Hotel Claris  

The room was of comfortable size, and so was the bathroom. It was quiet (mainly because all the other guests were quiet ,too, considering the open windows...) and I enjoyed the morning sun. Staff at reception friendly.

In my opinion, the breakfast offer was rather poor (choice of bread, tea; sausage and cheese ice cold). I've never stayed at a hotel where the room wasn't cleaned every day, as was the case here.

Staff is really friendly and helpful, great location, very close to public transport. Room is big and clean with big bahtroom and very comfortable. It was the best budgetßfriendly hotel I ever stayed at.

Very new and clean hotel, rooms and bathroom. Really close to the Namesti Miru metro station, which had also a beautiful square and cathedral.

It wasn't a double bed, it was two single beds put together. The covers were really thin, so we felt cold at night. And the bath towels were really really small. Wifi only in the reception, not in the room.

They are charging way too much for a Prague standard.

The location is perfect. Two parks are very close, as well as metro and tram. Very close to city center and yet quiet. Grocery store is just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic but ok. The rooms are fine. Our room was on a sunny side so it was always cosy. The other two rooms we had were not on sunny side, so it was significantly colder and darker there. But it got fine after the heating was turned on.

Cold rooms if heating is not on. Thin walls so that we could hear well the neighbors. Not perfectly clean in the room. The wi-fi connection is very poor and no telephone in the room. Kettle and basic kitchenware would be very helpful (we were with a small child).

Good place to stay if you compare price and comfort/location.

My bed had a noisy problem and she towels were stained.. But the rest was great!

Quite location

just basic budget hotel. Wooden bed frame not very good if you are over 6foot tall. small breakfast.

The location of the hotel was awesome, only a few minutes from the center and from the Metro station.

The breakfasts were poor.

When I go out late, the room was not cleaned up.

Har bestilt 4 værelser, men der var kun 3 og fik tilbudt et enkelt værelse, hvor den ene person skulle ligge med hovedet inde i et skab. Det er meget utilfredsstillende. Vi fik godt nok værelset lidt billigere, men det var ikke i orden

Отзвычивость и терпение сотрудников, доброжелательный персонал столовой.

Мусорные контейнеры на входе, отключено отопление полотенце-сушителя в ванной комнате, теснота в номере, ветхие серые полотенца.

gute zentrale Lage (nahe an Metro und Tram), sehr ruhig, 24 h offen, freundliches Personal deutsch und englisch sprechend

Morgenessen war etwas handgestrickt, insbesondere der Orangensaft ist untrinkbar

Localisation pas trop éloignée du centre ville et proche des transports en commun. Calme. Grande chambre et lit double. petit déjeuner correct et varié.

Literie sommaire. peu ou pas de ménage.

Hotel má vhodnou polohu téměř v centru města, pokoje jsou na přespání zcela vyhovující, koupelny byly nové a čisté.

Snídaně byly velmi chudé. Zde je velký prostor pro zlepšení. Jde o způsob servírovaní, který by šel malými detaily zlepšit.
