Good hotel staff and excellent location. Decoration in Standard rooms is not to my taste and I felt a little bit disappointed, because I expected a design interieur according to the photos, but in our room we found very plain deco: modern furniture but without any quality material (wood, fabrics, covering). For this modern style some luxury in material is indispensable. Unless it seems poor. So if you wish to stay in real design interieur you had better choose Superior rooms, I assume. |

We found the staff very friendly and helpful and encountered no language problems. However, if you want to pay licensed cab rates make sure you tell the staff to order you a AAA cab. While it is not a long walk to or from the Metro or transit lines it is up a steep hill so you don't want to be carrying anything very heavy or else take a cab. |

Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast is small, but has something for everyone. Staff is very nice. Location is amazing! Rooms nice and quiet and the hotel is small so has a very nice atmosphere. A/C was a bit on the weak side and it cooled down better if the window was open. |

Incredible front desk staff. The girls are very friendly and helpful. Really know Prague and are full of useful suggestions. Hotel slightly tired...could use a bit of renovating. But not a big problem. |

L'établissement est bien situé, et très bien tenu. Petit déjeuné parfait, ambiance zen... La seule décéption vient de la différence entre les photos présentes sur le site et la chambre effectivement attribuée. Même si cette dernière était très bien, "la promesse" n'était pas tenue... autre chose à préciser aussi: la rue Nérudava est très pentue! à savoir pour des personnes agées par exemple... |

posizione ottima sotto il castello e ad un minuto dal ponte carlo servizio bar poco al servizio del cliente dell'albergo il bar chiudeva alle 10 di seral'hotel ci siamo fatti cambiare una stanza perchè senza finestra con una piccola botola sul soffitto come"basculante",ogni tanto il design si conferma un po' scomodo...cmq i prezzi reali dell'albergo sono come quelli di un grandhotel |

l'emplacement - le petit déjeuner le personnel de l'entrée parle en anglais mais surtout ne fait aucun effort pour se faire comprendre alors qu'elle voyait bien que nous parlions difficilement cette langue. Pour la chambre, le gros problème était que les fenêtres donnaient sur un couloir des cuisines et il y avait un gros problème de bruit de ventilation. Malgré la chaleur, nous avons donc été obligés de dormir les fenêtres fermées. |

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima La mancanza di supporti essenziali in camera (asciugamani, ciabatte da camera). La tariffa dell'hotel è in generale eccessiva rispetto alla qualità offerta. |

el servicio de recepción del hotel. Su ubicación. la habitación que nos dieron esta localizada en el area nueva del hotel. El baño está incorporado a la habitación, separado por cristales. Como diseño está bien, pero cuando el baño se usa, el vapor pasa a la habítación que queda muy húmeda.Fuera de ello, no hay colgantes para colgar ropa. |

Qualité et dévouement des personnes à l'accueil ( du jour) et du personnel en général. Gardiennne de nuit, possédant un anglais moins bon.Petit déjeuner de qualité. Le design a été sacrifié à des points essentiels comme :1 chaise seulement dans la chambre, pas de tablette pour poser ses trousses de toilette, pas de réceptacle pour poser un savon entamé, ni dans la salle d'eau ni dans la douche, l'eau qui coule sous la porte de la douche et vien innonder la salle d'eau,la signalisation pour atteindre la chambre 103 est très insuffisant, de même que pour regagner la réception ou la sortie. L'itinéraire de cet accès est un vrai labyrinthe avec beaucoup de marches à monter, et à descendre, pas très pratique avec les bagages.Le fait qu'on soit obligé de payer le garage " cash .pas de table de nuit ne de lampe de chevet, 1 seul interrupteur d'un seul côté du lit.l'architecte n'a jamais dû habiter ds 1 hotel |

Le petit déjeuner était bien; l'hôtel est très bien situé: à 150m du château royal et à 15 minutes du pont Charles Le personnel était assez peu aimable. Le spa coûte cher (25€ pour une heure) et quand nous y sommes allés (nous avons réservé), le sauna n'était pas chaud et le jacuzzi était vide. |
