishings are a bit worn and some bathrooms a little older. Some bathrooms have been recently refurbished and are very luxurious (5 star) but the furnishings in the room have not been updated to the same spec (3 star)..The hotel restaurant was not open until April and the bar did not appear to open so facilities on site limited to breakfast.

The location was perfect - the area around the hotel was nice and quiet, yet the city centre is within walking distance. The room was nice and big, the mini-bar was cheap and the breakfast was good.

Very pleasant place. Perfect location. Close to the city center, sights and shopping facilities. 5Min to Staromestska square on foot. Good breakfast. Nice two-storey rooms with bathroom on 2nd floor.Very lovely,romantic place.

The Location was wonderful. It's within easy walking distance of The Old Square, but also far enough away to be quieter and less congested. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They also gave us a room with a tub for no extra cost. That was very nice at the end of our long trip! It was basically clean - the bathrooms were clean and such - but the carpets needed vacuuming badly. The WiFi is only available in the lobby, which is not terribly convenient. It wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped - particularly our room, which had several windows that overlooked a street. The street seemed quiet, but there was a garbage truck that came in the wee small hours of the morning every day, and one day stayed extra long while compacting trash or something. It was very noisy. Also at night there was some noisy foot traffic from the nearby pub.

The location was excellent. It locates10 min walk from the old city. The hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants, posh bakery and excellent pub in good residential area. The room is much differenct from the picture on their website, small with law celing, long walk to the 3rd floor without lift, quite disapointed.

Relaxed and quiet location but also only 10 mins walk from old town square. Excellent in many aspects and good room / suite. Some of cleanliness in bathroom. Some basic requirements missing such as welcome book / noted giving times of breakfast / check out etc. The hotel just needs a bit of care and attention in places.
