close to centre of town and local transport networks. Clean and good maids. staff where miserable and the extras ridiculously expensive and not made aware that we would have to pay for pool and gym so not happy |

The hotel and saff were excellent. The hotel is situated just outside Prague centre but the day ticket for the tram, under groud and bus was excellent value. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. |

breakfast was really good (on request;), free of charge wifi interent (on request), cleanest in the room, helpful staff, tea/cafe set in the room there was only a blanket instead of counterpane on the bed |

When i arrive nobody explane me this to i must pay car parking.On the web site booking.com i have information for a free gest parking.they charge my car per day like single room. |

Very good hotel, confortable, good location for visiting Prague attractions and for shopping ( there is a big mall just near the hotel), close to city center. Very good breakfast. Nice staff, room was cleaned every day. |

The air conditioner was not working on heat in the entire hotel The free wireles internet was availabe only near the reception and the connection was very slow. When my wife wanted to relax in the sauna, there was a couple having sex in the sauna cabin. |

it was my partners 40th and we were surprised with a bottle wine and 2 large slices cake breakfast was not up to the standard as rest hotel. Also didnt think we should pay to use pool |

I enjoyed the spa/gym and great customer service. The bus tour of Prague was very disappointing. This tour left from the hotel and is advertised at the consierge desk. I would not reccomend this tour. |

Not bad location, 2 min to metro station, 4 stations to the center. Rooms are given depending on your country of origin. |

it is a nice place i will back there soon and i will stay in same hotel i recommend it to everybody far from the city centre, you need to pay to use the swimming pool |

it is a very excellent hotel near to metro station also beside a big mall, very clean i recommend you should use the website to get a best rate, otherwise you will pay a high rate through the front desk |

Very short walk to metro stop and shopping mall that has a supermarket. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. I sort of missed tomatoes though... Also, if you are "spoiled" and want to wake up every morning in the middle of the action - it's not central - but only 4 stops by metro which is very easy |
