Conforto, proximidade do metro que dá acesso ao centro da cidade, simpatia dos empregados.

Limpeza dos quartos (encontramos algumas teias de aranha no quarto o que não se compreende para um hotel de 4 estrelas recente), pequeno-almoço (dificuldade em encontrar uma mesa convenientemente posta), distância de cerca de 9 a 10 paragens de metro do centro da cidade (para quem quiser sair à noite, torna-se complicado e dependente de taxis para voltar ao hotel, pois o Metro somente funciona até às 24 horas)

Very good location, next to metro. A good value hotel but it also offers premium services in case of a demand.

Everyday they serve the same breakfast, some minor changes can be done day to day. They let smoking in the lobby which causes a smoke to welcome you when you enter the hotel.

This was my second time when I have booked this hotel.The reasons are: --very good location in Praha 9, the hotel is situated on top of a metro station and a small mall, rooms are sound-proofed, large enough, breakfast is excelent, hotel staff is very friendly (despite the fact that English is spoken only by the reception staff) I was quite impressed that Mr. Marek P. from reception desk was speaking very good English and he offers us vouchers for free drinks just because we were waiting 10 minutes...The rooms are very clean.It is very easy to reach downtown by metro.Excelent hotel..

I have noticed that the hotel is getting old...The only elevator that allows you to reach any hotel floor from the parking was broken, so I had to change to elevators to reach my room.The shower head needs to be replaced. Shower gel and shampoo were replaced by very cheap (eco-friendly?) replicas that smell very bad...Also all rooms are now non-smoking even if you can smoke in any public area.Free internet connection is very slow, but you can pay for a better one.It seems that the target of this hotel is now old people (just few young couples in the hotel).Benada restaurant was quite expensive, but the food was OK and the service was great even if we were only 2 customers inside for 2 hours....

I have not appreciated my stay at this hotel. I felt like in a factory, we had to queue to eat in the morning, the staff was not helpful, internet was not working in the room the first day either at night, we walked 15 minuts outside the hotel at night to find the entrance given than all doors were closed (and nobody told us about this), the room was confortable but sad and without light... There are much better hotels in Prague, better located and at a better price. It was in a ugly area.

The staff was amazing. If I needed anything at all it seemed like they went out of there way to make sure it was done fast and right. They have a very nice fitness center and a spa to relax after a long day.

Nice,clean,with metro station downstairs. Gym and wellness for free were really welcome.

Only wired internet in the room,even this unbelievably slow. Absence of wifi seems antique to me nowadays.

I have stayed in the hotel for two nights during a scientific meeting and I didn't need to leave the hotel complex. Everything needed is available in one place.

we enjoyed our stay. the room was clean and very comfertable, great bed, great breakfest,very nice staff. a little bit far from the city but worth the 15 minutes metro ride!

The parking is a little bit expensive.
