Overall very good impression from our stay with Castle View Apartments. I got my birthday present during check in which was a very pleasant surprise :0) We were traveling during flood around Chech Republic and hotel contacted us with the news about flood warning. Despite danger we managed to arrive and enjoyed our stay in perfect location right on the central square of the town. Everything is just few minutes walk from apartments. Staff is very friendly and shows care about everything you are asking about. Great people, great location, great experience for the whole family! We will come back!!!

Nothing really... Even our small problem was converted into positive impression by the hotel staff... We got some problems with WiFi not working well. However the girl from reception took it so seriously, she did not go home despite late hrs and was hardly working on trying to solve it during one hour. I started to feel sorry for giving her this troubles. We managed to connect to alternative network.

I love everything about the Apartment, the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and spacious room and the perfect location.

It is a lovely apartment in a lovely town. Just 1 minute walk from the main square. Opposite the apartment has a delicious local restaurant.

no elevator, don't have 24/7 service, I need to return the key myself in the box in front of the apartment. Just have no idea if I forgot the key during go out for dinner or a walk, what should I do without the cell phone

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, good breakfast. The manager of the hotel went out of his way when we had a problem and I consider it excellent customer service.

Wifi is inconsistent but they have resoleved this, I believe, when we left because thay changed the router.

The location was fantastic for exploring the area. The room itself was very large (we stayed in the attic castle view apartment). We had a great view of the castle and the room itself was lovely. It was a great place to stay! Highly recommended!

They are doing construction on the road right beside the hotel and they decided to start with the jackhammer at 6:00 in the morning. The plug would not seal in the bathtub so the tub would not hold water. There is no parking inside the town so parking is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Plan on bringing is only what you need so you don't have to carry suitcases over all the cobblestone streets! (This is all hotels in the area though not just this one so you can't hold it against them)

The views and location were excellent. The accommodations were super clean, well laid out and perfect for a family. You could park your car and go walk everywhere the entire trip (with kids). It was awesome!!!

The host is really nice, and the apartment were clean and spacious. The view from the apartment also impressive. Good for friends or family to stay here.

Had the Castle View Apartment at the top. Postcard view of the castle from our window. The town square is to right about 40 yards. Jiri was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Wonderful experience.

Attractive, clean apartment with comfortable beds. Central location is ideal for tourist hot spots and restaurants. Very friendly, helpful staff (especially George (Jiri)). Good self catering facilities. Highly recommended!

Some minor construction was going on just outside our apartment during stay, but staff were very apologetic about this and upgraded our apartment (moved to quieter and bigger one) at no extra cost, which was nice.

This hotel is so lovely and give you most privacy as you could have. The room is very spacious. Homemy style. This hotel has it's own characteristic. And they care for every details.

On a whole the apartment was great - location, comfort and service was fantastic.

We stayed at the castle view apartment for one night and we are very satisfied with the stay. The attic apartment is very spacious and clean, and romantically decorated. It has a small kitchen with kettle and tea. The owner, Jiri, is very helpful and gave us good restaurant recommendations. He is also very thoughtful by offering us a useful hotel guide in Chinese. The apartment is easy to find and very close to the old town square.

Our apartment doesn't have a castle view, but it doesn't bother us as the castle is visible almost everywhere in this lovely small town.

Location was superb, room was couzy and huge (we were in one of the top floor), staff didn't speak great english but were really friendly. Breakfast was ok, and having free wifi is a nice detail.

Parking is far away from the hotel, but I'm pretty sure every hotels are the same, since there is no space for cars or parkings in the town :-).

What did I NOT like about the Castle View Apartments? :)

A roof over our heads. Clean. Friendly service at the reception desk.

Our room (one of 7 in the hotel) did not have a Castle View. It didn't have any view at all. It was across the alley from a smokey restaurant. Our room had two bedrooms with queen beds, a small sitting area, a small kitchen and one very small bathroom for two couples. It would be good for a family if the kids don't mind sharing a bed. It was okay for one night.

The location was A1, so handy for everything. 2bedroom apartment was much larger than I thought it would be, with 2large bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen, very convenient. although the included breakfast was not at apartment, it was only 20 meters down the lane. I would recommend the Caste View Aartments

Location was excellent. Great sized beds and very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and shower was great.

The apartment room is good for family.
