Staff friendly and helpful, huge and comfortable room, excellent position
The room I got was very good and I liked the attention of the entire staff.
- Great location, next to Wenceslas Square and The National Museum. - Affordable price for a reasonable 4 stars hotel - Nice breakfast, very complete.
- 2 single beds put together + 2 single size duvets. - the elevator was out of service for the whole stay (4 days, 3 nights) and we were on the 4th floor - the curtains and the bed cover were stained... not a nice presentation!
Great value and location! Helpful staff, beautiful suite.
The room was spacious, the Breakfast had a really good range of food selection. Everywhere was very clean. Location was great, near two metro stops. The restaurant below I would recommend also.
The double bed we had was just two single put together! Asked for a wake up call but didn't call in the morning and nearly missed Breakfast! Lift didn't work, only used it once at the start, top floor a long walk up stairs! Not a very comfortable experience overall, and on balance would not recommend.
Clean and comfortable stay, friendly and helpful staff, you can reach to metro and tram stations by walking 1minute. They also make bookings to the restaurants and jazz bars for you with a discount. Breakfast was really amazing!
Old style building with excellent decoration, but the room inside is still modern. Value for money with nice breakfast and exceed my expectation a lot on service.
If i have to say that the room is at street side and a little noise on the morning but didn't bother my sleep
- no outside noise - big big room - confortable bed and pillows - great breakfast - the building itself
- weak wifi - no changing of the towels in 4 days - bad water pressure - being stuck in the elevator (for only 3 minutes without anyone coming to help) - 3 out of 4 days without elevator - location not recommended after dark
Everything. The place is beautiful, rooms are big and elegant. Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Will certainly come back
Buffet Breakfast - excellent choice! Friendly and helpful staff Large, clean room Perfect location to explore this beautiful city
breakfast is great, wifi working everywhere, beautiful and modern room, beautiful building, helpful staff, great location, just behind national museum. a small step away from the tourist rush but close to all the main attractions. overall a very good deal. its in a main street but with double windows, the noise wasn't that bad.
elevator did not function when i was there room cleaning could do better
very big room very clean very nice old building close to tram, metro and city
location close to main square
location because of trafic
Nice, quite small hotel. good connection to all interesting places around the Prague. We were upgraded to juniorsuite, that was nice - separate livingroom&kitchen and bedroom and balcony. Staff was friendy and polite.
Room needs to have some paintings etc on the walls (empty walls create some echo and look boring). And little table in front of sofa would have been nice. And u should have television on livingroom (now it was on bedroom). Bathroom should have somekind of shower curtain, now lots of water went on the floor (and there were no drain), needed to dry it with towel. At breafast warm food was quite cold some mornings (containers were not kept warm at all?).
it is near the cenre and metro. There is a supermarket tesco near, st. Lyudmila cathedral, and Vaclavsky square. Good breakfast, we had a two-room apartment with a kitchen, bathroom.
- Very helpful, friendly staff - Good wifi
- Location is quite far from the old town, although it is near Wenceslas square and the train station
poor wifi average breakfast, coffee is discusting
Nice and clean room, 5 min walk to shopping area and 10 min to old town square. Best stay I had in Prague so far
I was staying in a suite at 5th (top) floor, which had poor wifi reception.
free wifi nice old historic atmosphere The rooms are very large close to Wenceslas Square, the National museum, and train station.
breakfast is very poor and standard No AC the pillows wasn't very comfortable there is stairs from main front door to front desk level. Bath tub : There was no shower curtain or glass.
The room atmosphere and the historical building. The breakfast room and staff . The toilet facilities and shower. The housekeeping staff. The front office staff were very helpful, cheerful, and friendly with special reference and thanks to Anastasia !!
Great staff, good breakfast, best location, thank you Deminka for upgrading our room to the Junior sweet!
Beautifully restored building and the junior suite was very large, comfortable and well furnished. The restaurant and bar on the ground floor are excellent value for money and the food is above average. Solid WiFi reception.
No A/C; the rooms facing the street are noisy if you open the windows. No foreign language TV in our room, although the receptionist said (on check-out) that we should have asked.
Hotel was gorgeous, located 15 minutes from the main centre. Easy enough to travel to via tube or tram. Highly recommend for couples.
Location was alright, staff were exceptional and room was clean and comfortable.
Spacious well equipped room at a good price. Handy for central Prague and only 5 minute walk to underground. Helpful staff. good choice of menu for breakfast.
Cooked breakfast was kept 'warm' too long so tended to be cold and eggs (scramblec and poached) therefore a bit dry.
