Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Wifi was poor in our room.
Great location, close to city center. Big room, clean, with mosquito netting and ac.
In the amenities not offered shampoo. Breakfast could be improved with more variety.
The location is central being only a short walk from Charles Bridge, Town Square and Wenceslas Square. Breakfasts are typically continental with adequate provision for all tastes.Although there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room these are provided, and are available 24 hours a day, in the reception area of the hotel. Hotel is clean, rooms large and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler looking for a centrally located hotel.
Parking of vehicles other than in the small hotel car park can be hazardous as during my stay I saw two vehicles 'clamped' so beware of street parking near the hotel.
Location, breakfast, friendly staff, free coffee/tea in lounge, free wifi, car park, good security
we could only stay 1 night!
The staff. The coffee, available all day in the loby. The breakfast buffet. The cleanliness. The great value. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The security.
The room we were in wasn't as modern as the rooms look in pictures. The cleanliness and comfort made up for it.
I`m glad we chose Cloisters Hotel, simply because the staff, position of hotel, breakfast, being made to feel welcome, was all first class. We will definately stay there again.
There is nothing we didn`t like about Cloisters Hotel.
location breakfast service lobby complimentary coffee in lobby
spiders in our rooms
location, staff, clean
Window was looking to wall (no view at all)
Staff were great, really helpful and friendly.
If you book early a room (at least a month before arrival) at this hotel you can get better ratio price-quality. The location is great, aprox. 10 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. The staff is friendly.
Breakfast quite dull. Phonic isolation is so poor, that you can hear every single noise from neighbors.
Close to square and bridge but not in a busy area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good coffee machine all day in lobby, and computers and printer to use free. Breakfast decent but same every day.
Elevator was small for people with suitcases, but had a nice interior staircase if you didn't want to wait.
Excellent location and very friendly and informative staff. Good free coffee in the lobby. Nice breakfast. Very clean. Reasonable price.
WiFi too slow in popular hours.
Helpful staff. clean room. easy to walk to main square
Breakfast was so - so.
The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and included a full breakfast. Location was perfect, close to Charles Bridge and plenty of restaurants nearby. The whole hotel has a lovely atmosphere and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there.
The staff were great. The location fab.
The wifi is poor in bedrooms, but tbh the reception did warn me about it. Prob better not to promise it in bedrooms, then when customers do get it, they're happy
Great staff, especially front office staff. Excellent breakfasts. Excelleent WiFi access. Comfortable lounge.
Very expensive compared to other similiar hotels. Very difficult to find, need better directions following booking.
Everything to our liking. Staff very helpful. Great attention to detail in this hotel, so well looked after and presented. Terrific location.
location to Charles Bridge (10 min walking) Excellent male receptionist!!! (sorry did not get his name)
distance to some rooms is a maze from lobby
Parking facilities Free coffee machine Close to many attractions Very friendly staff
WIFI not consistent...
Great localisation, very helpful and attentive staff at the reception desk (especially mr Adam Filip). Air conditioning in the room. The parking is a big plus, especially considering the location of the hotel, right in the Old Centre of Prague. However you must see to booking a parking place beforehand, as the area is rather small.
They forgot to clean our room on one day of our stay. After our intervention the issue was resolved, however we thought this incident to be highly unprofessional. Also, the hotel serves pretty poor breakfests, with little variety of fruits and vegetables, lacking even scrambled eggs.
Huge hotel despite the facade. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. Clean everywhere and breakfast was good with lots of choice. Great location.
Location Friendly staff. Free drinks in minibar.
Complicated access to room...the way was via different coridors.
Location excellent, can walk to castle and old Town. Lovely to have free tea and coffee available at any time in the lobby. Reception staff extremely helpful.
We had room 221, which was on the end of the floor and so tiny - when booking.com described the rooms as spacious. This room would have been small with a single bed, but as a double is best described as compact. We did see some other rooms and they were spacious. Wifi not the best.
The staff were extremely helpful. They offered a range of services such as booking for additional tours etc. Arranging pick up from the train station was excellent .
The Wifi kept dropping out so each time you moved within the hotel you had to log on again.
