Very friendly staff upgraded on arrival great location.

Only small problem rooms were not ready at 2pm .

Excellent hotel, in heart of old town. Luxury and very clean rooms. Helpful staff, breakfast very good. Peaceful neibourghood quarantees sweet dreams.

It's a nice hotel from all aspects. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. But it was the location at a very affordable price that clinched it for me

The hotel didn't have any double duvets and the single duvets were too small. We were staying as a couple and wanted a big duvet which the hotel needs to buy in plenty!!

The Location was wonderful. It's within easy walking distance of The Old Square, but also far enough away to be quieter and less congested. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They also gave us a room with a tub for no extra cost. That was very nice at the end of our long trip!

It was basically clean - the bathrooms were clean and such - but the carpets needed vacuuming badly. The WiFi is only available in the lobby, which is not terribly convenient. It wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped - particularly our room, which had several windows that overlooked a street. The street seemed quiet, but there was a garbage truck that came in the wee small hours of the morning every day, and one day stayed extra long while compacting trash or something. It was very noisy. Also at night there was some noisy foot traffic from the nearby pub.

Relaxed and quiet location but also only 10 mins walk from old town square. Excellent in many aspects and good room / suite.

Some of cleanliness in bathroom. Some basic requirements missing such as welcome book / noted giving times of breakfast / check out etc. The hotel just needs a bit of care and attention in places.

Private and secluded hotel 5 minutes walk to bars, cafes, restaurants, old town square, and river walks/cruises. Excellent breakfast managed by attentive staff. Reception helpful with concert bookings and general advice. 'Double room' turned out to be 3 large rooms overlooking church and grounds.

Disappointed dinner menu wasn't promoted, ended up on arrival going next door for excellent czech dinner at reasonable price.

Peaceful location meant a great night's sleep during our stay. Loved the little garden/cafe area.

Excellent central but very quiet location. Building was full of character. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel staff were always helpful.

The hotel advertised a restaurant - in reality this was just a small bar area where food could be ordered off a menu only written in Czech. The buffet breakfast was adequate but not really of 4 star standard - the orange juice was actually orange squash and some of the bread was a little stale. Some bedrooms would not be suitable for people of limited fitness; my 67 year old mother was allocated a room which required climbing 3 steep flights of stairs (there are no lifts) - the hotel did offer to change the room after the first night, but my mother decided to keep it. Having said all this, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and well located, so we were happy with our stay.

Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig, kein Straßenlärm zu hören, obwohl die Lage zentral ist.

Die Sauna ist nicht inclusive, da muss man vorreservieren und für eine Stunde €65,- berappen. Der Frühstücksraum hat leider keine Fenster! Für die Fahrt zum Bahnhof hatten wir ein Taxi an der Rezeption bestellt, gefahren hat uns aber der hoteleigene Service, der weit teurer war.
