Localization was great, close to Prague's historical sites. Room was also good. Prague is one of the most beautiful/happy cities in Europe and I wish going back there again but I'll never stay in this hotel again. 1) Very impolite Staff!!! I've never seen in my whole life so many rude people together. I met other guests who also complained about this kind of reception. When I arrived at the hotel to do my check-in the lady left me for almost one hour standing in the front desk without giving me any support. The next day I was finishing my breakfast (that goes till 10am) when a girl came to me and said that I had to leave immediately because it was 10am. I've never seen this behavior in a hotel before…normally people let you finish. 2) Don't stay in level 0 like I did. Very noisy floor and the window is next to a street... that could be very dangerous because there's only a glass without any blackout or fence and everybody on the street can see you.

The Hotel was quite full when we stayed there but it wasn't at all noisy. The bedroom was on the top floor, in the roof, but was comfortable, large enough, and perfectly adequate for our needs. It was sometimes a little warm in the room, even though it was quite cold outside, but the Velux roof window opened for ventilation so no problem. There's an air conditioning unit in the room but we couldn't make it work, it probably had a remote control but there wasn't one in the room, no doubt we could have had it working if we'd have asked the staff, but we didn't get around to it. The bathroom is modern, and very clean, as is the whole hotel, breakfast is ok, continental, the Czech bread was ok if you like caraway seeds added. The hotel was fine for us, a short Metro or tram ride from all the sights - get a 3 day ticket for the integrated transport system, it's cheap fast and convenient, take the 119 bus from the airport and then the metro to I p Pavlova and City Central is a short walk from the station, simple! Good food pub, Legenda, nearby. The road outside was a little noisy, we heard the occasional ambulance siren and general traffic noise, but what do you expect in a city?

Relatively near the metro, and cheaper than most although hotel does not come with air-conditioning, should be noted that it can get very hot at night even with the window open. No air-conditioning, very hard to sleep in summer.

An ideal location closer to the city than thought, if you don't mind a short strole. In addition, you can take a variety of interesting routes to the old square and new town. Free internet connection in the reception was very handy. Overall good value. Walls are rather thin; rooms could do with a bit of air conditioning. Some staff seemed reluctant to respond to a simple "hello" or "good morning"?!

Good lication, spacious room. One of the restaurant staff was too rude, she may bring the bad reputation to the hotel, I've never seen this behavior working in a hotel before, she show black face to all the hotel guest, and keep her eyes on you when you having breakfast all the time. I saw her argue with the guest twice during I stay.

The Location, it was within a 10-15 minute walk to wenceslas sq, within 2 mins of I p pavlova metro. Rooms were basic, but en-suite, breakfast was contintental, but ok, wi-fi in lounge. And some of the staff were helpful Tv had only one english speaking channel (bbc world news), no wi-fi in bedrooms, some staff were abrupt in their manner.

We enjoyed the fact that it was next to the lake. Beautiful scenery and plenty of free parking for those with vehicles. Out of the city center, therefore making it a quite experience. The staff was helpfull, but somewhat courteous.
