we were given a very nice 3 room apt with a full kitchen which was recently remodeled. we would have liked clean towels daily rather than every other day. |

The flat we had was very central, with huge rooms. Bedroom furniture was sparse, but the beds were good. Kitchen and Bathroom were modern and well equipped. Altogether, excellent value for money for the central location. Satellite TV and good security. Staff were very helpful. Bedrooms were a bit bare, but had essentials and were comfortable |

It was very close to the Charles Bridge, just next to it. The room was big and clear. Staff was nice. There was some bad smell in the kitchen from the canal I think.And the building is very old, so they are repairing it continiously. But it's normal. |

I did like the location that is in fact excellent. We, my husband, my daughter and I, stayed at an appartment near the Old Town Square in a quiet street, near the principal attractions and the metro. On the other side, we did not get the internet which was promised in the hotel homepage. that was a bit of a problem. |

The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English fluently which made communication easy. The apartment was extremely well equipped for our needs including a washing machine.It was warm and comfortable and in a fabulous location where we could walk to all the main attractions of Prague. |

central location did not stay in main hotel. had to climb very steep steps (no lift) up to room. bathrooms very poor. no storage anywhere in apartment. only one tiny mirror in one of bathrooms. |

The location of this hotel was fantastic and breakfast was very good. We stayed in the 3 Bedroomed Apartment which needs a few finishing touches, such as wardrobes and mirrors. |

Nothing but the location. Had no other chance as had prebooked and responsable at least for first night. Hotel is poor ,room discusting for price paid, separate entrance old building. Other hotels around similar price but enormous quality difference. Breakfast poor. Reception times poor. |
