Staff is friendly and helpful
Awful smell in first room I got. Had to change room. Still some smell of cleaning supplies.
Huge security issue - keys to your room could be given to anybody, you just need to answer to "room nuber?" question given by receptionist who saw you for the first time at that moment
Solid breakfast, good location, nice bathroom
Rooms not very clean, first impression really bad.
The location is good and it was fairly cheap, considering breakfast was included. Also, the room was quiet, there was no noise from the other rooms/the street.
When we arrived, there was a huge spider in our room. The receptionist dealt with this fairly quickly, however, there were many spider webs in the room, it seems the cleaning lady likes spiders :)
Small refund given for giving me a single room rather than the double room requested
Bedding clean but mattress not; shower temperature variable; poor tv reception;
dirty bathroom, very poor breakfast
silent location not too far away from the city centre
room a bit dark - completely ok, if you don't spend too much time there though
Simple, nice and clean place to stay, in good price, very nice and helpful staff, very convenient localization, good breakfest.
our room was very wet and it made our stay less comfortable that it could be. Even our sheets felt wet.
The quilt was super thin and it was very cold. We were woke up by the coldness twice a night. The heating doesn't work. We tried to ask for extra quilt, but the staf told us there's no extra quilt and they won't turn on the heating because it was not cold enough... While we were waiting to talk to the staff, she was obviously making a personal phone call for over 10 minutes, just letting us wait there at around 22:30. The shower water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot, and there's no place on the upper wall to hang the shower nozzle, so basically you have to lie in the bath tub because if you want to stand while showering, it would be super inconvenient. And the location was not so good as they said. There was not even a clear sign on the street. You have to look very carefully at the door numbers. If you arrive at night, it would be hard to find them. The cleaning was horrible. We are girls so there were some hair on the bathroom floor. The staff asked for 500czk because the bathroom was hard to cleaning!!! And they never told us before that we can't leave any hair on the bathroom floor. [What's the purpose of living in a hotel if they can't clean the bathroom floor?] They wouldn't let us go if we don't pay. But we were catching a train that leaves 30 mins later. Because of them, we missed the train and that resulted in our not making the journey to amsterdam the same day. So we had to spend extra to live in Berlin for a night. In total, this was the most terrible experience I've ever had with hotels.
breakfast very good also reception very helpful
Good location - it takes 10 minutes on foot to get to the centre. Nice and comfortable room. It's ideal for tourits. / Jó elhelyezkedés, gyalog 10 percre a központtól. Kényelmes és kellemes szoba, szép fürdőszobával.
Location is very good. 10 min walk to the metro station. Many restaurants and shops around. Free parking on streets is possible. Reasonably priced. New bathroom features.
The staff is not very polite. The carpet in our room was old and stained. The pillows were very bad - shapeless. The hotel manager said that the rooms are cleaned and vacuumed every 3 days (not every day!). The breakfast choices were overall poor, but if you are not a picky eater, would be ok.
Location was very nice. There is Metro station and tram line nearby. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the city centre on foot. The staff was very nice.
The Wi-Fi signal was very poor and it was disconecting all the time. Wa asked for changing our bed linen during our stay and it wasn't done
Hotel was a great price and really convenient for public transport. It's in Vinohrady which is a really nice area.
Wifi didn't work in room.
Near the city center
It was too hot in the room.
Thanks to this hotel, we visited a beautiful part of Prague that we wouldn't have otherwise. Lots of nice cheap food around, beautiful architecture
Toilet is leaking, so they lose lots of money. Price a little to high giving the distance from city center
Poor breakfasts, I regret to say - especially if one is vegetarian!
Very fair price, close to Metro station.
• Quiet location, quiet hotel, parking in the yard • Clean room and other utilities • Not far from the city Centre – metro on distance 5-7 minutes • Valuable beer bar Sokolovna with tasty food in next building
• Breakfast might start earlier (e.g. at 7) • Price for the parking relatively high, very narrow entry to the parking place (needed one person to maintain the distance to the wall!
good position, it is far 10 minutes by walk from Vaclav square, pleasant atmosphere of hotel, excellent ratio price : position, I'm afraid of quality of breakfast according to reviews, but it was good - fresh bread, vegetable, ham, juice, jam
thin blanket and pillow, dirty carpet, dirty wall, pillar near a bed
Bed was comfortable. Enough space for storing clothes etc. Plenty of towels. Staff at reception were very pleasant.
Breakfasts were horrible. I didn't go after the first day. Room was not cleaned unless I put a notice outside asking for it to be done. I have never come across this before in a hotel. I put out the notice asking not to be disturbed when I was still in the room getting ready to go out. The shower did not work
No Wifi in room, as advertised. Breakfast, very poor quality.
Very cold rooms, room equipment doesn't correspond to the description.
Good location. Cheerful staff. Very fast and fee wifi. Private shower & WC. Good table & seat to work with laptop.
Kitchen is opened only during breakfast but receptionist boiled water for me on reception at night.
good location, quiet place not far from center and metro; rational balance of price and quality
