Incredible front desk staff. The girls are very friendly and helpful. Really know Prague and are full of useful suggestions. Hotel slightly tired...could use a bit of renovating. But not a big problem. |

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers.-Insbesondere die Badewanne im Raum und der Liegecomfort der Matratzen.-Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Empfangs-Chefin. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig und das Personal leicht genervt.-Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. |

il personale è ottimo: si è mostrato sempre disponibile, gentile e molto attivo nel rispettare le richieste dei clienti. la camera era minuscola per 2 persone, ma lo sarebbe stata anche solo per una persona, non si riusciva neanche a stare in piedi, La colazione non era all'altezza di un qualunque altro hotel 4 stelle. |

Gostei o facto do hotel ser muito acolhedor e os empregados extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. A temperatura dos quartos era exageradamente alta... não consegui baixar temperatura no meu quarto. |

l'hotel è bello e la stanza confortevole e calda. La tv non ha programmi internazionali. Solo la CNN Forse la posizione non è ottimale visto che la maggior parte della "vita" si svolge dall'altra parte del fiume (zona piazza vecchia) |

Die in den Superior-Zimmern im "Neubau" (17. Jhd. im Unterschied zum Altbau (14. Jhd.) eingebauten offenen Bäder (nur durch eine Glaswand tlw. abgetrennt, zum Zimmer hin offen), insbesondere das nur in einem Milchglaskäfig installierte WC sind doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Faktisch nur für Alleinreisende zu empfehlen. |

Nette, saubere & ruhige Zimmer - aber recht klein ! Frühstück gut ! Lage sehr gut ! Anfahrt mit Auto durch Wohnstrasse. Parkplatz f.d. Auto um 11 EUR /Tag vermittelt - aber 20 Minuten Fussweg ! Spa Sauna : Nett , klein kostet aber 33 EUR / Stunde extra. (bis 4 Personen) |

Die Lage des Hotel ist perfekt, wenn man alle touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung haben will. Außerdem wurde der neue Teil des Hotels sehr hochwertig und schick ausgebaut. Schlichte Gänge mit naturbelassenen Betonwänden und Fußböden, sehr warme Atmosphäre. Also wenn es doch mal einen Tag regnet in Prag, kann man sich dort sehr gut aufhalten. Das Frühstück war vielfältig+gut. Die Mitarbeiter wirken allesamt eher gezwungen höflich, nicht freundlich. Außerdem sind die Lüftungen der Küche, Klimaanlagen und Abzüge sehr laut, vor allem, wenn man das Zimmer im 1. Stock hat und auch im Frühstücksraum. |
