Price was fair

About a ten minute walk from the Metro. Too far if caring suit cases. No real close convenient stores. Stayed in Hotel Vitchov previously and the location and quality of the hotel was much better.

For the price we paid this hotel was a great deal ... a real gem!! The room was clean and quiet as we requested and the breakfast was excellent with a large variety. The location of the hotel wasn't too bad and the staff friendly and helpful. Internet access was free and very good but only availalbe in the hotel reception area.

We wish all our hotels were as good as the City club Prague ... would definitely stay again.

they charged 69.19 euros in my bank instead 68 agreed with booking.com my bank account is in euros

The lighting in the hallways was really bad. You had to turn the lights on as you walked by.

It would be better to have noise-proof rooms.Shower should be rechecked to have good water flush. To have more secured rooms to avoid any person entrance into hotel building

Staff was really unfriendly. Upon check out, I asked for a receipt of my credit card payment and I was simply told I could not have it (???). The girl even denied to check the total amount of my bill (???). I hope I will not get a surprise in my credit card.

the location is far from metro and there is no bus could arrive that area.. others are ok..what's a pity

Hotel location is good, rooms are ok, very good breakfast, free wireless internet conection, good staff, private parking (rather small and rather expensive), a good hotel.

The hotel is near one of central metro stations (I.P.Pavlova) and up to 10 minutes walking to Wenceslas Square with National Museum.

It was within walking distance to city center (15 mins) or a 5 min walk and 2 metro stops. For the price it was fantastic.

It was clean

We stayed for 3 nights and on two occasions there was no hot water and had no choice but to suffer ice cold showers. Mentioning that to hotel staff brought no reaction not mentioning an apology. Our room was cold, damp and stinky.

Proximity to the city center: you can get to Venceslas Boulevard (Museum) in 15 min on foot. You can visit the Old Town and come back to the hotel without any need to use public transport, if you do not hate walking. If you prefer to use public transport, I.P.Pavlova Metro Station and tram station are only 7 min walking distance away. The double room was large enough. The bathroom was also large enough. Breakfast was OK with enough varieties. The reception staff were OK (until I complained about cleanliness of the room during check out). The sheets and towels were clean although the sheets were torn at the edges. Ask for a hairdryer at the reception if there's none in your bathroom.

Cleanliness of the room: bathroom was not cleaned during the last two days of our stay (the same cluster of dust stood there for at least 2 days. It was obvious that the cleaning lady did not even visit the bathroom for 2 days). When I told this to the reception during check out, the receptionist, in not a very kind manner, asked me why I did not tell this to the reception before, although I told her that I noticed that only after midnight, when I returned to the room. So, do not forget to complain to the reception about cleanliness on time :) When crowded, not easy to find clean tables in the breakfast room. Limited number of channels on TV. In the shower, I think they had the same soap with that used in the sink: no shampoo or shower gel.
