Score from 1415 reviews Very good
The location is quite convenient as you can walk to the city center / train station. Check-in and check-out went all smooth with the friendly staff.
The breakfast buffet is big but the products are so cheap: yoghurt is mixed with water, orange juice tastes like syrup... The TV in the room is so small that we couldn't read CNN headlines from the bed!
clean. 24hour front desk service. hotel is easy to find. free internet in the loby.
room has only basic things. the breakfast is a little bit laking, it only has basic food.
Very good offer price; central position; close to the I.P. Pavlova metro; good breakfast; room is ok.
NO free Wifi; no hair dryer
We liked comfortable beds, clean bathroom, quite nights for good sleeping, good breakfast, hotel is near old town
We couldn't open windows, we could see a wall through the windows, TV very small, no free WiFi in the room
The breakfast selection was very good. Free wifi in the main reception area. Shower was very good.
The infriendliness of the staff, not even a smile as I walked into the reception. I had a room in the next door building down a dark alleyway with sensor lights so pitch black when you opened the door. Not great when you arrive at 11:30pm. Room was basic, I knew this already but curtains let all the light in from lampost outside. Room was also right next to a VERY busy road with cars going past regularly until about 4am. No sound insulation at all, felt like you were sleeping on the pavement outside.
We arrived at the hotel at 7 AM after a long train trip and check-in wasn't until later that day. We asked to leave our luggage there and the girl in the reception told us that our room was already prepared, that was great because we could sleep before going to the city. They cleaned it every single day, definitely worth it for the money we paid! 15 minute walking to the city center.
Wifi had to be paid for each device.
The hotel was really clean, the breakfast was really nice!!! A big variety of thins to choose! really helped us to take store energy for the long walks in Prague. Location very ideal, quite and just a five minute walk for the metro station or a 20 minute walk to the old city. Amazing value for money
The room was tooo hot., but the provided fan helped a lot!
Toilets and room are very big and clean. Furniture are ok. Very good breakfast (international)
They gave us two single beds put together instead of a big bed for 2 people. It isn't near to.the tram stop
Very bad staff
Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very much attractive. Toilets are good. Sleeping beds are good. Location to look for the city center is also OK. I want to visit this hotel again.
Difficult to understand the location in the first instance.
small, dirty room, and bathroom, poor facilities, not even a hairdryer provided
The rooms are big and bright. you need to pay for internet and safety box, but the room rate is good.
Its located 15 minutes walking from the national museum but you get a good rate for a private room. The breakfast doesnt look that appealing
Very unfriendly staff. Not very close to anything, not close to metro station.
low cost location
very basic / low quality squeeky floors breakfast was hot dogs ?? alot like hostels i stayed at 20 yrs ago
Nice rooms, big, quiet.
A little bit far from the city center, very small TV for such a big room, no free Wi-Fi
Breakfast included, anything special, but you can always find something good. Room was clean and spacious, family atmosphere. Even if the receptionist was just about to create her facebook profile on the phone with her friend, she was always able to help us and respond our questions. Distance from the city center was reasonable, far enough from the noisy center but close enough to get everywhere.
The wifi was definitely overpriced, the room lady just entered the room without knocking, breakfast is definitely not for sleepers, the receptionist did not give us explanation or recomendations without asking. I am used to for a receptionist who gives us a plenty of information at check in. This one said nothing...in case you have any questions they will help you for sure
Good location, not far from city center Good breakfastes
City Club or City Central Prague are very good choices for short visits of Prague.Friendly staff, good location(near to metro, near to centrum, near to pubs :) ),low price.
I like that the location of this hotel and the morning breakfast
TV was small
I stayed in City Club in august, the room was clean and equiped with a bed, small tv set, 2 chairs, one table and a closet. They changed our towels every day, but just that, no cleaning or vacuuming. The neighbourhood is ok, we were not afraid to walk on the streets in the night. The breakfast was okish, but every day the same. The hotel is ok for the price we paid, but we wouldn't return as it is far from centre
The hotel is at 20 minutes walk from Muzeum and at another 20 minutes walk from the tower clock. You have to pay for wi/fi and for the safety deposit box. it didn't seemed to me that it deserved 3 stars rating. There is no air conditioning. We stayed in august and there was 13 degrees celsius outside (cold) and we didn't have a problem with that, but in hot days it can be very unpleasant.
Staff very accommodating, pleasant. Good breakfast - standard for 3-star hotel. Very good value for money - but I booked my room a month in advance and there was a special price:-).
Nothing to criticize.
Low price for Prague. Large comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Reception staff were good with directions and printing off vouchers.
Long walk to metro and bus. No free WiFi in the room. Extra charge for safe. No air conditioner or fan.
Breakfast Helpful staff Cleanliness Price Room size
No double beds but twin beds Wifi not free in rooms
Good quality breakfast, plenty of space in the rooms, easy to walk into beautiful city centre and located near Metro and tram stop. Plenty of reasonably priced eateries near by. Prague is so spectacularly beautiful that 2 or 3 days of cheapo accomodation here would give you enough time really to relish it and money to spend. We should have stayed longer.
Dour receptionist, slightly scary area with police station nearby and lots of sirens during the evening. On street parking with very rigorous enforcement made morning a bit stressful with feeding the meter and moving the car (you can book space in hotel garage but none available on our late arrival). Had to do a 10 km detour to get back to hotel after scary traffic and road works prevented us parking on the first ride by and no way of turning round!!
everything was fine
except the wifi in the rooms is priced
