Hotel Cyro  

very clean, big room, perfect location

First receptiion was good. I was allocated a room on 5th floor, but lift only goes to 4th! I am an invalid so climbing stairs is not my forte. I had asked for a room near the lift! Then just after midnight someone tries to get into the room! Half an hour later someone tries the key again. I wake up and ask who is there. Answer: Reception!! Need to check on my name! I complain next morning but the new girl on reception has not been briefed on the previous nights activities! Hotel is noisy due to tile(!) floors in hallways, room was tiny.

Room was large and clean. It was nice to have also small kitchen in a room, we even cooked small dinner ))

Hotel was located closely to centre, but the area itself seamed rather unsafe, and construction around.

Location is good.

We couldn't check in by the arrival at our quadripple deluxe room. The hotel staff gave us keys for a room with no other furniture despite 6 beds and called it quadripple deluxe. The hotel staff was telling us, that they have no other rooms at all. However, after long arguing with the staff we were showing them photos of their rooms in the web page of the hotel. Finally we were moved into better room, real quadripple. Be careful during checking in and persistent with the staff.

It was close enough to everything so very convenient. We were upgraded to a 'deluxe double' which was great because it was like a small apartment. Staff were. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Tv had no English channel and internet dropped out a fair bit . But overall great value for money.

Tv had no English channel and there was smoking allowed inside ( not in breakfast room though which was great). Internet a little unreliable

The morning receptionist have had more hospitable attitude, by comparison to night shift (almost rude). Walk up, with heavy luggage from 4th floor to the 5th. Think of old people or someone with health issue !!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the fact that they all spoke perfect English made the whole process very easy and trouble free. The receptionist Natalia was particularly helpful and friendly - thank you for the Czech lesson!

You will get stag do's staying there due to its proximity to the city center and they can be a bit noisy but the hotel itself was faultless.

Nice and comfortable rooms, very close to the center and with reasonable pricing. What else should yoy ask from a hotel?

Even though it was close to the center the hotel is located in a weird neighborhood. Nothing to worry about though.

Only 15 mins from Brno Airport by Taxi Modern hotel, just a 5 mins walk from the town centre Close enough to town for access, but not affected by town centre noise Friendly Staff who all spoke good English Room had better than expected facilities Buffet Breakfast (included in price) was great with lots of choice

Helpful staff. Good value. There was a small well equipped kitchen/diner.

The hotel is a short but steep walk to the centre of Brno.
