Good value for money and an unbeatable location. Team have not really emerged from the communist culture client approach yet. Breakfast team were totally untrained and unable to assist with any request.

The staff was kind and the facilities were clean and proper. We had a view to the main square and it was a good stay. The shower drain was slightly clogged

Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful suite with a wonderful view. very friendly personal. Breakfast is OK. it could be better....

The hotel is well located, in the very center of the city. But the best was the Czech cuisine of the hotel. For the very low price, I really ate a wonderful meal. The lack of an air conditioning in the room made me tough the nights.

Friendly staff We had booked a suite - where the deposit box was out of function, the tv was poorly functioning and the wireless internet was off and on. We could have accepted this. However - the temperature in the room was more than 30 degrees Celcius, and the air conditioner (which was extremely noisy and placed only a few centimeters from the pillow in our bed) didn´work. This we could´t live with, and we therefor checked out after the first of the three nights we had planned to stay there. Booking.com provided excellent help in finding new accommodation.

We went to stay in this great hotel for one night on our motorcycle tour. The staff was super friendly, they even lend us an umbrella so we didn't have to buy one. The wellness area is great and the massages super cheap. We paid around $40 for 2 one-hour massages. Fantastic. The room was clean and quiet, the location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of the town, and you can walk to a lot of places. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices for everyone! The fee for privat parking is more than justified. I can only recommend this place to everyone.

Jede Receptionistin sprach deutsch. Die Kommunikation klappte. (s.roter Kasten) Dies gehört noch in den r o t e n K: Eine d.Rezeptionisten ließ eines Telefonats wegen die Garage geschlossen, so dass es einen Verkehrsstau gab. Eine andere wusste nicht, was sich draussen auf dem Marktplatz abspielte, obwohl sich Massen darauf befanden. Obwohl stehendes Wasser in der Dusche von der Rezeption als Mangel notiert wurde, wurde der Mangel nicht behoben. Bei uns handelte es sich um einen 75.Geb.. Wir hatten 4! Zi reserviert. Niemand und nichts nahm davon Kenntnis.

É a 2ª vez que fico neste hotel e no mesmo quarto. Gosto da Catedral e "entrar pelo quarto a dentro", na cama posso ver as horas no relógio da torre... Gosto da animação que por vez há na Praça, etc. Tudo correu bem!

共和国広場に面した所だったので、トラムにもすぐに乗れて便利でした。すぐそばに、スーパーがありました。- 朝食会場に行くと、スタッフも次々にやってきて皿に取っていました。部屋は、６０年代には、モダンだっただ- ろうという内装で、なんだか全体が色あせていました。

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man das Hotel von aussen sieht kann man sich nicht vorstellen, dass dieses so schöne Zimmer im inneren verbirgt. Wir sind schon öfter in diesem Hotel abgestiegen und haben uns die Suite gegönnt. Stat der Suite haben wir ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer bekommen. Es hat zwar die größe einer Suite aber keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne. Hier sollte man bei der Buchung darauf achten.

Das hotel war in einen sehr sauberen Zustand,und sehr zentral gelegen. das Personal war sehr frendlich. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war das hotel war mit einen sehr schönen Restaurant ausgestattet leider konnten wir es nicht benutzen da 2 Reisebusse im Hotel ankamen. Ich bin der Meinung das man für Hotelgäste immer die möglichkeit sein muß das Restaurant zu benutzen. So mußten wir ein anderes Lokal in der Stadt suchen und das Silvester das war nicht gut.

Zentrale Lage,günstiges Parken,innen eindeutig besser als außen. Die äußere Optik stellt markant auf dem Hauptplatz den fürchterlichen "Charm" der Sozialismusbauten der 60/70er dar.
