Friendly and compliant staff in reception and parking. Quiet place. Very good rate price/quality. Horrible servis in course of breakfast. On the free tables were not any cups, any cutlery, any teaspoon. Any staff over 10 minutes. We recieved cutlery from another tables with used plates !!!! ( For drinks we waited next 10 minutes.( all jugs with juices were always empty ) For eggs we waited also 10 minutes. Minimal assortmnet sweets and fruits. This is not realy level 4 star hotel breakfast. Hotel lobby in architural style or realistic communism. |

Powodem mojego przyjazdu do Ostravy była chęć obejrzenia przedstawienia w Cez Arenie i dlatego wybrałam ten hotel. Miałam b. blisko, wystarczyło tylko przejść przez ulicę. Nie podobał mi się fakt iż zapłaciłam więcej niż przy rezerwacji pokoju. Rezerwując pokój przez booking.com miałam cenę podaną 60 EUR w momencie płacenia okazało się , że mam zapłacić 63 EUR z powodu różnicy kursowej . Pomimo iż płaciłam w EURO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nie chodzi tu o 3 EUR tylko o fakt. |

Gut . zimmer ein bisschen klein, es fehlt gratis internet , gratis internetterminals mit drucker. Bei einem Hotel das so weit vom Stadtkern entfernt und trotzdem nicht billig ist waere dies wuenschenswert . Das Fruehstuecksbuffet liese sich ein wenig verbessern Die flure koennten ansprechender sein, die Minibar gratis bei diesem Hotelpreis |

El vino de la cena, era checo y estaba muy bueno Está lejos del centro, el nombre de booking no se corresponde con el del hotel porque no habían tenido tiempo de cambiar los carteles, lo que nos llevó una hora adivinarlo y que la ciudad no hay nada que ver. Ibamos de paso. |

Personel uśmiechnięty, przyjazny. Bardzo smaczne sniadanie, to ze choć niewielki, ale jest basen. Stary fitness club. W zasadzie nie powinni mówić, że coś takiego mają. |

Zimmer, Hilfe an Rezeption Auf Buchungsbestätigung sollte auch der Name "Atom Hotel" vermerkt sein, da auf der Hotelanlage "Clarion Congress Hotel" kaum zu sehen ist...haben deshalb das Hotel lange gesucht! ... Frühstücksservice sollte freundlicher sein! |
