We were very satisfied with everything - the room, the breakfast, the facilities in the hotel.
Better than expected. Great architecture, nice staff, wonderful experience. Would like to continue to be here next time I visit Prague!
Location, service overall, cleanliness, price and quality ratio, free upgrade
The breakfast was really good! Great value for money. The bed was comfy and rooms really big and clean! The staff was also helpful.
Rather out of the city center. Takes about 15min to get to the city center, and 20min to get to the main train station. Still okay and with good connections, though. So if you're ok with regular tram taking then this is a great deal.
This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. We found the building itself and the lobby outstanding, the room super comfortable and breakfast very good. We particularly liked lots of small details like a welcome fruit basket, "good night" chocolates, slippers and dressing gowns, nice toiletries, enormous and really comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here.
On most days we had to wait a bit to have breakfast as the restaurant was full. The hotel is located not far from the metro stop, an easy and straight walk of about 8 - 10 min, but still it's a bit of an effort.
The service is of high standard and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. The facilities are in good conditions and the room is large and clean. The location is not in the city center but the public transport is very convenient. The bustop is just outside the hotel. Another advantage is that it's very quiet and you can have a good rest.
Exelent hotel with more than good rooms
This is an amazing hotel in a historical building. It's not far from the metro station in Prague 6. The downtown area is only a short ride away. There are good restaurants and bars in the vicinity (Pizzeria Grossetto and the Lebanese Restaurant U Cedru). We were very satisfied with the service, the room and the breakfast. This hotel provides great value for money. We highly recommend it.
No concerns whatsoever. Parking was easy to find in the area.
Staff was friendly
We spend a beautiful weekend with my girlfirend here. Everything was clean and nice.
We did not find any problem.
+ helpful and very friendly staff + public transport ticket sale at the reception + huge well-equipped fitness studio with lots of devices and an extra room for aerobic, stretching etc + big and very delicious breakfast buffett + large rooms, bathtub, shower gel, shampoo etc., hair dryer, ironing board (:D)... provided
absolutely nice hotel with spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good (soy milk and glutenfree as well). The Old Town is easy reachable with tram&subway. Friendly staff.
parking is overcharged, if you are coming by car, than leave your car at the nearyby MrParkit garage or at P+R parking at Holesovice. Just for info: 4 day parking at the hotel: 2000 czech korun at Holesovice 380
comfort, silence, big room, clean everything
The staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Location was great. Hotel staff very helpful.
Beds were amazing, rooms very clean and staff professional. Breakfast was ok.
There was no access to the 14th floor bar to everyone. An upgrade of 50€ would have given the access...
Great price. Buffet was standard. Room was large enough for 2 adults and a kid.
The floor we were on was not a 4 star.
The staff were great and really helpful. The room was good and very quiet.
Breakfast was a disaster due to all the tourist groups. I had to wait 5 minutes just to get a seat at a table (which I had to share) and then it took over 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. On the second day I just gave up because it took too long. Not good!
Old-fashioned furniture, no wifi in rooms, breakfast - nothing special
Excellent parking, free and working internet, very good breakfast..
Good big bed for couple
- Neat and big rooms - Good Bfast - Good Service - Very Clean - Location (not at the heart of the city but not too far with easy access to public transport) Will definitely be our first choice in Prague!!
The hotel is excellent, location, facilities, food, drink, wifi, everything.
The Armstrong Bar is totally dead, there is as much ambience in a gravestone- probably not a problem for most visitors who want one quiet small beer and then leave; but we are an Irish couple who like a couple or three drinks in the evening in a convivial atmosphere while reading a book or answering e-mails, talking to each other or whatever. The bar is probably more aimed at the American or European stuffy 'I'm important' business suit type than at the leisure market. This is the only gripe we would have about the entire hotel.
Staff was the best. !!
Staff were very responsive. Clean and comfortable.
Hotel is a distance from the city centre and main attractions.
