Comfortable bad, nice breakfast with a pretty wide variety of dishes First - in the form on booking.com I asked for a room with a view of the city center - I got a view on... wall and the police station. Forget about cooled air in a room. Aircondition was broken (outside temp about 30st C). In the bathroom no soap, shampoo etc.. Overall, the room needed serious refreshing. The other story are additional cost like for example car parking or internet. Totally is was more then 1000Kc (40Eur) per day. Planned to spend 5 nights there but after 2 moved to another hotel. |

Breakfast was quite good and rooms very confortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa access at happy hour between 1200-1300. Staff very helpful at front desk, concierge. |

The excellent bed, pillows, good quality bed sheets, the breakfast spread, the big gym, location being right next to the train station and a stop away from the main town. The air-con wasn't working on the first night even after we called for servicing. We couldn't sleep well at all for the first night as it was so stuffy. The hotel staff can be a bit more smiling. Only 1 in particular was friendly and warm. |

The comfort and the view of the room. They didn't tell us that they would make a repair inside the room at 10 o clock in the morning. That was really annoying. |

Location is great, easy access to the city centre and easy to get in and out of fast. I could not get cream for my coffee in the cafe on the ground floor and the waitress was unwilling to help and get it. One of the front desk staff was also curt when we were checking out. Its unfortunate that these two staff could sour my stay which was otherwise quite enjoyable. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.... Please introduce the common courtesy to "announce" before removing the buffet breakfast. Minibar is prohibitively high-priced, asking 145 czk for a litre of plain water appears a bit too thick. Maybe, you should provide more number of teabags and at least TWO of each kind if a couple is staying in the room. |

Very well situated - next to Vysehrad Metro Station (15-second walk from hotel entrance) and 2-minute walk to Prague Congress Center. Only 2-stops (Muzeum Metro Station) to Wenceslave Square. Very friendly hotel staff. The Rickshaw Oriental Restaurant serves excellent authentic asian dishes. None whatsoever. |

Clean, well decorated room. So close to metro, just 30 seconds from the hotel entrance. If you are expecting 5 star hotel, it is not. |

Comfortable bed and pillows, very good breakfast buffet, nice atmosphere. Despite Vysehrad is a bit far from centre, the metro station at front of the hotel makes the location very convenient. It is an excellent choice for weekend, especially at the weekend price offer. |

Hotel was very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of space in hotel to relax in lounge area and bar. Quite convenient for central Prague but not in centre. Did not realise that leisure facilities would be charged extra. Not informed at time of booking. Breakfast was not as hot as it should have been. Restaurant at breakfast times extremely busy during the weekend when a large conference was accommodated. |
