Hotel was gorgeous, located 15 minutes from the main centre. Easy enough to travel to via tube or tram. Highly recommend for couples.
Location was alright, staff were exceptional and room was clean and comfortable.
Spacious well equipped room at a good price. Handy for central Prague and only 5 minute walk to underground. Helpful staff. good choice of menu for breakfast.
Cooked breakfast was kept 'warm' too long so tended to be cold and eggs (scramblec and poached) therefore a bit dry.
The Suite Junior was very big, modern furniture and with every comfort. Reception staff was very professional. Excellent breakfast service. Perfect location, very near the subway and walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay there again.
nice and pleasant location (far away from the truly annoying tourist crowds, yet near enough to be in walking distance of most of the interesting sites), beautiful building, friendly and helpful staff
the missing air conditioning can be a bit uncomfortable on a hot summer day. (but that doesn't really affect an otherwise pleasant stay.)
The suite was huge with a great big bed, a lovely comfortable room. The hotel was very close to the centre of Prague and the reception staff were very helpful and polite. We'd recommend having dinner at the hotel the food was very cheap but very good.
The breakfast was ok but just don't expect a full English
Very comfort hotel and nice facility Nice breakfast Can easily reach everything, museum station as well as grocery store. We really enjoy the time there
The building had a lot of character and was very convenient to Wenceslas Square...well, one end of it. The staff was always accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was tasty!
The room itself, the bed wasn't very comfortable nor were the pillows - I imagine it was from Ikea as most of the other furnishings were. They charged for bottled water, after telling you in the book not to drink the water from the tap (even though they say it is purified).
Staff kind and very helpful, knowledgeable in many languages. Room extra large, with kitchen facilities, and actual full size apartment appropriate for weeklong stays. Very clean and incredibly spacious.
Great location. Very nice and helpful receptionist.
The people from the other room were very noisy and were shouting at night. But this is not the fault of the hotel.
1. Very helpful and friendly staff 2. Interesting breakfast 3. Palatial rooms 4. Very clean
This was a great weekend place to stay. Perfect location, and the people at the reception were wonderfully helpful and friendly.
However, do note that they unfortunately don't have air conditioning. So if you are visiting in a particularly warm time, it may be a bit uncomfortable at night. But there was beautiful weather when I was there, so no issues whatsoever.
Junior suite very good - comfortable, good quality, nice atmosphere. Some fantastic historic features - awesome doors! Overall building historic and beautiful, very well kept. Staff helpful and pleasant, effective at resolving problems, though with some limitations Price reasonable compared to other locations we considered.
Booked royal suite for a special romantic weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday, found it to be unsuitably furnished for our needs - no sofa meant it was uncomfortable to be in, outdoor area unfurnished and hence unusable. Faint smell of smoke. Staff willingly gave us a new room, which was a junior suite, which was very much better and very satisfactory, but were unable to refund the difference in price for the downgrade as the booking had been paid upfront via booking.com. We were offered a third room, but declined as we didn't want to disrupt the break further with changing rooms. Overall reasonably well handled, but expected more from the top end room, and there should be a mechanism to deal with it from a cost perspective. Otherwise breakfast and breakfast room rather average. If we had just booked directly into the junior suite, we would have been cheaper, had a much better experience and left with a far better overall impression of the hotel's quality.
The hotel was so well maintained and the staff were so helpful. Great location too. The suite was amazing. Can't wait to return
Breakfast should maybe have been more European. But I enjoyed what was on offer.
Very good location.
Gorgeous rooms, quiet location, friendly staff
Great room great wifi great location friendly staff and awesome free breakfast
Close to most attractions, few minutes walk. The Deminka restaurant located in the same building; makes the place worth to visit any way. A real taste of Prague.
Balcony was not clean.
Property has been refurbished to retain it's old style.
No air con and on a busy road.
comfort and spacy enough room
there is stairs from front door to front dest. need to bring heavy luggage by myself
Loved the style and details of the hotel. Rooms are huge! Lots of windows, balcony with fabulous view, kitchen, large bathroom.
The only negative was no A/C but with all the windows and fan it cools off nicely at night.
Location very good. Our suite was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends.
There wasn't anything I disliked.
Good location, walking distance from city center, large, clean room with kitchen. We also had a small terrace. Staff extremely helpful. Yummy breakfast :)
Had a problem with the Internet, WiFi didn't work from our room on the 1st day; they fixed it the next day but the signal remained low. Also we found the cleaning staff in our room at about 4 PM on one occasion.
