Wi-fi Staff Heating Room, breakfast and reception in different buildings.
Reasonably priced. Comfort and cleanliness. Late night staff friendly and welcoming.
Advertised on-site parking unavailable. Nearby public parking only until 8am. Longer term parking almost 1 km away, no transport to get back. This is an important issue when travelling by car. Daytime staff not very helpful. I would look elsewhere next time.
The layout if the hotel
The staff were extremely rude
Good value for money Breakfast included in room price Message chair is good add-on after all the walking done as tourist
Staff is not proactive and look bored
Breakfast was nice, although on some days not enough place for everybody to fit in dinning room. Room was cleaned every day. Good price with discount, otherwise not worth a look.
Bed was uncomfortable, instead a double bed we got a twin beds pushed together with a 5cm gap between them. Bad ventilation. TV is a joke. Water in shower was hard to set for the right temperature, and was jumping from hot to cold every second.
rooms are smells terribly bad. The hotel is away from meteo station. Hotel isnt clean and breakfast isnt nice.
Tidy rooms, quite good quality/price ratio, breakfast included in price
Noise from the street, expensive parking place in garage
Wi-Fi was a good joke. Even close to reception signal was barely minimal and disappeared every few second. Very frustrating.
A little bit far from the metro station, no free Wi-Fi in room, breakfast a little bit boring, safe for extra money in room.
hospitality and staff excellent.
location is away from the metro.
Very big room and clean. Good bed we have a good sleep there. Staff is helpful and the breakfast is basic but nice.
a bit of a walk from the Metro but we think is worth to stay there in term of the price and the hotel quality.
The rooms were not sound proof. I had a neighbour who was constantly knocking at the door while the resident of the room was not opening late in the night. This was very annoying as it happened early in the day also. The chatty crowd outside my room late in the night also disturbed my sleep which I found very uncomfortable.
Close to metro station 30 minutes walk from astronomic clock Breakfast included Better price compared to others in the same region.
Bathrooms are clean but smell like bleach Not many restaurant options close by Keep valuable good inside the safe, but the safe in my room was broken
The room was very comfortable and well-furnished, also very sunny and cheerful during the day (though rather dim at night). The location was fairly central, though several blocks to the nearest tram-stop. The breakfast was good.
The staff could be friendlier, but that seems to be typical in Prague. During breakfast, the staff go around and take away plates before people are even finished with them--they do not even ask first. The light is a bit dim in the rooms.
There is no place in garage even when you pay for it. Reservation for garage is not possible. Big problem when you come with car in Prague
nice staff, very comfortable
Location is not too bad for that price. Bathroom is clean.
Staff is not very friendly. Our room was with white walls, looked like hospital. Old furniture, some was broken. TV was so small and so far from the bed that you need binoculars. I know that this hotel is not so bad for Prague, but comparing with other 4 hotels we stayed this one is the worst.
Walking distance from subway.
No fresh fruit available with breakfast.
you have to pay for the internet if you want to use it in your room. 20 mins walk to the city center.
Location is a bit out of the center, but not too far to walk (also just 5 minutes from Metro stop.)
Nowadays wifi should be available in the room and included in the price (in my opinion.), not just available at the lobby, and for 3 euros a day more in the rooms.
Location (close to the Prague Congress Centre), cleanliness, excellent value for money
Too many Russians
The room and bathroom were equally big and clean. The breakfast was basic but was enough to start the day. If I had to pay the full price for the room I believe it is over priced but on special it was great value for money
The fact that the hotel encourages you to use the safe but then wants to charge you a usage fee baffled me. The distance to the city center was about a 15 minute walk.
the bed at attic
no air-conditioning,so at summer is abit hot..and the fan just too noisy.. no wifi in room cable tv not clear
The room is beside the street, very noisy even in the midnight. The sheets for bed and table are seems dirty. Breacfast is so bad, nothing can be eaten. The staff has no smiles, can not help on even a tiny issue. No free wifi. 10-30min away from subway and any bus station.
