The location, the shower, the breakfast, some of the staff were really friendly. In addition the big rooms and that no pets were allowed. I think the airconditon could have worked better. |

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, The hotel is situated in an ideal location in old town square and all the major sights are nearby. When we were leaving we asked the receptionist where to buy a metro ticket and she also offered to have a takeaway breakfast prepared for us in the morning in case we didn't have time to sit down! (the breakfast was included and was yum!) |

Perfect Location. Located at the Old town Square, just in the center of Prague. Fabulous view, romantic atmosphere. Quiet and clean hotel. Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms was good detail. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel easily. Staff can be more friendly but I think it is general attitude of Czech people to the foreigners. |

The hotel Cerna Liska is in an ideal location right on the Old Town Square. The breakfast was very good. The room we got was big and very comfortable |

Great location. We had wonderful view from the room. Good breakfast The price is very high and service is mediocre. They required payment in czeck money, which meant changing money and an even higher price. Internet did not work at night. |

Good point: The view from the window is nice. Very convenient to go to everywhere inside the old city. Not good point: No bathtub in the room. Spider on the window. |

The location of the hotel was very convenient and safe. They require a deposit fee to use the safe in the room and their "free" WiFi didn't work in our room. The staff didn't go our of their way to help. |

The room was nice but the service was friendly but not extremely useful It was a bit noisy because of the European soccer cup. Not the hotel's fault though! |

I LOVED this hotel!!! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - I felt like they went way above and beyond. Our room was amazing - a great view of the square and Tyn Church... a location that just couldn't be beat in my mind. And I thought the value was unreal for the location, room size and quality and service!! |
