I most enjoyed checking out Room quality did not match specification or photographs on website. When I asked for a room like those shown on the website I was told by the manager that "that is only a photo... not in this hotel". The room was outdated, dirty and lacked basics. Curtains did not close. Carpet had fluff from months without adequate cleaning.... and this was the superior apartment. The single/double roooms worse |

Reliability and close to railway station, friendly efficient staff Restaurant was deserted which dissuaded me from eating in it ( a regular event as I have stayed in this hotel several times before) although when I did eat previously in the restaurant the food was absolutely fine |

Wenig Gäste, dennoch wurden Zimmer nebeneinander vergeben, anstatt - um mehr Ruhe zu haben (hellhörig) - jeweils ein Zimmer zwischen den Nachbarn freizulassen. Frühstück: Nur 5 Gäste und dennoch gehen die Spiegeleier aus, obwohl 4 (!) Restaurantangestellte zugegen waren...eine Rest.angestellte putzt sich genüßlich vor den essenden lang die Nase, anstatt dies diskret zu erledigen... |

de entree is prima in orde, idem voor wat betreft het restaurant de omgeving van het hotel is een chaos, zeker inspirerend, niet uitnodigend. Het Hoel heeft zijn vroegere allure wel verloren, is momenteel ook moeilijk te bereiken, Het centrum van H. Kralove staat niet in de kaarten van navigatieapparatuur. Ik was als enige in het restaurant,,,,, |
