Helpful and attentive staff, modern contemporary luxurious public rooms and bedrooms. Valet parking. Just on the edge of the pedestrianised old town near the centre of Brno. Close to public transport for the Grand Prix Circuit. High quality. Quite expensive for the weekend during the Moto GP, however all hotel prices are for this weekend and this was not unreasonable. Would be excellent value at other times. We will go back to this hotel. |

The refurbished building restores the classical quality of the original building. Gym small but nice sauna/spa but no pool. Cellar refurb as a conference area seemed wasteful. A bistro/bar would be a usefull addition to the gourmet restarunt, depending on how often used for conferences. Concerige services and car parking excellent. As a good a 4 star as you will find. see above |

Good design of the interior.Very polite staff. Room price is denominated in Euro,altough they exchange it to czech korun. (26 CZK=1 EUR,while rate was that day in the bank 24,45)Yourr card is debited by koruns so the amount has to be exchanged once more.Two exchanges instead of 0.Cost: for you 2-4%. |

A very nice reconstructed design hotel in a historic building with a very good service level The car parking is a little problem as the garage is not very near. |

we stayed at the hotel for a weekend - very pleased with the presentation of the hotel - waow factor when you walk into reception. The rooms were beautifully finished and the beds very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and would recommend to give it a try - the food was fantastic - well presented and cooked to perfection. |

I liked the level of service in general and also liked the furnitures in the room as the bed, desk, shower etc. The gym was too minimal. |

location The food was only average. The room service continental breakfast was listed a complimentary on the order card and then charged, although later reversed. The desk staff were accomodating but not friendly. I would recomend only because of location. |

I loved everything about this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it. The design and luxury perfectly compliment the historic building. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was excellent with beautifully served food at excellent prices. I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel and have recommended it to others. |

Superbly appointed large bedroom, very comfortable bed, luxury bathroom with separate shower and bath complete with high quality towels, robes and toiletries. Excellent breakfast, attentive helpful staff and a stunning blend of historic building with contemporary furniture and artistic decor. Very quiet rooms due to quadruple glazing and convenient to old town, station and bars/restaurants. Hotel currency was shown as Euros but payment could only be made in cash - I was thus unable to use my newly acquired Euro Mastercard prepaid debit card! To pay by credit card, the bill was converted into Czech crowns at a rate of 26 per Euro which will then further increase when I settle my account in sterling. For the record, the hotel was offering a rate of 23.81 CZK per Euro in cash. This somewhat misleading policy is currently under investigation by Booking.com. |

very comfort bedroom and bathroom, beautiful and original design of the main hall The waiter closed the breakfast service in the midle of our breakfast at 10.20! The menu was wide and marvellous but we didn't have a chance to taste it. He recommended us to take coffe or anything now, because the service is finished. We had the information from the reception that breakfast is served till 11.00, so we were just on time. Moreover we were with small children. I'm far dissapointed because I've never been treated like this in other hotels! |

Beautifully reconstructed old building,mixed with very a modern interior design. Perfect location in the old town. Very nice atmosphere, clean.Everything above expectation for Brno standard. Definitelly the best hotel in Brno. If you are travelling with the newborn baby you better bring your own electric kettle. There is none in the room and also none in the hotel:-).So very complicated to sterilise bottles:-) |
