Close to historical city center (short walk). Confortable and very clean rooms, despite a bit cramped. Free wired Internet. Non obscuring blinds (despite having three blinds) means that sunlight is present from 6 am in the summer. Hotel parking a bit expensive and not very convenient, as it isn't on site, although free street parking is available for overnight stays (18h-8h).

We had booked a superior double room but it did not look like the "superior" photos, it was quite small. The curtains let too much light in from about 5am, blackout curtains would be a better idea. The location was not in the "Old Town", it was actually in the Jewish Quarter. Beds were not made up everyday and the smoking rooms did not provide ashtrays, you had to ask for one. Staff were not particularly helpful.

Location was good. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast was acceptable. when we came to the hotel, they gave us room 301. ıt was just 18 degree and outside was -11 degree!!!! At first although our air condition didn't work, also internet didn't work, they told us 'air condition is working, the degree of room is normal for this season and internet problem depends on your computer , this is not our problem'. After that we wanted to change our room. Then first ,they told us the hotel was full. When we insist them to do something about the temperature, 'suddenlly' they had 3 more rooms !!! They showed us 2 of these 3 rooms. But air conditions didn't work too. And finally we gone to the reception and said that we wanted to check out, because there isn't any room with even 21 degree. Rooms are queite cold. But this time the stuff at reception were changed. There is a jung kind guy and a kind stuff. Kind guy gave us a real room with good working air condition and finally we took what we deserved. We suggest that, ıf you prefer this hotel, don't pay the charge as soon as you go there. Firstly check your room !!!

The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the Metro (no taxi's required from the Airport) and from the shops and the Old Town Square. The Breakfast buffet is superb with a good variety of both hot and cold food available and set us up well for a day's sightseeing and shopping. The reception area is a bit dull and doesn't really adequately reflect the rest of the hotel

Breakfast was nice, Location was good and the room was nicely laid with all amenities. Very Comfortable Spacious and clean. Bathroom was quite outdated. Staff at the reception would make faces whenever we questioned about any charges or facilities. THe staff tried to charge us for consuming the water bottles provided in the room. When we told them that we have not consumed their bottles and infact got the bottles from outside, then they checked up with their house keeping. After discussion they told us, since we got water from outside but consumed it in the room so we will have to pay for water. I have never heard this ever before. So after an argument, they waived ito off.

The location in old Prague is great. Within a walking distance from most points of interest. The hotel is pleasant. Helpfull staff. Good rooms. Good breakfast. We were a group of 7 people in 4 rooms. Had nice views of the Vltava river from our rooms. The only serious fault was the shower facility, located inside the bath tub. Very slippery. Tough climbing into. Nothing to hold on to. A risky adventure. Same situation in all rooms.

We specifically came to Prague to pursue the sights offered and we found the hotel wonderfully situated to all amenities and sightseeing places. We had a lovely view from our room overlooking the bridge and were happy with the way the staff assisted us when we asked for directions and things to do and see.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the main parts of town including catching the tram to the Prague Castle. Also, free WiFi was very good. The bed cover was filthy and had to be taken off. The buffet has limited options for vegans (strict vegetarians). The food was not so fresh.
