Automatic lights in corridors need a few more seconds at either end of the cycle. They don't go on till you are at your door! No lift to ground floor

Very good price for what you get, rooms are confortable and clean, breakfast standard but still very much ok. The lady serving there is very friendly, even if we couldnt really speak czech with her ;-)

There are currently some construction works which reduce the level of confort. The staff do what they can to minimize the inconvenient and hopefully, as soon as it's over, everything will be more functional and nicer. It's not a complaint, it's just people should be informed here about this before they decide to book. It's not very centrla but it's not too far and well connected with trams to the ity center.

Rooms and bed comfortable

I was only told when I arrived that the restaurant was closed and building work on-going. I got information of local restaurants were I could eat and they were closed. Not very happy, I will visit Hyundai on a regular basis and now I will have to find another hotel for the future.

Good breakfast and very wide selection - very nice, clean room, accessible by public transportation and by car. Discounted price during reconstruction.

Undergoing reconstruction - not mentioned in ads. Restaurant closed in the evening, selection of food in bar very limited and it is better to go somewhere else. Rooms are bit worned out, need of reconstruction is visible. 3 stars instead of 4.

According to Booking.com it is a 4-star hotel. I can tell you it is not even a 3-star hotel. Bathroom: less than minimum Room: old Atmosphere: old communistic You have to devaluate this hotel to maximum 3 stars.

Appartamento

All'arrivo ci vengono assegnati due alloggi dei quali uno corrispondeva a quannto prenotato (superior), il secondo doveva essere dello stesso livello ma viene assegnata una stanzetta standard. Dopo svariati reclami la tipa alla reception con la massima arroganza risponde che così erano le prenotazioni, anche se il foglio di prenotazione diceva l'opposto. Si è anche attaccata alla scusa di parlare poco le lingue straniere e quindi non capiva la richiesta. Il mattino succassivo ho sporto reclamo anche con la direzione che, interpellata la tipa, le ha dato ragione (!!). Scopro poi che l'appartamento è stato assegnato ad altri ad un costo ben superiore (96€). Il ristorante è molto carente nella qualità al punto che tre piatti sono stati respinti. Ciliegina sulla torta, come mi siedo si spezza la sedia e finisco per terra (!!) fortunatamente senza danni.

- der diskrete und freundliche Umgang mit dem Personal (Zimmerservice besonders aber auch Rezeption) - der Service - das Frühstück - die ruhige Lage des Hotels, trotzdem verkehrsgünstig durch gute Straßenbahnanbindung - alles ist praktisch und auf einen angenehmen Urlaub eingerichtet - auf kleine Sonderwünsche wird problemlos eingegangen - das Hotel bildet selbst Personal aus, leistet also einen Entwicklungsbeitrag für die Stadt - meine Freundin und ich hatten das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein - die Ausstattung der Zimmer und besonders des Badezimmers ist gut, - PC über Kabelverbindung funktioniert super - die Baumaßnahmen zwecks Umbau des Haupteinganges und der Rezeption wurden diskret ausgeführt und haben uns nicht gestört

-nicht gefallen hat mir die mittlere Holzumrandung zwischen den Doppelbetten - Bassin und Sauna waren leider nicht in Betrieb

Vůbec nic

Vybavení hotelu neodpovídá svému označení. Vybavení na pokojích celkem rozumné odpovídající standardu o * níže. Recepce v rekonstrukci (to se může stát, ale je třeba na to upozornit). Bar a jídelna těsně po rekonstrukci je ve stavu, kdy bych se u tohoto označení hotelu do rekonstrukce naopak pustil. Atmosféra hotelu spíše odpovídá pracovní ubytovně. Bar rozhodně neláká k večernímu posezení. Jídlo večer žádné. Hotel bych označil maximálně **.

Pěkně zařízené pokoje, chotný personál, neměli absolutně problém mi v noci vyměnit pokoj, když v mém podivně hučelo topení.

topení trochu hučelo i v jiném pokoji, právě probíhala rekonstrukce vchodu a restaruace.

Opravdu skvělý hotel, skvělá atmosféra, bohatá snídaně a určitě se tam vrátíme

Vynikajici a opravdu bohate snidane. Vse na co si vzpomenete.

Hotel prave prochazi rekonstrukci a od kvetna zde bude wellness.

ochotný personál, dobře vybavený pokoj, výborná bohatá snídaně, hned vedle ČEZ Arény.

parkovné se platí zvlášť a je poměrně drahé
