Everything was very clean and staff was super kind. Location is great and they have a special deal with a restaurant nearby that serves excellent food.

The hotel has a kind of austere look... Breakfast could also be better: no scrambled eggs, far from great coffee and almost no sweats. The pillows were also too high and big for me.

The hotel was very safe and secure, the staff friendly and obliging. All facilities were clean and comfortable and quiet. WiFi access great. Very central to Prague Old Town. Loved the history of the hotel. Would stay here again if in Prague.

Large, quiet room. For budget minded visitors to Prague this must be a near ideal place.

This hotel is in a great location with very helpful staff, within easy reach of all the attractions. Plenty of choices for eating & drinking close by. Access to tea & coffee 24 hrs was really appreciated. The hotel was very clean & well cared for. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would definitely recommend to others & would stay again if in the country.

Breakfast is very simple and limited. Parking places difficult to reach with a bigger car. Not the place to go if you want a hotel with a nice view on the city from your room

Exceptional location and value. Very pleasant attentive staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommend unless your tastes are for modern 4-5 star accommodation (which mine aren't!)

Awkward access to parking but it is off street which compensates.

Spendid location; we have stayed here on several occasions and it is within easy walking distance of the Old Town and WenseslaS Square. Our room was spacious and well kept. Prague is my favourite city,

Hotel proprietor was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Adjacent office and cafe/breakfast room was good.

The hotel is tucked away in a side street and not as close to central city as I would have liked.

I suggest: a channel TV in spanish...its unbelievable ¡¡18 channels in french, germany, check, english... but they forget spanish people and southamericans....

The hotel was in a perfect location,very close to all the main attractions but in a quiet street. It was clean, the staff were great and if i'm honest,it was better than I expected it to be for the money we paid. We will definately use this hotel again. Really good sized room aswell. A good hotel in a wonderful city

The room was large, quiet, neat and tidy, the breakfast had a good variety, free wifi, free hot drinks available in reception, staff lovely and helpful. Location fantastic.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. I went to Prague for the sight-seeing, so I did not spend so much time in the premises. However, the staff are affable and most helpful! The breakfast was great, starting from 7:30 to 9:30. Some people were even coming later and they could enjoy their meal nevertheless. The location is really great, 5 minutes walk to the Karl's bridge and maybe 10 to 15 minutes to Palladium shopping mall. The neighbourhood is ok. I went with my sister and we were never feeling unsafe on the way back to the hotel. Internet worked just fine in the room, no complaints.

The minor downside was the noise from the pub across the street during the night hours. We were very tired and exhausted from the whole day hiking and wanted to have some quality sleep which was not always possible.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in April after reading the good reviews on Tripadvisor. The reviews were spot on. I have no problem recommending The Cloister Inn and we will return. The key is its location. Within walking distances of all major tourist sites. Very good value for money and very good buffet breakfast. All buffet dishes were kept topped up right till finishing time.

It's difficult to walk to next building with luggages.
