A little remote village but good value place to stay to explore Pisek & surrounding area. Landlady had no english but able to explain slowly in german for me. Separate house for guests, but was cold in evening so was able to a self containerd light log fire at night. No breakfast available, but there was a kitchen to make your own b/fast provided you remember to bring fruit, yogurts, crissants etc. Unable to view TV channels, and a cold room/shower area in the morning in late Sept. despite being a lovely sunny morning.
