The hotel has been rated as 5 star one. If I have to make a judgement with this in mind, than the only positive point I can think of is the presence of the metro just opposite the hotel offering easy access to go down town. I had asked for a non-smoking room, but when entering the room, it was clearly not the case. All of the wall paper, the decorations, and ceiling had a yellowish look from all of cigarette smoke in the past (20 years ?). I could smell the nicotine even in the bathroom (coming from the shower curtain). No wonder with the (fixed) astray in the bathroom, and the bad air suction. Furthermore, the free usable floor space (i.e. not considering the bathtub, sink and toilet) in the bathroom was barely 2sq meters, surely not to be expected from a 5* hotel. I had stayed this week in two 4* and one 3*, and all three perform better. The hotel forms part of the skyline of Prague, with a nice view over it, but this doesn't justify any stay over there. I guess the interior, the carpets, and the decorations date back from somewhere in the eighties and should have been renewed, or in anyway refreshed 10 years ago. It will be clear that I'll definitely not recommend this hotel.

Awful experience! The air-conditioned was not working and, after I called several times, it took 2 hours to the technician to come and another one to fix it, actually to discovwr that the previous visitor asked the stuff to turn it off because of the noise. for fixing the Internet, they were much quicker; it took them only one hour and a half to show-up to see what was the problem. If it's not for a conference, don't go to this hotel; it's very far from anything in Prague!

I consider a plus the proximity of the hotel to the metro station: this way you can easily get to the city center. We also liked the breakfast selection (a large variety for 2 days - the duration of our stay at Corinthia) and the sompthousity of the decoration from the reception and lobby. I will also give a plus for the view. I didn't particullary liked the room -although it's a 4 stars hotel the carpets and furniture are old. The hotel doesn't offer wifi and they will basically charge for anything (the water in the room was around 5 euro a 750 ml bottle and the parking is 27 euro/day). In the morning, at around 8, the maids started chatting and laughing in front of the room which I consider a lack of respect for the guests that cannot rest. Overall, I would not reccomend this hotel. It's way to expensive for what it offers.

Very kind staff. Good restaurant, though a bit pricy. Excellent breakfast. Nice view of the town. Metro und congress center close by - easy to reach. Swimming pool looks bigger and better on the pictures than it is in real.

The hotel is luxurious and staff are very helpful. The proximity of the metro station makes getting into Prague easy .The food was gorgeous and the rooms comfortable and spacious. Hotel prices (food and drink) expensive but very nice. The concierge service is excellent and you can purchase metro tickets and excursions here,Views of Prague from room are wonderful. Its worth payimg for the panoramic view. Cocktail and bar prices very high . we were served a 260kc cocktail which only filled half the glass and was watery. Staff did not respond well to our complaint.Cleaning staff and mini bar attendant tend to just enter your room without waiting to se if you are still present in the room,We were caught at least twice in this way.Smoking is allowed in bars in hotel, but this is common thoughout Prague as no bans yet.

Breakfast is ok. When you are booking your hotel on internet, you have to take care because two hotels have the same name in Prague: The corinthia Towers Hotel Prague Kongresová 1655/1 14000 Praha 4-Nusle and The corinthia Panorama Hotel Prague Milevská 1695/7, 142 00 Praha 4-Krč, In both cases you can easily join the city center by metro [A line to Museum] but if you want to be close from the city center you have to choose a better location. "A place to sleep, nothing more, these hotels are more dedicated to congress, seminars…

The location of the hotel is very good. The metro station is only 50 meters away giving you easy access to the entire Prague city. The rooms were nice.Although, I only had a chance to eat breakfast in the hotel due to my committed schedule, but the variety and quality of food during the breakfast was impressive and the charges were very nominal i.e., 10 euro. I will give a thumbs up for the hotel and would certainly want to stay again during my next visit to Prague. There were no entertainment (movies/sport) channels in English. The only TV channels in English were of "news". The rates of internet charges were relatively high then other five star hotels.

The localization of the hotel. Very close to metro station The room appears to be bigger in the photos. (Not match the reality) The hotel is old. Not too luxurous as they say. (Expected more by the price) When I opened the window, almost fell on me. The internet is not free. (19 euros/ 1 day) The room wall was dirty. Only 2 of 4 elevators was working. Expected more from the breakfast. Value for money very low.

The hotel is just opposite subway station and is very convenient to travel to city centre although it is not in the city centre. The suite we stayed in is very large and comfortable. The staff generally are helpful. We have two room, but it's kind of wierd that there is teapot and cup in the double room but no in the suite. The electronic fans in both rooms are not working. We originally ask for extra bed and they charged for that, but when we checked in the extra bed is not yet there. We have to call to arrange that. The staff in the currency exchange table is not quite helpful he said he can help to arrange taxi to airport but don't know how to go by bus.

Great location close to metro. The service & facilities were excellent and the staff were very attentive, all staff spoke English very well. The hotel organized transport back to the airport and the vehicle was of a high standard and very competitively priced. We took fully advantage of the spa facilities and staff were very accommodating in reschedule some beauty treatments. There was a very eclectic mix of other guests. Only 2 issues to mention 1. In the downstairs lounge there was no facility to sit in a "non smoking area" and we felt overpowered by the amount of smoke. 2. The pool area was quite cold although the pool itself was a perfect temperature. These are not complaints but issues worth mentioning. There was nothing to complain about at the hotel, everything was fantastic and we hope to return again.

In general, extremely positive hotel experience. We had a very comfortable stay at Corinthia and would certainly consider this hotel upon future visits to Prague. Rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds and good bathrooms. If you are lucky enough to get a room higher in the building you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel is away from city's hustle and bustle but the subway station 50 meters away from the main entrance makes it possible to reach the tourist Prague in 10 minutes. Make sure to have breakfast included in your rate as it's really worth it. Would be nice if the hotel's spa was available for shorter visits at a lower price.

A very comfortable hotel with fabulous views from the Spa. Excellent Metro links with station just across the road. Public areas lovely. Times, quality and quantity of food at breakfast was excellent. Service at breakfast was abysmal. Shockingly bad for a five star hotel!

booked a superior double room and got twin beds. Called the hotel to check on reservation but they had no record of it. When I called booking.com you blamed the hotel for not receiving the reservation and stated they hadn't looked hard enough for it.

The hotel is very big and spacious, lovely reception and lobby. breakfast is also very tasty and good choice. The rooms are adequate, albeit small and compact, but comfortable. We were a little put off by the charges for using the pool and wi-fi which were 15 Euros per person for 1 day, very expensive. But there is happy hour for the pool 12-1 so we just went at this time. Location is great, right near metro, so very easy to travel to city. I would stay here again. On the first day. we changed room 3 times, since the shower was not working, then in the 2nd room the sink was broken and water flooded everywhere. Not what to expect for a 5 star hotel.Charges for spa and wi-fi- are also very expensive 15 euros per person, its almost like they discourage you from using the facility.
