location Service was not good enough for prices and stuffs are careless about the guests.We did not feel welcome at all and also felt judgement by the way we looked. A night receptionist girl had an attitude. The bed from Deluxe room had been putting together by single beds. Therefore you feel the gap of the two beds. |

Very impressive design and would like to go again. Highly recommended! breakfast is also very good! best 4 star hotel we have stayed.酒店设计装修一流,简约现代风格,地理位置优越,是我们住过的最好的4星级酒店.强力推荐! car parking 15 EUROS for one night even you park outside of the hotel.and it was charged two rooms rate because two kids are together with us in one room. After contact with booking, it was charged for one room one night. but it's also anoying. |

Wonderful new design hotel in historic building. Everything perfect. Restaurant wonderful, staff attentive and friendly. This is how a hotel should be! Sadly Spa area was not open. Otherwise all was wonderful. |

The hotel is simply stunning both inside and out and finished to an extremely high standard. The decor is beautiful and compliments the historical building. The staff could not be more helpful making all the necessary arrangements for us to enjoy our holiday. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, fitted with a high quality bathroom, creating a picture of modern elegance. Our stay at the hotel was truly luxurious and there is no doubt we will be returning. |

It's a fabulous hotel. Ultra-hip contemporary design with generously sized, quiet and restful rooms with all the comforts you could want; very welcoming and helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble - the service was exceptional. The building is beautiful and very well located - a restored palace right in the centre of town near all the major sights and shopping/restaurants. Gym and spa not yet open. When they are it will be our perfect city hotel. |

Beeindrucktende Architektur. Wir haben mehr Fotos im Hotel gemacht, als draußen in der Stadt. Mitarbeiter packen die Gäste absolut in Watte, sehr zuvorkommend, diskret. Alles ist noch brandneu, mit viel Stilgefühl eingerichtet. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Wem so ein Hotel nicht gefällt, dem ist nicht zu helfen :-) |

Situación centrica, muy lujoso, todo nuevo, muy bien decorado,internet gratis. Una gozada de hotel y una habitación super amplia, limpia y con todo detalle. Recomiendo el hotel sin lugar a dudas. No hay donde aparcar el coche, asi que hay que dejarlo en el parking del hotel que es un poco caro. |

die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral, sicher eines der besten Plätze die es in Brno gibt." Wollte unten mehr schreiben jedoch ging es nicht...." Dieses Hotel ist absolut neu (ca. vier Monate alt), und es gibt eigentlich Invetarisch nichts negatives zu beurteilen, jedoch versucht die Hotelleitung mit diesen Hotel in die Oberliga aufzusteigen, das in dieser Form sicher nicht gelingen wird. So schön es auch sein mag, dieses Hotel hat absolut keine Persönlichkeit, im Gegenteil es hat eher die Wirkung von unglaublicher Sterilität vergleichbar mit einen OP Saal. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend, ich würde fast sagen übertrieben ausreichend, sie versuchen den Gast damit zu beeindrucken in dem sie zum Frühstück so genantes Schulgebäck anbieten vergleichbar mit Brötchen die man im Flugzeug bekommt, allerdings noch kleiner. Niemand will zum Frühstuck zehn Brote streichen damit er satt... |
