The executive suite rooms were very nice and the pool was beautiful with an amazing view of the city. The staff were rude and less than helpful. A hot tub would have been nice by the pool, as with Corinthia's 4 Star hotel in Prague, the Panorama. We thought by staying at a higher quality hotel we would have higher quality services, but the services at the Panorama were much nicer, as was the staff. |

The breakfast selection and service was very good, as was the room in terms of space and comfort. There is no enforcement of the non-smoking policy. Because of my allergy, I specifically requested, and was given a room in a non-smoking floor. Nevertheless, other guests in neighboring rooms did smoke. The front desk staff was not responsive when I asked that the situation be dealt with. |

Good location, safety place, international standard, Extremly expensive internat connetion. Never use gain! Paid voucher cannot be used again when paid time is not utilised whole but connection is broken. Thats the only reason why service has bad scoring. This not behaviour of hotel on international and friendly level. This is amature crive of early capitalism in Czech in beginning of 90'S. |

Very comfortable room; ideal location for the metro to go sightseeing (it takes less than 20 mins to get into the centre of the city); lovely food and good service in the Thai/fusion restaurant (though the wine was v expensive); and a great (free) gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a city break in Prague though beware of extra/hidden costs. The grill restaurant was very expensive. We were very unimpressed with a £60 lunchtime bill for myself and my husband when we had no starters, desserts or alcohol and I was given fish when I asked for vegetarian. |

Breakfast, swimming pool and spa are excellent. Room is clean and spacious. Location is quite convenient, being next to a metro station. The hotel staff is a bit pushy about getting tips. |

Hotel is only 2 metro stations away from downtown. And the metro station is only a few seconds across the main hotel entrance. Business class hotel, excellent room, services and breakfast. Great view from the Prague Castle. Concierge was also very helpful. Reservation confirmation indicated that late check-out was possible, but it conveniently ommitted that the hotel charges per extra/hour. |

Good value price-service. Easy access to the historical centre by metro which the stop it´s very close to the hotel. We tried the special package (spa facilities and room with view to the castle) and worthwhile. It´s not a real five stars hotel. There are not some facilities of 5 stars hotel like hairdryer in the room, hair cap etc. The hotel staff weren´t very friendly. |

It is very close to metro station and a amazing historical vyshead castlle, which you can enjoy the river and city view over the top of hill. The bathrooms should be renovated and the room has to be clean well during the accomodotion. The duty of houskeeping should not be only tidy up the beds. |

Great deal for the price we paid. Comfortable beds, nice view, great breakfast spread. Best part about it is that the metro is right next door. Parking is way too expensive (600 per day) |

The comfort of the hotel, the quietness in the hotel and the location. Housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. Would have liked coffee and tea available in my room. Reception staff could have ben more helpful in providing information on wider issues. They seemed defensive and reluctant to engage in dialogue but this may have been because English was not their first language. |

The Panorama Hotel Prague, with an adjacent brand new shopping mall, is located in a lively district, just 4 underground stops from the very centre of Prague. |
Beautifully situated in Prague's peaceful second district, the new Park Inn Hotel Prague is just a stone's throw away from the Vltava River and Vysehrad Castle, the UNESCO heritage site. |
This luxurious hotel in the heart of Prague is housed in an Art-Déco building dating back to 1914 and was recently re-opened after a complete renovation. |
The Hotel Seven Days is situated in the UNESCO protected centre of Prague, a few minutes' walk away from Wenceslas Square and close to the Old Town. |
