Hotellilta hyvä kulkuyhteys Prahan keskustaan, vain kaksi pysäkkiä metrolla, asema on vieressä. Siisti ja hyvätasoinen hotelli.

Liian iso, ei niin rauhallinen, kun oli paljon porukkaa.

hotellin piti olla viiden tähden hotelli, aamiainen oli ihan hyvä, samoin huone sinänsä, sijainti tietysti erinomaine, kun metro pysäkki vieressä

ilmastointi ei pelannut, naapurien ruokajäteastiat olivat huoneiston oven edessä ainakin 14 tunti kerrallaan , jatkuen monia vuorokausia, suihku oli rikki, saimme vaihtaa huonetta kun ilmastointi ei pelannut, seuraavan huoneen vessanovi piti niin hirveää ääntä, että siihen heräsi ainakin kaikki sen huoneen asukkaat, suihkun tangon yläosa ei ollut missään kiinni, joten jos otit tangosta kiinni, niin ei hyvä, kun se oli irti. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli ei siis vastannut 5 tähteä

It's good that the metro station is in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was an xxl size, the pool was relaxing.

Yes.First of all we did not receive the room that we have booked from booking.com. We should have a ''Superior Double Room - Relaxing Offer This offer includes: - 3 nights for 2 people in a spacious room with panoramic view of the golden city''. It was a view but not the view of the Golden City. In the first night the air conditioned did not work, the air was dried (so the sleep was not so well), the coffee and tea maker was dirty and the toilet was not disinfected. The entire hotel has a bad ventilation Also we saw the cleaning staff using white towels to clean the bathroom floor !!!! The hold-luggage guy wanted a tip. The staff should be more careful.

We enjoyed sauna and swimming pool everyday, they are clean and staff was nice.

Many clients wore the swimiming wear even though it is clearly mentioned that we must take them off and use sheets.

the hotel is beautiful, and in an excellent location on a hill overlooking the city. there are great views from almost every window. The double room was average sized, but very clean, with modern furnishings, and the wall-to-wall windows looked out over the city, and was a beautiful sight to wake up to in the morning! I found all the staff I talked to very courteous, professional, and helpful. The pool on the top floor was amazing, with windows all the way around overlooking the city. For people touring the city, the hotel is in a very convenient spot, as the subway station is right across the courtyard, and it is only 2 stops away from the city center. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends, and I will stay there again!

If I had to pick anything the bathroom, was a bit small, but it was fine for us. I would say that if you are not a wealthy traveler, the prices in the restaurants and bar at the hotel are a bit steep, and you will eat and drink for much less in town at some of the pubs off of the tourist track.

yeah had to pay for a swim and only lasted one minute in the pool as it was very cold

The hotel was in good location, comfortable, clean, with access to internet. Staff at the reception was very helpfull all the time.

The breakfest is rather poor, especcially if you are not the first one. The staff serving the breakfest was very unfriendly, no single smile, no greatings, etc.

I stayed there only 2 days but I really loved our room. The view was amazing. The bed was soooo comfortable for me and unbelievably soft.

Bathroom should have had heated floor, instead of one little towel to stand on.My partnet did not like the softness of the bed, it wasn't comfortable for him.

The staff was very efficient, the room lovely, and the breakfast outstanding.

The bathroom looked beautiful, but it was not very functional. The shower was awful. The water was either freezing or scalding and I flooded the floor twice. The location is too far from the city center.

Everything, especially the breakfast that was excellent.

the internal is very old and without aircons and bad ventilation.Not value for $$ given that it was expected to be 5stars. Its more a 3 star

The executive suite rooms were very nice and the pool was beautiful with an amazing view of the city.

The staff were rude and less than helpful. A hot tub would have been nice by the pool, as with Corinthia's 4 Star hotel in Prague, the Panorama. We thought by staying at a higher quality hotel we would have higher quality services, but the services at the Panorama were much nicer, as was the staff.
