Conforto, proximidade do metro que dá acesso ao centro da cidade, simpatia dos empregados.

Limpeza dos quartos (encontramos algumas teias de aranha no quarto o que não se compreende para um hotel de 4 estrelas recente), pequeno-almoço (dificuldade em encontrar uma mesa convenientemente posta), distância de cerca de 9 a 10 paragens de metro do centro da cidade (para quem quiser sair à noite, torna-se complicado e dependente de taxis para voltar ao hotel, pois o Metro somente funciona até às 24 horas)

Localização excelente com metro na porta.

excellent fitness opportunities, good connection to town.Rooms are spacious and we got connected rooms as family (very nice).

unfortunately smoking is everywhere allowed in the hotel, this is an opportunity to improve by assigning a designated smoking area.

Rooms are large and clean. Hotel is so quiet that I wanted to stay there and just sleep :-) Large restaurant and good variety of food for breakfast

The parking is a little bit expensive.

Lounge chairs smelt of smoke, staff uniforms required cleaning and smartening up. No one immediately available to greet and assist with luggage and as hotel was only operated by escalators on ground floor up to reception this made life very difficult. Arranged for luggage to be picked up from room on departure and placed in baggage room but we or luggage were given no receipt or number to claim luggage. Number and size of lifts totally inadequate.

The staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi (a must for a conference/business trip which this was). Access to the excellent Metro system was very convenient and a round trip into the city was around £2.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room - unusual for a modern international hotel. We had originally planned to move into the city for 2 nights after the conference but because of the convenience of getting into the city we decided to extend our stay at the Clarion by 2 nights on the 2nd of a five day stay and this was accepted at the desk. However in the event the hotel had only booked us for one extra night and was heavily overbooked on the final (Saturday) night. We therefore had to find another hotel for one night.

There is nothing special about the Hotel except that it has a congress center so if you are attending a conference it make it easy for you.

The air-conditioning in my room didn't worked and my colleagues had the same issue, I had to call multiple time to get some one in to have look after quite some time a technician showed up, he initially pretended that every thing is fine when I convinced him that the room temperature is equivalent to outside temperature ge fiddled around with the temperature and switched it from auto to manual and left by saying that it will result in 2 degree improvement in room temperature. He left and there is no change in the condition. Im sure the hotel air-conditioning system was down and they were simply blowing outside air into the room and telling lies to the guests By pretending that there is no problem. Any how upon my check out the front desk staff acknowledged and accepted the problem with air-conditioning. However there is no compensation offered by the hotel.

Excellent location for those who attend events in o2 Arena, right on metro station and a decent shopping mall

very friendly employees, nice and clean rooms. It is easy to reach the centre via metro from this hotel. I was completely satisfied.

Usefull staff, clean room, convenient parking. Breakfast was good, not perfect, but for that price it was fine. Good value for money.Would recommend the hotel to my friends.
