Located in the oldest part of the historical city centre, just steps from the monumental Charles Bridge, in the vicinity of the picturesque Old Town Square, in a cobblestoned lane free of traffic. The building is a part of medieval monastery complex, still inhabited by the Grey Sisters of Mercy, with the church of St. Bartholomew diligently renovated owing to the funds granted by H.R.H., the Prince of Wales.

You will be embraced by historical sights, tourist attractions, museums, theatres, restaurants and cafés of the Old Town of Prague.

The position of the hotel was good.

We thought the accommodation in the room was quite basic, likewise the furnishings, but the staff were very helpful.

central quiet location, price, helpful staff, well equipped room.

because the hotel is in two connected old buildings, our room was quite a long way from the entrance and up and down several staircases, some of which were not served by a lift.

Our room was bright, quiet, cool and spacious! It was absolute heaven to
be able to access tea and coffee at any time. And, the breakfast was the
best we had in all of Europe!

All staff were charming and tried to deal with problems. Their English
was excellent.

Beds were not very comfortable. Rooms decorated in poor taste (sorry
we're designers). 3 bed rooms had odd layout. View from window - car
park (alternative - fairly busy road). Some unidentified high pitch
noise at 3.30 every morning which went on and off for 2 hours.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms were also quite large and very modern.

It appears that there were 2 parts to the hotel and getting to the room was a bit confusing.

The Rtont Desk Staff and the Breakfast Serving Staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The Breakfast fare was excellent in both the variety of the selections and the quality of the food.

The Hotel had good extras like free tea and coffee in the lounge, 4 free welcome drinks in the fridge, free WiFi, good breakfast, good atmosphere, really quiet, helpful staff, excellent location with many cheap restaurants nearby. When I asked them to book me the shared taxi to the airport, they offered theirs at the same price (399 Cz Crowns), even though theirs was listed much higher.

The rooms are all different sizes. Ours was rather small - but still okay. It might be advisable to check.

Nice, large, clean room; central location.

The final price was not the same as advertised. Very poor breakfast. No smoking areas; not allowed to go with the coffee cup outside for a smoke.
