Hotel je prijeten, sobe lušne.

Center mesta je od hotela precej oddaljen. Najhitrejša izbira je bližnji metro, ki pa ponoči ne vozi. Nočni tramvaji in avtobusi so redki.

The room had everything we could want. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Four stars? Maybe 30 years ago.

Every member of staff we come across was friendly and helpful. We were allowed one hour extra for the check-out.

The lighting of the room was somewhat subdued, I wish the room had been brighter at night.

Location. Close to Airport.

Had room 201.Too noisy from stairs and elevator.

This hotel is conveniently located. Internet is much better than the average of Prague hotels.

The personal was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was rich.

The room was a bit cold in the night. The bathroom was clean but it looked like a 2/3 stars hotel. Not enough towels.

It was comfortable and reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was a decent spread. The Old town is easily accessible by the Tram which is 2 minutes away. Esp, because I dont like to stay bang in the middle of tourist district. Overall worth the stay!

Generousity. Had to check again to be sure how much I paid for the hotel for all the luxuries, even within europe. A complimetary bottle of wine to welcome you into your room. Very close to the metro station. About 20 minutes by direct bus to the airport

Location is near to underground and bus station to / from airport. staff and services are good.

The breakfast was very nice, despite the fact that the room was facing the wall of the building at a very close distance. The location is convenient and safe to move when returning back to the room after a drink. The point of our travel was not purely touristic, so we wanted to be close to that metro station and did not mind the distance from the historic centre. In any case it is very easy to visit the castle when staying at this hotel, even on feet. The rooms are renovated and good quality materials were used, but the building itsself (windows of the room, walls, floor) are old and not in good shape. The windows good have been replaced with aluminium ones.

The receptionist hardly had any mood to give us tips and directions, that is for the two men out of the three receptionists we met. It was as if we were disturbing them fm from facebook chatting and twittering. The other personel (cleaning ladies, breakfast stuff) never said a "hi" to us. There were speaking only Czech of course, but they could at least smile. It felt hostile to foreigners, which is rediculous when talking about Prague.

Good position 3min walk from metro station. Good breakfast. Value for money.

I spent only a short night in the hotel. They prepared me a meal to take instead of the breakfast as I was leaving around 6am. There is always someone at the reception so a late arrival is not an issue. The hotel was a nice combination of old and modern style (for example the room had modern furniture and old renovated doors).

The wifi connection is not very fast, but usable for basic browsing. The water was not very warm at 5.30am. Probably the boiler was not switched on in the night? My room was at the ground floor near the reception so I was able to hear guests passing by, but closing the inner doors of the room made my sleep uninterrupted.

Lift is awesome with manual hand opening door. The hotel proposed taxi transfer from/to airport, which was very good and comfortable. Fair hotel at fair price with easy transportation to the center.

We checked in late with no problems, breakfast was more than adequate and staff very friendly.

Does not match 4* at all !!! Maximum 3* ! There is absolutely nothing for 4*! Bathroom is uncomfortable ( a toilet is directly under the sink). It is strongly unacceptable. Breakfast - is a set of the most cheapest food, including coffee:(

Not a 4* hotel!! During our staying room was not cleaned at all, towels have not been changed even of we have asked to. Wifi is just a dream, the real thing is that its not working. Breakfast is very very poor. We have asked a parking space (paied)...in the evening it was occupied and we have been told that they can not guarantee parking. There is no AC. Very little and not always working elevator. I would not recommend 7th floor rooms. Old bath with strânge smell. NOT recommened as a 4* hotel. Maybe a 2*.
