Location is the best, everything you need is nearby
Somewhat cold in the room, very small kitchen, uncomfortable bed and furniture.
- lovely rooms and atmosphere - great location - nice price - strong wifi connection
- Wifi isnt suited for online streaming :)
Perfect location, as it is at the center of Old Town Square. You can reach all of the attractions on foot.
I don't recall that they didn't specify that no elevator was available. I travelled with my 76 year old Gran, which made it extremely difficult climbing 3 storeys a day. Also, trying to get to our apartment with our luggage was also a challenge. The staircase is very narrow. The underfloor heating was set extremely high, which made the room uncomfortably warm during the evenings. The other guests were extremely disruptive and as no staff are present during the evenings, we had no choice but to endure the noise. All of the above made the extremely high price of the apartment even more excessive.
Location was really ideal; just off the Staroměstské náměstí. You could walk to the Astronomical Clock in about 3 to 5 minutes. The room was a decent size and the kitchenette was a nice amenity. In spite of the fact that our room looked out over Týnská alley, it was quiet at night throughout most of our stay. The bed was quite comfortable.
Minor quibble: The hotel is a bit difficult to find because the street numbers are not clear and the hotel signage is not obvious. We wandered around a bit before we found it.
The apartments were beautifully decorated and very clean. Superb location - highly recommend them for this alone. I would stay here again if I returned to Prague - but on a lower floor!
Staff not particularly friendly after a very long journey - and no pre warning of being on the top floor with several steep staircases. Getting suitcases up and down was treacherous without any assistance. Very close to a bar so incredibly noisy until 5am - take ear plugs. Perhaps if the staff were a little more visitor friendly the stay would have been perfect.
Location, nearby shops and restaurants. No disturbance.
Windows was not closed properly and some amount of cold air was leaking. No shower curtain in the toilet. No lights near the main entrance at night.
The location and everything is perfect. Is posible that we Will repeat in this hotel in our futures visit to Prague.
We stayed for 2 nights with or 2 kids. The family room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was modern and very clean. My wife loved the bohemian charm of the place. Breakfast was delightful for 5€, pancakes and the toast with ham and cheese were hits. Parking was arranged for us by the staff and was close by. Location was great! Would stay again.
We stayed in December and the room was quite warm. There were 2 fans but 1 of them was loud. When we opened the windows at night we often heard people passing by all night. It is on a tight dead end street so if you drive be prepared to get stuck. The hotel is at end of the street on the right, enter were it says Cafe.
We chose your apartments for the following reasons: -proximity to old city and Christmas markets -they included a kitchenette - shabby chic decor in a charming old building 2, What did you like the most? We stayed in two apartments - one on the 3rd floor when our daughter was with us and one on the first floor when it was just my husband and I. The larger apartment was ideal for three adults, spacious and a great bathroom including the bath. It would be great if you could offer a choice of a bath in your smaller apartments. To be fair, I forgot to ask for this so in future I would ask this in the available comments box when making the booking. The cafe downstairs was charming and made a good breakfast. We learned the hard way that it is imperative to book a taxi in Prague. We did this with the first booking (two taxis for our daughter and ourselves) but forgot to book one through your website when we came back from Dresden. We were charged 600+ Kroner from the Main Railway Station to the apartment and were too tired to argue. This behaviour gives Prague a very bad name. Thank you for including this as part of your service. The taxi price guide in the room is very helpful.
What did you like the least? Strawberry and mint tea only available. When we asked if we could have some black tea we were told that was not possible. The main reason we chose an apartment was because European hotels etc do not include a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. Including a variety of teabags, instant coffee and long life milk is a simple and relatively inexpensive addition which makes all the difference for some people. We are used to having two pillows each however in both instances the apartments only come with one pillow per person. The staff, however, were most accommodating and managed to find us other pillows. While I have not problem walking up and downstairs, in fact we prefer the charm of lovely old buildings, no assistance carrying suitcases was offered. This would be a much appreciated service for most weary travellers.
Location is the best. Very nice and clean room. Geeat bath. Love the decoration and attention to small details.
The bed was not dubble bed, but two separate beds combined together. Not so comfortable. The matress was ok but abit thin.
Location location location! Dead center but still calm and quiet. Size of the room
Bathroom a bit small. Very warm even with all heating turned off?!?!
kitchen, bethroom, location..... everything was perfect!
Prague is an amazing city but going to this Apartment Hotel is giving the trip an even higher value. It is a very romantic and idyllic Apartment Hotel. The location is just perfect, just next to the cathedral and in the center of the old town. Everybody who Cappuccino, Tea and a good breakfast loves will also love this place. I recommend the pancakes... Simply delicious...
very central location clean and nice rooms
not easy to find side street not accessable via car
Excellent location Beautiful apartment hotel
Shops need a walk, so if you need milk or any snacks - need to remember buying it earlier!
- Good location, steps away from Old town square - Nice interior - Enough Space - Complimentary (welcome and goodbye gifts) - Kitchen
- You have to carry cash, no Credit Card
Clever design, artfully decorated in heart of prague. Everything worth experiencing is at your door step. Tucked away down a cobbled laneway it misses the hubbub of sightseers and night time revellers. Only the distant chime of the nearby cathedral can be heard letting those awake know the hour. my favourite stay in Prague so far!
My studio's bathroom, though scrupulously clean, was tiny and difficult to manouvor around in the middle of the night. No English speaking tv channels ... Everything else charming
location staff kitchen WiFi internet price
Searching for a good last minute deal on line for our trip to prague the next day. Found an amazing deal for two nights in an apartment smack in the middle of old town. Best location possible. Staff was a little off-putting, but so were most of the workers we had dealings with in Prague.
Need to fix the lock on the main door. It would be nice if they took credit cards, but no one does in Prague.
Two single beds
Staff was quite helpful.
There is no lift as it's a old building and biggest drawback is room size.. It's quite small.
It's a new hotel and really pretty.. Plus the location is just perfect. However, I think they have a bit of work to do as far as services are concerned. They have a 9am to 9pm reception only and there's no phone in the room. If you are a self sufficient traveller and do not need amenities like dental kit and so on, you are good!
Limited reception hours Lack of amenities like dental kit
The room was really small and unconfortable
We enjoyed our stay at this well run apartment hotel. Very spacious rooms. Clean. Helpful personnel. You would enjoy this lovely well placed hotel.
We got the last room and we had to take the attic room. It was warm up there and we had to sleep with the window open which made for some loud voicesat night. One night someone was banging on the door to be let in for half an hour. Not the fault of the hotel except we were only given one key.
