this is hostel!
The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were well connected to the city center with tram and metro nearby. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, wi-fi was working and we had a good shower.
It was very noisy. I could hear the guests from the other bedroom showering, drying their hair and watching TV. The bedroom is a little bit small.
Very nice and large room Kind staff
The reception is not open 24/7 No parking, need to use a garage in a different hotel (not far away)
Fantastic hotel. Really nice host. Rooms are beautiful. Not that far from subway, we really enjoyed this hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Susanna! Coffee and tea available 24/7. So many restaurants and convenient stores just steps away.
From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff, until we left we were continuously impressed with Dahlia Inn! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and very clean, equipped with a modern bathroom. The staff were also very welcoming, and the lady who checked us in had even been checking the temperature in our room prior to our arrival, to make sure it was cosy and warm for us :) The value for money is also incredible! The location is good - just a short walk from the centre, and near the metro. Also across the street there's a good brewer pub, with some really interesting beers brewed on the premises (banana beer included!) Would definitely recommend Dahlia Inn!
We would prefer a double bed and not 2 single beds next to each other
Totally it is a nice hotel with kind personnel. I would mention the bed that was extry comfortable, I have not sleept so good for a long time.
The breakfast was not included in the price (I knew it in advance). It costed 4 Euros, but it was not too large portion even if I do not eat a lot. It is a boutique hotel, my window was opened to the internal part of the block of flats so it was dark even in the morning.
Modern, spacious and clean rooms; walking distance from Wenceslas Square and other sights; very friendly and helpful staff who were there to accommodate our very late check in too.
The room walls are thin, we had some trouble sleeping at times because of a young child next door. The metro stop is a 10-15 minute walk away so you should plan accordingly if you have a lot of luggage. The reception is only staffed at particular times so coordinate in advance / give then a call if you need anything.
We had a wonderful stay at Dahlia Inn. The staff was very friendly and considerate, supplied us with anything we needed and more, gave us a dead silent room to our request and offered many services free of charge. The location is good and close to many tram lines, Metro stations, mini markets, and there are even restaurants nearby. The rooms where spotless clean everyday and are decorated nicely. Great value for money!
Nice staff, well furnished room.
Establishment does not have a 24hrs reception, some rooms face the noisy main road. the overall location is nowhere close to anything. no Special parking rate available (Prague is very expensive & complicated when it comes to parking)
The Dahlia Inn was clean, the room was large and comfortable, the location offered easy access to the tram line and it was walking distance to the old town and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this inn to others.
breakfast, location, staff
Mark was a wonderful host. He gave us many useful tips on where to go and where to eat and he was never tired of answering your questions. He was so sweet that he even bought us a gift for my husband's birthday! The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Location was good too, though not in the centre but it's just a few stops away by tram 22. It's such a nice place and not expensive too, only €59/nt. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Prague.
Wi-fi was a bit unstable but that was just a minor problem.
Funky interior and well presented.
Reception not always available however possibly reflected in price.
Small hotel, very clean, staff amazing, 15 minute walk from old town
we really enjoyed our stay at Dahlia Inn. Mark was great - he was friendly and always helpful. the hotel was near the centre, and personally I think there's nothing to complain about. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends if they intend to travel to Prague.
Look clean and modern, nice bathroom
No water pot in room and Internet was not stable
Thanks karoline, a very nice person who give us many good tips. Enjoy staying here
Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great bed (and I sell them so I know!). Clean and spacious room. Modern and contemporary decor. The window did a great job of keeping out the noise despite the city centre location, and because there's only a few rooms in the hotel it was very quiet and peaceful. Great public transport links nearby too.
The hairdryer initially overheated and switched itself off which was a bit annoying, but it did work eventually. No complaints!
The size of the room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was a king size. The towels seemed new and soft. The staff, Mark and Angelica (spelling) were extremely helpful to orient us to Prague, suggest sights to see and recommend restaurants. I can't say enough about their personal attention to their guests. A fan was provided in the room which we used. Instant coffee and tea were available in the common area. Glasses and utensils were there too.
Our room faced the street which was a bit noisy since we needed to leave the window open due to the weather. There should have been glasses (real or plastic) on the room. Luckily there were glasses in the common area.
As stated in prior reviews, Mark was extremely helpful before we got there and while we were there. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was quite good. Not far from Wenceslas Square, and the tram.
The room was small considering we had 2 suitcases , a c-pap, and 2 additional bags. I think with less luggage we would have been not so crowded.
Mark was the most helpful member of staff we came across on our European trip - his friendly manner, helpful tips and being forever accommodating made our trip in Prague (especially as it was a very wet weekend!) I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone - it definitely competes with some of the 4 and 5* accommodations I've been to across the world. Thanks for making our trip Mark (and we loved your supply of M&S tea!)
