The staff are really great, all facilities are clean and available. I liked it
Staff at reception and spa very friendly. Localization is nice. Very good transport to downtown. Nice view from the swimming pool over the city.
Staff in the cafe very unfriendly. The rooms are a little bit old fashioned not comparable to the interconti, etc.. Sauna very small.
I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions over the past few years and will continue to do so on future visits to Prague. The hotel just seems to be better each time I visit.
Excellent hotel, few mins from the centre on metro. Staff very pleasent. We did realise it is more corporate based than leisure but still received great service. Hotel restaurants bar very good and very comfortable (found ourselves there at the end of each night) bed was huge and had a great sleep. Spa and pool excellent
Bath tap didnt work, only shower. Shower wasnt very powerful. Maid woke us up 3 times on the morning of our departure by coming into room and leaving again. Lack of english speaking tv channels.
Easy travel by metro or tram to all the main sights, for less than 4 euro a day. So well connected it is preferable than staying in the centre in my opinion. Spacious room, lovely toiletries and worth paying a bit more to have an executive room or suite - gives you access to complimentary food and drinks from 6 to 8pm and afterwards, nibbles, wine and beer till 10pm.
Would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a shower in bath. Only available in a few rooms for the "disabled" and on the lower floors. meaning you would miss the fantastic city views that the higher floors benefit from.
Close to Congress Centre and Metro Station. Swimming pool on 25th floor. First class shuttle service to city centre and airport.
Room with tobacco smell (bath room with ash tray!). Clean towels every day is not necessary. Service in restaurant is not to quality standards (left me waiting for ordering for about 20 min!).
I liked breakfast, its very good, comfortably bads, cosi rooms with enough space and very good conection with down-town.
To much noisy, crowded,to much big hotel , for my taste, no intimacy atmosphere, like we are on the bus station !
Location was perfect as it was next to a metro station thay was only 2 stops (5 minures) from the city centre
The hotel was located right next to the tube station, from which you can reach the city center in just 5 minutes. Perfect location.
5 stars?! Definitively not. The interior of the room, as well as the bathroom were low-quality compared to REAL 5 star hotels. On a side note: on the day of the checkout the receptionist was either really unprofessional or tried to scam me for 100€. On booking.com I paid one price, but they wanted me to pay another. After I showed them my booking confirmation email the correct amount "suddenly appeared in the system". If it would be a 3+ star hotel with according prices, I would come back. But for this price - never again.
Price was definitely good and fair. Bedrooms are comfortable It's very close to metro station If you need a local shopping mall the hotel is just two stations away. It has a nice grocery store where you can pay for normal prices (not tourist prices)
It's 4 stations (with 1 change) away from old downtown. Although it's close (perhaps 12 minutes ride) it's not in the heart of the city. The public transportation closes at midnight, so you have to plan a cab (approx 15 Euros) if you want to stay later in the city center.
The booking service worked very well. Checking in was easy and I never lost sight of my passport - well done. Many places still want to take your passport off for copying and who knows what. Never allow it. It was a late booking due to business reasons and the Superior double room booked online was upgraded to a Suite and very good it was too. On the 10th floor out of 25 the view was simply stunning. I would recommend going high not only for the view but it gets you away from the traffic noise. This was never intrusive but worth it and the five lifts work like mini rocket ships with very little waiting time. Superb Far Eastern restaurant - really. I am not a big fan of Asian food but could easily become one if this was served to me regularly. There are lots of Koruna to the Euro which took a bit of getting used to but after checking a few times it was clear the exchange rate meant that just about everything was extremely good value. Don't bother with taxis. Nothing wrong with then but the hotel car service is a real winner. Excellent hotel car service
Rooms were fabulous and the staff were superb. We had a great time, I loved going for a swim before breakfast and a very reasonable upgrade to their Exec club meant we were looked after like film stars for the whole of our stay.
I didn't like having to leave as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Corinthia.
Front desk staff and concierge were great.
There is no business center services. Could not get document printed. Breakfast options are limited and quality needs improvement.
a sloping uncomfortable bed guests having to pay for the spa and gym facilities no food available anywhere in a vending machine, shop, room service , nothing for late arrivals our shower was broken
They have 2 restaurant and this is good. Also they have a small computer corner where you can print some documents. It is in the front of the congress center if you have to go there is just 5 min walking.
Not very clean and very very old. And very expensive. The hot water in the shower do not have a constant temperature and it is not comfortable to have shower.
Next to Metro station Next to congrss centrer
Great location right next to subway stop, easily accessible to downtown and airport using public transportation, which is inexpensive.
It took three hours and three phone calls to get someone to help with opening the safe.
The staff at breakfast are very hard to satisfy all My wishes and is extremely attentive.
The default corresponds to a maximum of 4 stars. Between the beds is dust, which is some time there. The bathtub needs to be replaced for a long time. The overflow from the sink and the tub is very dirty. There are hair from other hotel guests on the slipcover. The hotel reception is not spoken German.
Nothing much to see around.
Proximity to conference centre
Not so good for city centre tourism
Although this hotel is not in the "old town" it has a Metro station on its doorstep and is only two stops away from the Museum stop. Tickets are very cheap (circa GBP3 for 24 hours) and the trains are fast, efficient and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had no problems with noise and the air conditioning and wifi worked fine. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided even though not listed on the Booking.com write-up. The staff were very helpful. The Asian restaurant was excellent (although quite pricey by Prague standards). My wife and daughter were very happy with the spa facilities and the swimming pool which has a fantastic view over the city. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. I would definitely stay here again.
The bath/shower was a bit cramped.
We loved the hotel! 22nd floor with awesome views of Prague and access to the Executive Lounge. The room was super clean as was the lounge. The spa facility was clean and the staff was super friendly. The pool room had a view to die for! We planned our next day sightseeing adventures from the spa/pool rooms as well as the Executive Lounge. The second floor restaurants were very nice and there the staff was also very friendly.
We didn't like the fact that we had to leave.
the personal at the reception is very caring and friendly! lovely view from the higher levels; big and comfortable beds; fine wellness-area;
at breakfast the tables took too long to be cleaned and to get prepared for the next guests - some guests had to wait for a clean table, although plenty of the tables were not occupied any more...
close to congress center good view point breakfast subway
Reception was too busy to handle visitors, it feels they recruit more staffs.
