The hotel has beatiful views, but it isn't enough reason to stay in /The help of the person of the restaurant when we arrived

During the reservation process we comunicated that we would be arriving after the closing time of the reception, so we expected that somebody could give us the key of our room. However the key was not available. Fortunalety in the restaurant to help us they gave us the key of a room, but the room was awful, old,dirty and without bathroom. It wasn't the fault of the person in fact she was the only help in the hotel and we thank her for this, it was the fault of the hotel that didn't take into account our remarks in the reservation form/ The bathroom was very old and not appropiate/The breakfast room was dirty: the juice was watered-down, the cold meat was of bad quality, the fruit wasn't good (only good were cereals, bread and yoghurt

The location and the chateau! It was fantastic - a fairy tale location, and a very nice room indeed.

Venligt og imødekommende personale. Rigtigt velsmagende mad, kunne evt højnes yderligere med mere grønt (salat etc) men det er jo generelt for Tjekkiet. Dejlig beliggenhed.

Morgenklokken kl 7:00 unne evt lyde lidt senere, det er lidt tidligt når man har ferie :o) - men ikke afgørende.

Grande chambre , vue sur nature, calme . Animations, restauration.Bon accueil.

attente pour avoir les chambres , nous étions à 14h , les chambres nous ont été remises à 16h30 , désagréable. Une chambre bien , l'autre petite avec petites fenêtres ( beaucoup moins bien) ne vaut pas le prix.

vi havde et fint ophold , aften restauranten på hotellet var rigtig god. Slottet var fint, og naturen omkring fantastisk

vi boede lige ved siden af den udendørs restaurant med musik, det var lidt belastende i længden da vi kunne høre det højt indendørs. Morgenmads arrangementet manglende lidt, nogen gange for langsom afrydning. manglende opfyldning af frugt.

im Zimmer war ein alter, unsauberer Teppichbelag, das Doppelbett unzumutbar hart und bei jeder Bewegung knarrte es derart laut, dass man zu keinem vernünftigen Schlaf kam, die Farbe der Fensterrahmen blättert ab, die Gänge im Schloss waren schmutzig, das Frühstück und das Flair drumherum verdarb einem den Appetit, wir verliesen nach 3 Tagen (8 Tage waren geplant) das Hotel.
