Near metro, quiet neighbourhood, clean room, lots to do sports-wise.

Unfriendly staff, hallways stink of cigarette smoke.

The staff was really kind and helpfull. The room was okay, clean but the beds were a bit hard. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but a fine continental breakfast.

However you can reach the city very well, it is not so close. It will cost you 20-25 minutes. when we stayed in hotel Cechie we cannot use the swimmingpool and sauna; we specially searched for a hotel with these facilities so that was dissapointing. We didn't get a discount for this.

close to a metro station, free parking in front of the hotel (usually in Prague it's 10-30 EUR/day), helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast

the bussers in the restaurant were a bit...rude

Value for money. Decent location, even though a little farther from the city.

Hated the ladies at the front desk. Very annoying, shrewd and of no help. The breakfast was cheap and had no quality.

That is was quiet and a reasonable price, close to the underground.

That smoking was allowed in the lobby, the only place for free Internet.

    Bath room was nice !!

FREE Internet it was just on the lobby and this is not professional. Night shift was unfriendly at all..

    Quiet, close to metro

Old fashioned and needs reparation, poor three stars really, quite rude stuff, internet for money, paid for each device separately, quite embarrassing.

All in all a positive experience, the services promised were in place and, in general, a good value for money accomodation. The hotel is not central but only 10 minutes' walk from the trains station. Breakfast offered was simple but more than satisfactory. Rooms are kept very clean though a bit outdated. Staff is kind and helpful.

Wi-Fi only in the lobby (but it was clearly stated). Lack of sockets in the room (we had to unplug one of the lamps to recharge mobile!)

The location of the hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk from the station. The city centre is just 2 metro stops away. Breakfast was good and reception staff were quite helpful. The use of pool and sauna was free.

Smoking is allowed in the lobby which is also adjacent to the breakfast room. There was a non smoking area in the hotel where we were located but you have to go through smoking areas in order to get there. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no fridge.

It is very close from the center ( 5 minute walk from the hotel to Invalidovna station on line B where you take the subway for 3 station to get at the start of old town) and have a lot of facilities.

The old man from the reception is not so polite and he respond as it would disturb by every question we asked.

Excellent reception! Near metro station and O2 Arena

smell of smoke in lobby as well as in the room. Feel like the whole hotel is a smoking area but they promote sport!

Breakfast had many options and I could also try the restaurant services: food was good. The hotel was also very clean. I did not use other hotel facilities than the room, restaurant and conference services and therefore, I cannot say much about others.

I did not like specific issues about this hotel. The hotel is far from the main attractions and city center and therefore, not tourist friendly, in my opinion. Staff was impolite and unhelpful in many issues. Taxi issues are still a problem in Prague and the staff denied to call the taxi company I had arranged with, since the hotel has an agreement with a specific company (higher cost/person than the one I had contracted). Internet can be also an issue, once it is not included in the hotel room rate. You need to contract it apart (150CZK/day). Conference rooms are small if you are a group of twenty or more.

Great place to stay on a quiet location close to the metro line. Great breakfast selection, reasonable price.

The swimming pool and the sauna usage is included in the price. However the pool personnel was impolite, almost rude. Definitely have to improve this. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and more well-equipped.
