The rooms are nice. Not exactly 4 star but good for the price.Nice enough breakfast and great location near the metro. Also on the way to airport so taxi price is less than to city centre. Before arriving I was sent an emai lby the hotel offering me a taxi pickup from the airport at 28 euro (700KCK).in fact if you just get one from the rank at the airport the price is actually <450ck. Which is what I did. Also dont get them to ring a taxi at the reception as they seem to charge a 30% surcharge for ringing the taxi for you.Shame really as otherwise a perfectly good hotel but it doesnt make you feel good that the hotel are trying to rip you off.

The hotel is described as 4*. I don't think it can be even 3*: terrible bathroom, cheap furniture. The hotel must be much more cheaper - max 50 eur. There is only one advantage: cheap pay parking is nearby.

Everything was great. We have got a bottle of wine from hotel. Nice cheese shop right near the hotel. Rooms are clean, big enough for two people, bathroom is good and clean, stuff is pleasent and helpfull. It is really comfortable for people having flights from Ruzhyne airport and willing to get to center in a few minutes. Thanks to this hotel for good time in Prague. Small lift, but I am not sure that it will spoil your trip ;)

The room are very comfortable and clean. With the price offered I thought it's a steal. Great location to go in to Old town Prague. Walking distant from the train station. Even could walk to Prague Castle. 30Min away

Close to the city, relatively cheap. Good breakfast. Strange smell in rooms, not all receptionists patient enough.

Breakfast was ok. Easy public parking nearby. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. I'd say something like lower 3-star would be more appropriate. The bedroom was ok, although the bathroom was not so great. The hotel service could be better. The wifi didn't work as it should, so didn't the lift.

Quietness, friendly staff, abbundant and tasty breakfast, excellent location near metro station at only two-three stops from the historical center. I would stay at Denisa again and reccomend it to my friends. Early in the morning the shower water wasn't enough warm (nearly cold)but probably it was due to austerity because of extremely low weather temperatures this winter.

Great location (20 minutes from the airport by bus, 10-15 minutes by public transport to the city centre). The room was quite big and there was a place to work. The hotel staff was ok - there were several small problems but they were quickly solved after I had visited the reception. The WiFi was slow and unstable. The breakfasts could be better.

Location - walking distance from Dejvicka metro stop. Cost was OK. Not given option of paying with Czech Koruna and had to pay with punitive exchange rate in Euros.

Location - close both to the city center (2 metro stops) and to airport bus (200 meters to the direct bus which takes 20min to airportgoes every 15minutes and and costs less then 1 euro) For this price - was 25euro single -it is just amazing how they can do it.

The staff were polite and kind, the bedroom was comfortable. The hotel was marketed as a 4 star hotel. The room perhaps would come to a lower end three star, the facilites are perhaps that of a 2.5 star, I am basing these assessments on my experience of hotels in the uk and International standard. (I was in the hotel business for a long time) I have spent a lot of time in Czech Republic and I am familiar with the old star rating system that existed in the past, which I can only imagine is being used here. The breakfast was a self service (German style) affair of perhaps below 1 star quality (UK), plenty of food, but no service and the hot food was unacceptable. For the price I paid it was value for money, it was not a super bargain and other better hotels were offering similar priced deals at the time. If you are used to staying in 4 star hotels this will disappoint I did know what to expect so was not too bothered, I may or may not have found better for the price, but was cheaper than an average walk-in price in Prague. In summery the hotel was fine, it was not an international standard 4 Star hotel. Note an extra star had been added to the label on the door.

The location is very good, with the metro A and tram 20, we could easily and fast travel to the city-centre. The room was clean and comfortable, there were also hair-dryer, television and drinks in the room, we had a balkon, too. The street was also quiet at night. The staff were kindly, you can also change your money at the reception. Breakfast was also good. The elevator was too small and old.

The hotel was near the city centre, near a tube station and near many shopping activities. The hotel was very nice, comfortable. We could recommend it. The hotel rooms were actually painted so there was a little disorder. But a little and temporarily.
