central location very good booked 6 rooms took an hour to book in and pay for all rooms. they wouldnt allow a group payment so we booked and paid for 1 room at a time, should be improved. |

extremely clean. comfortable. Good breakfast. The staff was more than nice and helpful. Situated right next to the bus 510 that takes you directly to the airport in 38 minutes early in the morning. Next to the pavlova subway station. amazing means of transportation from there. |

it is very close to the centre.the price was valuable and cheap.receptionist especially Mark was so kınd and helpful. rooms were a lıttle bıt small and carpet has to be change.fan at the bathroom was very noisy. |

The good service, the clean and comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Not so good service for the breakfast. I am allergic to gluten, and the staff there was not very helpful when I asked some questions. |

Excellent location, near the center and very well known I P Pavlova station. Rooms made up every morning and breakfast is reasonable. Very helpful hotel stuff with mostly good command of English. There was even a small fridge in my room. Internet was available all the time with wire in the room and wireless at the lobby. Quite noisy as it is on the very busy road even at nights you might hear the traffic. |

The lady receptionist nexrt morning who apologised for the check-in issues. The inefficient check-in man. He was unhelpful, untrained and did not explain the room differences despite my booking twins single, double. So we all got wrong room types. It took 15 mins to find the room from lift due to a double building and lack of signs (up or down the stairs when exiting the lift on the "back"side. Also wrong payhment was requested |

The hotel was, as the name implies, very central. Good buffet breakfast. Reasonable value for money. Rooms very hot but if you opened the window there was a huge amount of traffic noise. |

It was in a convient location in the center of the city not far from the main train station. The were a number of decent restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. |

It was a really nice hotel, the rooms were OK, and its very close to the old city. The metro and tram station is very closed (about 5 minutes walking ) so you can travel very easy |

Not much. Extremely far from train station. No AC in my room, although my travel companions did have AC. Very hot...couldn't sleep. Some desk staff rude and uncaring. Not close to any sights. |
