Great location. Only one minute from the railway station. Also not far from the center (10 minutes walking) Good breakfast, clean and big room.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms.
Close to main sites
Receptionist Hana, working on 29 December from 11 p.m. till next morning, did not want us to give a third key for our daughter
Location Desktop computer in lobby Friendly staffs
We like the location very well. Close to the railway station, close to the airport express- bus, and only about 20 minutes walk to the city center. Very good!!!
The room was without a good chair to sit in. They gave us a double room with what they called a queen bed, but the bed was not more than 130 x 200 cm, and I can not see that this is a bed fit for two persons! However, when we complained, they gave us a room with a queen bed and an unfolded sofa, so we where able to sleep....
Really close to the train station!
Location, large room, plenty of space. Close to railway station. Able to walk everywhere in the old town
water pressure of shower
Very strategic location if you wish to stay near to the main train station in Prague for next transit. (Just opposite street less than 5 mins walking distance). 10 mins walk to Old Town (most of the main attractions in Prague). Strategic for traveler. Good location overall. Breakfast is good and fresh. They also have decent heating system in the room which is important for the winter. WIFI service is free of charge. Good speed for internet users.
Staff service. (can be improved in English) REMEMBER NOT TO DRINK THEIR WATER ON THE TABLE PROVIDED! It is NOT free like most of the hotel. First time paying for Drinking Water outside the minibar. And they cost me 4 EUROS. Not really happy with that charge but overall ok.
Location was great in front of the train station. The staff was good and professional. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok.
The doors of the bedroom are very loud. They are on a spring and when the door closes it is loud. It can wake you up.
Location and city itself
Smell of cigarettes in the room
The location was good near the main railway station and close to Wenceslas Square.
The receptionist recommended us the Sherwood restaurant for dinner. There, we wanted to pay by card and the waitress tried to make us pay a tip of nearly 20%, which was exaggerated for food, beverage and service provede.
Great location, you walk out of the train station, the hotel is right across the street! Excellent wifi.
Breakfast is not of good variety.
Great location, only a short walk from the train station. Also a walking distance to all points of interest in old Prague. I emailed them for a car request to the airport at very early in the morning, they gave quick and detailed response. Make sure the arrangement, including the payment, was convenient for us.
location and price and people working there breakfast wast good too
all was good
I liked everything about the hotel: location (just opposite the main railway station), wi-fi connection, breakfast, room facilities, staff's friendliness.
Comfy bed, close to train station, wonderful staff will organise tours with pick up
Would have loved bacon with breakfast
The location was wonderful, although signage was difficult to find versus other hotels in the area.
cleaning each day was lacking, very minimal.
We were stranded at the train station and this is right across the street. Very friendly, helpful, and sympathetic staff, both night and day. Newly remodeled and comfortable. Good breakfast.
The wifi had just been redone but was sporadic. They will work on it more. The staff let me use their computer to book our flight and print our boarding passes.
Good location. Only 3 minutes walk from central train station. Reasonable breakfast but can be inprove. No doubt it's very near to train station but is very quiet so can have good sleep. Reception staffs very polite and helpful. A very clean and pleasant interior.
I suggest the management can replace the sofabed which is not stable and uneven. My daughter complaint unable to sleep well and lower back pain in the next morning.
Right in front of the Train station!!! Good location for me!!! Walking distance to all attractions. I was able to check out late!! The included breakfast was good!!!!
Literally everything. I highly recommend this hotel. I traveled with my brothers and I just wouldn't expect the room could be so huge for 3 ppl. The stuff were very helpful. The facilities were decent. The location was good. Breakfast not too bad. Sofa bed for the third person was acceptable.SPACIOUS!
NTH. We liked everything!
Staff was very helpfull!! Wifi was great, TV and excelent breakfast, so much to choose from and fresh fruits and vegetables!
Staffs of hotel are very kind and also place is in very nice condition to train station which can be useful tourists with many luggages
Don't book a room on the roof top. Lots of noice from water system can disturb your night
The Chopin Hotel is a 1 or 2 minute walk from the main train station, when you walk out of the train station walk across the park and you will be there. The hotel is in walking distance to everything and once you have used a map once, you won’t need it anymore, it is pretty easy to find your way around. If you want a cheap quality meal in very typical surroundings go across the road ( up about a block or so to the right) and you will see a restaurant called Mona Lisa (same street the hotel is in). The food was good and the waitress was lovely. Dining in the old town square is also fun, the food is a little dearer and so are the drinks, but still cheap compared to Australian prices. The hotel looked liked it had been renovated, the room looked very new as well as the bathroom. If you are a non smoker don’t forget to ask for a non smoking room and if you are a couple don’t forgoet to ask for a double bed. The only negative is the breakfast. Considering the food is pretty cheap in Prague, I felt they were a bit tight on variety and the so called fruit juice was coloured water. Prague is inexpensive so I thought the breakfast could have been better.
Right next to the train station Clean Good wifi
Reception had given room to someone else who checked in under my name and was then upset with me
