Het hotel ligt prachtig aan de bosrand. Met een mooie boswandeling is Karlovy Vary te bereiken. Het ontvangst was hartelijk, de kamer klein, maar wel met balkon. Van het nabijgelegen vliegveld was totaal geen overlast. Het ontbijt was prima. Voor het internetgebruik had de eigenaar kabels te leen. Al met al een erg prettig verblijf. De kamer was niet geheel schoon(stoffig) bij aankomst en de geluiden uit de hal waren duidelijk hoorbaar in de kamer. |

Schade, dass bei Bestellung das Gebühr für den Hund nicht definiert war, wir haben zirka 11 € für eine Übernachtung bezahlt. In der Nacht es wurde unten im Restaurant gefeiert und war zu laut. |

Отель чистый и уютный. Приветливый персонал. Чистый воздух. Так как в отеле спутниковое телевидение хотелось бы что бы были английские и русский каналы. Неплохо если бы отель имел свой минивЭн, который бы два- три раза в день делал рейс в центр города, думаю популярность отеля возросла бы. |

Дизайн отеля и ресторана, все горячие блюда, приготовленные шеф-поваром, отзывчивость персонала, окружение отеля в виде соснового леса. Тяжело было найти отель ночью, далеко от центра города. В номере было очень холодно. Только 1 человек персонала понимал по английски и никто по-русски. Расстроило, что никто не напомнил о сдаче ключей при выписке, когда мы были в Брно женщина с ресепшн отеля позвонила и стала угрожать, что если не вернем, то деньги снимут с нашей карты, что мы сами должны оплатить пересылку ключей по почте |
