La posizione. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, facilità di raggiungere l'hotel dall'aeroporto e sopratutto il centro storico della città è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti

Ottima la posizione sia per andare in centro a piedi che coi mezzi. Buona la colazione. Buona la pulizia della camera. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

This is my favourite hotel in Prague and the only one I have used since staying here for the first time a number of years ago. This was my second of three stays at the Atos this year. On arrival multi-lingual staff greet guests and advance paperwork has been prepared expediting check-in. The rooms are lofty, bright, clean and well appointed. Everything worked as it should. There is a lift to the first five of the hotel's six floors. The included breakfast was a hot and cold buffet served from 7.30 to 10.00 with daily variations. The location is perfect for Kinsky Gardens, the funicular railway, tram stops (3, 9, 12, 20 and 22) and bus stop (176). The Charles Bridge is two tram stops away. The airport is one bus journey (119) plus one tram journey (20) away. All three metro lines are one tram journey away. The hotel sells transportation tickets at face value (no mark-up). The front desk is open 24 hours. The front door is locked during hours of darkness, but opened with the room's key card. Check out was swift and accurate and there is a left luggage facility available as required.

Very good location, near the old city centre and the Hradcani castle, clean, comfortable, recently renovated, great variety of food for breakfast, enough parking space in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to a very busy road and the noise is well heard in the room. The staff is not too nice - correct, but reserved and not willing to give you any extra help, information or kindness.

Value for money, perfect location, friendly staff, nice lobby design.

Free internet access was wrote in the confirmation. But during my stay internet access was changed to payful.

There waqs no mention at time of booking about works going on in the hotel, although this was of littleinconvenience.. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms is really disappointing, if you have been out all day and you get back late the last thing you want to do is have to go to the reception to get a coffee!!

Good breakfast. Good location. Good price.

It would be nice to make the Internet on all floors wireless, wired Internet is not always convenient.

Hotel is good located. My room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. They've got postcards, stamps, tram tickets at the reception desk. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes a nice and a pleasant stay in Prague. Greetings, Radek

- The breakfast was excellent - it was near the tram station and the city center was at walking distance. - hotel staff was helpful and provided a map of the city.

- The walls had signs of humidity - the sheets and towels hadn't been changed (we stayed two nights) - slow internet on the lobby.
