The reception & concierge were most helpful in giving us directions, and information on local attractions. Large window in our room with great veiw of the city. The hotel has it's own (small) casino, and is very close to an underground station and new shopping centre. Just out of the city centre but less than 10 mins on the underground. Good value for 50 Euros per night! Would have liked a different variety at breakfast although it was sufficient. |

I liked the hotel's lounge, I liked the food verry much and the view I had from my room. The room was clean and warmy. I didn't like the fact that the reservation was made for 2 persons and we had only one towell in the bathroom and we recived only one breakfast in the first day. And I think that privat parking is too espensive and they need to solve the problem with the parking. |

Excellent breakfast, good location, very nice staff, very clean, close to the nice shopping centre, easy to find and very good price. Sauna for men and women are separate, so you cannot go together with your partner. |

Other hotels provide you with free bottle of water. The water was very very expensive and also the storrage of our luggage should have been free of charge. Because makes the hotel to look cheap.We stay in other hotel but first time this has happen to us. |

Clean, comfortable rooms, fair price for the room, but not for the hotel bar, incredible high price for parking, no accepted need for non smoking room, however booking was made 2 month earlier. No fair parking facility |

Easy access to public transit into the city center. Free breakfast included in price was a plus. Staff capable of understanding languages was too. Proximity to shopping mall with supermarket and food court was convenient. The pool was not include in the price and the price per hour for the pool and "fitness center" were quite steep. |

Very nice hotel,good position,breakfest ok,in total nice feeling.Very good price. At the end of our stay they wake up us two times with the telepfone (rings ones and that was all),and we have had feeling,that they want that we leave the hotel as fast as possible (hotel was all the time of our staying full).When we have prolonged our stay,they try to charge room rate 50% more (because the hotel is full).At the end,reception manager was very polite,and make us the price for this two more nights,like the other days of our stay. |

The location was perfect for us, near the subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices in the bar are much the high, just cross the street and the price goes down 2/3, if they were lower you would stay at hotel more. |

We enjoyed the hotel in particularly for the location and ease of getting a tube train into town for the cost of the hotel. The new shopping centre close by was also a plus point. The prices in the hotel bar were exceptionally high! |

Close to the Metro. Shopping at your door-steps. Excellent Gym, spa, sauna facilities. Clean surrounds. Courteous doormen. Receptionists seem stressed. Need to smile more. We had to ask for what we pay for, e.g. Wellness Pkg. Not forthcoming. We paid up the night before as we had to check out early. No suggestion of giving a packed breakfast as other hotels did. |

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything seemed to be perfect: cleanliness of the room, breakfast, top level of service, location. We strongly recommend this hotel. Only 3-4 stations via fast and frequent underground to the old city. Quiet when window closed. Room and room service good. Did not have time to try out swim and spa area, Prague has too much to offer ! Breakfast offered the same, minimal ingredients every day including powdered eggs and coffee. The smoking section in lounge and bar made the non-smoking section a smoker too. |
