Location was good - we wanted access to the O2 arena which was very close.

We enjoyed the fact that the metro station was downstairs and that there were shopping facilities on site. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful and set us out on the right foot for the day. The staff was helpful but the 'Veduta' staff could benefit from a more client focussed and 'friendly' manner. Cleanliness was a plus for us.

It was a perfect place to our honeymoon! :) The room was very comfortable and clean!!! There was a tasty breakfast included. Great location. This hotel located half minute from the metro and 1 minute from tramway station. There is a very good room service and a very friendly English speaking reception staff!!! Every issues that we had were immediately resolved by the great reception. We had a fast and available free Wi-Fi during the whole period we stayed there. We had an executive room. It was worth an additional payment we payed over regular double room. We got a fabulous and very big room with large windows to a different directions of the city. It included a free minibar, jacuzzi and additional bonuses. Bottom line: wide and clean rooms, good location and friendly staff.

Nothing. The only Cons we found: There is no option to open windows. We had a broken shower but it was fixed immediately.

Actually, I can't use WI-FI. This is too bad for me.

Although out of Prague we were travelling by car and it was one of the few hotels in Prague which had it's own car park. It also had a tube station under the hotel so it was very easy to travel into the city. The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Next to a shopping mall where you could eat Chinese, Sushi or local food. Super transport links to the city centre and only a short walk from O2 Arena if you are attending a concert . All in all, great value for money with all the amenities you need close by.

I loved the convenience of being right on a Metro stop, and within a mall complex. If we needed anything, shopping was right there, as well as diverse food choices and plenty to do. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and all spoke English, as well as quite a few other languages.

The pool area is closed to kids past 4pm. Men must wear a Speedo for "hygienic" reasons, but folks walk naked through the pool and spa area to get to the sauna and locker rooms. The breakfast was plentiful, but if there are tour groups staying at the hotel seating is hard to find between 8 and 9 am, and the menu items are scarce as the staff scrambles to keep up with demand.

More convenient to business people .... But still it's very much adequate to families since its par of a mall ... And metro is just underneath ... Spa is really good... Breakfast is also good... Friendly staff

SPA had very firm regulations !!! I felt I was going to embassy interview ... U can't wear ur normal shorts u have to get similar to the sample they show and buy it ... U need to sign 2 to three forms at each hotel and SPA....

Exclellent hotel, great value for money, (Though we must admit we were freely upgraded to an executive room with jacuzzi..). Adjacent to shopping mall with supermarket, small swimming pool, gym and sauna (included). The metro under the hotel takes you in 10 mins to the centre of Prague. No way you can find a good hotel like this in the centre. No street noise, great breakfast.

Curtains don't close well, may wake you up early in the morning (take blindfold?). They're cheap on the shower gel (for environmental reasons..), you can ask for more but it just doen't feel right -> best take your own.

The housekeeper was horrible. She used to put 1 tiny shower gel and 2 tiny shampoo for me and my wife. I kept telling her but no response. Finally, i had to speak to the reception. She did not put bathroom slipper until i told the reception also

Pros... + Price/Quality = Excellent + Good parking facility + Well designed and clean + Very good breakfast service + FREE minibar + Direct connection to subway + There was Jacuzzi and bathrobe in our bathroom + FREE - Indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, Jacuzzi

Cons... - House keeping service was average - There is very little choice in breakfast if you do not eat pork - Reception area computer service was slow - Limited TV channels - Only two English-speaking channels

A wonderful hotel, traveling with 4 years old child isnt easy. But location with direct access to the shoping mall which has a play area for kids and the underground station (line b) which is located in the hotel make our stay very convenient. City centre is 6 station away around 10 mins and the line b directs you to the airport bus (free of charge). Definetly whenever I go to Prague I will stay in this lovely hotel. Swimming pool, breakfast, direct access to city centre and airport bus, cleaness and comfort all are perfect

Sometimes getting back to parking place is bit adventure job as not clearly indicated.

The rooms are luxurious, well equipped and excellent and comfort beds. Breakfast is excellent and good variety of foods. The hotel is part of shopping center where you could eat and shop. Good metro connection right in front of hotel to the very center of Prague.

The room had only central air-conditioning which was the only source of fresh air, since the windows couldn't be open (manufactured like that)! The alternative is to leave the door open while no one is passing by your room! Wireless internet was not working in the whole hotel during 3 out of 5 days of our stay! Despite several complaints to hotel staff they didn't repair it. Instead they offered cable/LAN low speed internet 256kbps for free. Shame for a hotel like that! There was problem with bathroom shower with mixted periods of hot and cold water during shower, which is due to a low pressure on 7th floor!

Fare to airport was too expensive think of bugdet friendly option.

Amazing breakfast. Great location. Fantastic to be able to use the Spa/Sauna/Gym facilities next door.

A tad pricey...
