Convenient location of the hotel. Settled in the room before the time of arrival. Polite personal at the reception. Very good housekeeping. Delicious and hearty breakfasts.
Convenient near metro C.
Paid networking, but can't use, when surfing internet, it disconnect
Location is really good, it's approx. 10 minutes by feet from the city centre. There are some shops around.
Parking space is very limited. There were some leaks from the shower cabin. Rather poor breakfest.
very good location and excellent value for money. The room was cleaned each day and towels changed.
No bar in hotel.
The cost of the room was great. Very clean rooms. Nice walk in shower. Plenty of clothes storage. Safe in room cheap rate per day. Breakfest was simple but good. Free wifi in the lobby. 5 minute walk to the main square. Taxi only around the corner. Bank on the other side of the block. Subway couple of minutes away.
I loved the location of the hotel, as well as the staff. I was really happy with the service and attention. It was a great option regarding to the price and what is offered in other hotels. Great food included. Great atmosphere between the guests.
breakfast The staff was excellent, they were helpful and kind.
There is a budy road next to the hotel so it's a little bit loud. There was a leak in our room its smell was a bit embarassing.
Stuff speaks English and Russian Close to metro and city centre Two stations to central railway station Free wifi in a hall
Staff were excellent.
Not free wifi in the rooms. Breakfast included stale bread and no fresh ingredients
Location was good, close to National Museum.
There is probably a disco next to the hotel, and at least if you stay on the ground floor bedrooms, it will look like you are in the disco itself. Don't stay in the ground floor bedrooms. I didn't sleep all night.
A short walk to the old town and the cost make this place worth it.
The bathroom smells of mould to the point of headaches when sleeping. However, if you close the bathroom and hallway door and open the window for a bit, it's fine!
The hotel is on main road near I P Pavlova metro station. Grocery store is very close. The room was very quiet, spacious with clean beds and clean well appointed attached bath. The rates are reasonable.Staff is well coming.
The lift was out of order at check in so I was unable to carry my luggage as room was on 6th floor but started working after few hours. Breakfast was very basic of inferior quality. The hotel and it's furnishing is very old.
Big comfortable bed, warm room, pretty elegant, very nice breakfast. Parking is 10 euros/day.
A lot of noise from the blvd, wifi is free only in the hotel reception, otherwise is 5 euros/day per device! Breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am, but at 9:50 they already start to clean and they take food away. No water pressure in the shower, no fridge, dirty oily glasses.
The location; the fact that it was recently renovated.
The exact same breakfast every day; not as clean as I have expected; grey old towels in the first days, changed at some point with some withe fluffy ones.
One of the ladies at the reception was nice. Close to public transport.
Breakfast was really bad from the lack of choice to the runny eggs and no toaster for bread. The elevator broke and it took 24 hours to be fixed which meant we had to carry out bags up and down 5 stories with no assistance (I have a bad knee and this was extremely painful). Rooms are VERY small and smell musky, the beds are just two singles pushed together, sheets don't fit the blankets and the shower leaked. Description says 'includes toiletries' but it's just hand soap which is the same soap they use for body wash? Towels were flimsy, thin and old. Rooms could use a kettle or a fridge. Pretty loud with people above us and in the hallway.
Effort to remove the smell
Disgusting smell of mustiness Thin walls so you hear everything
no shower gel, no shampoo bad coffee for breakfast
near the city centre
The closest station, Pavlova, is within easy walking distance.
There's no escalator or lift down to it although there is one coming up from it which made accessing it with suitcases extremely difficult.
The bathroom was well decorated with new shower and sink etc .
Where do I start....The rooms were not clean. dust and dirt on dressing table etc. The lights in the bedroom certainly not bright enough. Cracked window . No plugs in any of the 3 rooms we booked. The pillows on the beds looked like some thing the cat dragged in. We were not allowed an extra one .Towels that were grey in stead of white were thread bare.Lap dancing club next door and very noisy at night .The breakfast was very poor. No toaster just white hard rolls and a kind of dry brown bread. No fruit at all. Stay away from this hotel ,but go to Prague . It is wonderful. Do not go to City Central De Luxe
quiet room, it was clean in the beginning
not clean after "cleaning" the second day, no cleaning at all the third day; breakfast ok, if you don´t care about cold eggs, bad coffee, no fruits or vegetables, finding no place to sit and fighting for the last cold watery scrumbled eggs.
It was very reasonably priced Good location WiFi in the lobby
Breakfast choice was poor, basically scrambled eggs, processed meat, processed cheese and processed sausages or cereals/bread/sweet pastries. Not too healthy, no fresh fruit, veg or non processed meat/cheese No kettle in the room
Very Small room. Little water in bathroom. Too mich time to wait the elevator.
Restaurant is elegant. Breakfast is satisfying. Room and bathroom is large enough. Close to the S1 line. S1 both goes to center, train station and airport.
It takes 20-25 minutes to the haptbahnhof.
Excellent value for the money.
