Manager in the hotel immediately solved our problem with the air conditioning by offering us another room on a lower floor. Free parking in a closed garage. |

The Hotel was clean, modern and reasonably central to the town. The rooms were nicely appointed, good sizes, the staff were freindly, efficient and very helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, I would definitely reccomend this to anyone visiting Brno. The Hotel is very like a good travel lodge, no stuffy frills but comfortable clean and with the added bonus of snacks or coffee available 24 hours We found the mattresses a bit firm but that is purely a personal choice. |

I had a very spacious and warm room which was suitable for 2 maybe 4 persons. I arrived there around 1:30 in the morning hungry and exhausted and the person on duty made me 2 lifesaving sandwiches !!!!! Priceless !!!!! The hotel has a secure parking area and is built very conveniently close to a shopping centre. The room was really an apartment with the tv and the internet port located in the seating room which was a different room from the bedroom. I would rather have a tv in the bedroom. |

Accueil parfait, on vous explique parfaitement et avec le sourire comment aller en ville et on vous vend même les billets de tram pour y aller ! Loin du centre dans un quartier triste |
