Hyvä sijainti sekä jäähallia että keskustaa ajatellen. Siisti, remontoitu hotelli.

Aamupala on monipuolinen ja muuten hyvä, mutta yhtenä aamuna kolmesta tarjoilija ei täyttänyt tyhjiä tarjoiluastioita jolloin valikoima jäi todella suppeaksi. Hotellin vieressä rakennustyömaa, jossa aloitetaan urakointi aamuisin ennen kahdeksaa viikonloppu mukaanlukien. Lämmin vesi loppui kaikkina kolmena aamuna kesken.

Truly fantastic, booked the deluxe double and it was a lovely small apartment. Terrific staff, friendly extremely helpful. Great location, highly recommend this to everyone. Great breakfast as part of the deal. We will be back!

nice spacious apartment feel room. Friendly staff. Neighborhood location, but a very short walk to center city. Centrally located. Nice clean bathroom with long hot showers.

We had a suite and it was large and comfortable, cleaned daily, within walking distance to centre of Brno

There is a steep hill you have to walk up to to get to the city centre, I noticed a gorgeous hotel in the centre which was 4 * and worked out about the same price as I paid, Every where is smoky- no no smoking ban in the city yet

Localization, only 10 minutes by walk from train station, Room was upgrade to an apartment, really quit.

As in many hotel, only thin curtain, so we were wake up at 6am by day light. Not possible to exchange a 1000 Czech note in small.

Nice location to reach the central by a short walk (5 min). De Lux room is a quite big flat with kitchen. Available parking just at the front of the hotel or garage.

Bit soft bed. Breakfast juice quality is very weak. Parking costs 10-11€/day Parking on street is free on weekends, but impossible to find free places.

Very good for city trip

The hotel is situated in the town centre.

Smoking is allowed in the lobby. (There are no such restrictions by law in Czechia.)

Car park 30 mts far away from hotel but staff helping you... Hotel near to center if you are in Brno for business it could be a good choice

Breakfast

This was a excellent hotel. Quite surroundings and close to the Brno city. Staff was friendly and did their best to serve you. The breakfast contained more than average for this class of hotel. A 5-10 min walk brings you to a variety of resturants and stores.

Location is perfect directly in the heart of Brno. I stayed in De luxe room which I recommend to all business travelers for its comfort and place for work. Very nice and helpful staff.

Refrigerator with mini-bar is very noisy.

The suite has lots of space and the bed was very comfortable!!! Brilliant breakfast and the staff especially front desk very very helpful!! Will stay there again if we need to.

A little more attention to detail on the cleaning of the room.

Location is excellent - short walk to centre of town, short walk in other direction to main tram stop (Nove Sady), two restaurants just across the street (including one that does take away). In hotel, reception staff are very friendly and speak good English. We stayed in deluxe double room, which was (on the whole) very well-equipped, great to have a kitchenette with a table for eating off (and nice that it was in a dedicated area separate from the bedroom), large bedroom, good beds, plenty of storage space. On the whole, room is "friendly" for young children (with the exception of the windows - see below) - chairs / table / other furniture are solid without excessive decorations / ornaments. Bathroom is clean, quite small, but perfectly adequate with nice heated towel rail.

Three comments about the room: 1) The windows open very wide (with a huge drop below on to concrete) and so could be extremely dangerous for 3-4 year old children (who, like my son, easily work out how to open them but do not understand the danger!) It would be great if the hotel could install window locks. In the meantime, do take care if you have young inquisitive children. (I should add that, in my experience, this is not unique to Hotel Cyro - other hotels in Brno also have this problem - difficult to avoid unless you can get a ground floor room.) 2) The kitchenette contained a small stove with 2 hot rings, but no other heating facilities. It would be a lot more flexible for cooking if this stove could be replaced by a small microwave oven. That would allow re-heating of pizzas, chips etc as well as cooking of jacket potatoes, ready meals etc. 3) Cleaning activities could be re-focused for guests staying several days. The cleaners did some daily activities which were (in my opinion) not necessary - for example, they changed the towels every day (not environmentally friendly), and they always turned the duvets sideways and folded into three - which just meant I had to open them up and turn them back again! On the other hand, there are things which they did not do during our 4-day stay which I would have liked, e.g. it would have been great if they had swept the kitchen floor every day and cleaned the sink in the bathroom.

A quiet location yet only five minutes from centre (it is just outside where the city walls were). Also near tram stop. Hotel has been internally completely rebuilt/modernised to a high standard. Staff friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again - and it was very good value.

There was nothing to find fault with!

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to Brno's Spilberk Castle, and also the historic centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The room (suite) had a separate kitchen/dining room, a living room, and a bedroom, and a bathroom which were all quite spacious. The hotel and suite was kept clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was adequate, and the hotel had free wifi in the rooms.

Convenient for all of Old Town Brno. No need for taxis at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour bar service/ reception. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Breakfast spot on (continental or cooked). Check out time 12:00 noon.

VERY small point. The 5th floor is lift to 4th floor then 1 flight of stairs.

Reasonably priced and recently renovated hotel thatdelivers better than average service and accomodation on a budget.

The surrounding area, but this is undergoing renovation, so will improve in time.
