The hotel was noisy at night, next to a lap dancing club. The room was not cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast was poor
Location close to Wenceslas Square, value for money, nice breakfast, helpful staff.
We were in the ground floor room next to the nightclub/strip club. Consequently we had banging bass beats until 6 am. Fortunately we were travelling to watch MotoGP so had earplugs readily available. The strange thing is our friends 3 doors down didn't hear a thing??
The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast has a large choice of food. The hotel is perfectly located, a few steps from the tube. People at reception speak good english
The tv colours were deficient, the air conditioning was not working and the shower was leaking on the floor. Only 4 car parkings.. Not enough for all the guests with a car
excellent staff - very friendly and helpful, 24 hour front desk, nice pubs nearby, walking distance to many attractions and very close to public transport
no free wifi in rooms
the bathroom was clean and nice the hotel was okay for it's money, but there are improvements to be made in details.
one of the plug sockets was broken and there was no central lighting. towels weren't very appealing, toilet lid was loose
Nothing at all.
My GOD!!! This hotel is absolutly awful... Everything smell very bad : the bed cover, the carpet, the hallway, the restaurant, the dishes. The food for breakfast was poor in quality and choice (who doesn't have toaster and hot milk in 2014) and the bowl for cereal was 1/2cm deep... How would you pour milk over the cereal. The towel and bed sheets were not clean and had stains on them. The bathroom was not clean good and the soap not filled. In conclusion, this hotel name should be changed to SKUNK HOTEL instead of city.
I was prohibited to use my laptop on the area of free WiFi in the hotel.
Comfortable although not very spacious room. Very close to a subway station. Easy to reach the main touristic attractions. Wi-Fi worked well in the common areas.
Poor and not tasteful breakfast. We need to pay to use the safe box in the room.
i like : -the staff services -location -cleanliness
-small room,it was very narrow for two persons. -room is very hoot.
No free wifi in the bedroom
Newly renovated lobby. Fine breakfast with musli, cereal, yogurt, sausages, cheese, bread, eggs, juice etc. about 20 min walk to the Charls bridge and old town. Some rooms have AC some don't. Clean renovated bathrooms
Location and everything is good in general.
1/ Wi-Fi close to reception only 2/ There is heavy traffic on the street outside the hotel and it's very noisy day and night !!
The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from a metro station. Next to it there is a money changing place (with good rates) and a few convenience stores. The breakfast was OK, no more and no less. The wifi signal was good and we even had free wifi in our room.
The hotel is off-center and its about 10-15 minutes walk to Wenceslas square and about 30 minutes to Old town square.
Good location and breakfast
Too dusty, wifi didn't work properly
The bathroom has been very comfortable. The price was awesome.
The location was not so close to the city.
Very good room. Nice hotel in the city centre. Friendly staff.
Street traffic noice.
i did not like the warm of the room and the breakfast little varied
location and cleanliness is good.
Firstly they gave roof room although it's not specified in booking details. When i asked for changing room, they were not polite and they refused it. They didn't listen me and were so rude. Then i called booking.com customer service, struggled more than 3 hours to change the room. Breakfast is under average..definetly will not book it again.
location si verry goog near Vaclavske namesti
dirty room dirty glass in room window to inside "garden" so no sun, no wiew, dark room TV small and old, and really high so almost unwatchable
Location is good, around 5 mins walking from the tube or around 15-20 mins to the city centre on foot. I got a tiny room literally 95% of the room space was taken by a double bed. Bathroom was ok and quite comfortable. Air conditioning was there but non-operational.
Breakfast. Located in the basement with close to no available space (for max 15-20 persons). I came there at 9:30 and had to wait around 15 minutes outside just to be able to site somewhere (a wall mounted shelf with a tall chair). Not to mention that the breakfast menu was poor.
Very good location close to metro, good breakfast, nice personel
Smiling personel clear room breakfast connected :-)
Everything very nice :-)
No free wifi.
It is ok, but definitely high Value for money. You visit it once and never more -- but that is what they are used in Prague...
