Modern hotel near the centre of Prague, which is a part of a shopping centre. Nice, clean rooms, available wellness and other facilities. Excellent breakfast included in room price. |

The location directly accessible by metro, not too far from centre. Huge breakfast room, long queues, no espresso. Not sufficient warm water for shower in the morning (due to 300 conference attendees having shower at the same time ?) |

Quality of room was excellent and metro to downtown and airport was part of the complex. Excellent value for the room cost and a full breakfast buffet was included. There were a lot of stores and a food court in the complex that provided anything you needed. Smoking was allowed in the lobby. That was not good. |

The hotel was spotless, extremely clean. It's located a minute away from the subway and a part of the mall. The breakfast buffet was healthy and nutritions, 4 types of cheese, 4-5 types of salami(cold cuts), poridge, 4-5 types of fried sausages, pancakes with real maple sirop, variety of fruit and veggies, sweets, delicious buns. Staff was good and helpfull. I had some problem with water in the sink, it would accumulate in the sink. As soon as I complained about it , it was fixed in no time. The mini bar which is in your room is not for you to use, read the instructions carefully, The drinks in the mini bar are 2-3 times more expensive than in the food store near by called "Billy" ( located in the Mall). The hotel charges 300 krones ($25 CND) a day if you want to use a mini bar for your own purposes. To eat in the restraurant is very expensive, so try to have a meal in the Mall. There is a Pizza Place and japanisse food was good too, don't eat chinise food in the mall it wasn't tasty at all. Swimming pool is not part of the hotel, it's just a sport club in the mall, right next to the food court. To use a swimming pool is very expensive, the hotel shouldn't even mention that they have a swimming pool. |

The rooms were very comfotable. I liked the Executive Suite on the seventh floor together with the complimentary drinks and snacks. I liked the free acceess to the gym. The food in the breakfast and lunch reatarurant was generally very good. The hotel was very convenient for the Metro line. I didn't like the 'orange juice' at breakfast. I would have preferred squeezed orange juice. The price of drinks at the bar was too high. The film service on the TV in the room didn't work. The area surrounding the hotel was not very interesting interesting and a long way from the centre of Prague. |

Good Hotel. Located very close to metro station and big store and food court at the same building. Very nice breakfast: a lot of dishes and fruits for all wishes. The room size is enough for staing of 2 persons and it was cleaned every day. Very convinient bed in the room with convinient pillows: felt absolutely relaxed every morning. TV allowed to find our country chanel for free. Iron and ironing-board in the room. Payed exactly the same price as the site proposed first. Bad experience with food in room service. They delivered very very small piece of meat for about 20 EUR. Nothing about portions size in their service booklets. Felt as eat nothing after dinner finished... There is no free internet but in the same building ther is a cafe with free wi-fi. |

Good breakfast selection, mixture of European and American breakfast, lots of space to sit, also outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. For internet access this business hotel charges 13 euro for one hour. Seems a bit high. If you really need internet access go to the city. They charge as little as 1.5 ck per minute, which is about 4 euro per hour. Also smoking is still allowed in the public areas, but this seems more an issue of the City. |

Rooms were clean, shopping center connected to hotel, subway station in the same center. Very low price for that kind of standard. Approx. 10 minutes to Old Town by subway. Internet for 300 czk per day, parking for 17eur per day and a parking card never works - you have to go to the reception and ask them to open parking door manually. |

We only stayed one night, and didn't go into the city from the hotel, but it was very comfortable and clean! The hotel is a very large convention-type with 2 restaurants and a bar. Our room was very large and comfy, and the bathroom is big and clean! Underground parking attached to hotel by elevator was free on weekends. There is a subway station and small mall attached, also, though we didn't have time to explore. . Though our roopm was clean and smoke-free, the lobby and restaurants are not! It's not smoky, but some Europeans smoke a lot and will do so right next to you, as it's more culturally acceptable to smoke than in the U.S. There are sitting areas with ash trays all over the lobby. Also, minor point, the pillows are actually too large-- it was impossible to get them squished down enough to sleep. We slept with our necks at a strange angle alll night. |

Nice, clean. Well connected with shopping centre and metro next door. Reception staff could not have been more helpful in providing tourist related info. Had the feeling of a more expensive hotel. Even with air con, found the room slightly clammy in the hot weather as the windows did not open. Breakfast in general was very nice, but was disappointed to find mould on a cake one morning. |

The room was clean and spacious. The metro station was in the hotel complex; very convenient. Our room door was left open after the cleaner tidied it. |
