The hotel was very easy to get to from the Airport - the bus departs from outside arrivals and the journey ends literally metres from the hotel doors. And then it is a very easy underground ride into the tourist area - where you can enjoy the sites on the walk back to the hotel. It was quite pricey for food and beverages but I think that is the case at all hotels. |

Room was excellent value for money. Restaurant and bar was very expensive. e.g €7 for a glass of house wine - the same in a bar in the dcity centre was €2 |

Excellent value, good location - 20 minutes direct bus ride from airport , steps to city subway that get you to centre of city in 7 minutes, very helpful staff |

We were very happy to find, when we arrived, that we had been upgraded to a superior room.In addition the metro is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and it was very convenient for access to the city centre. The general area of the hotel is somewhat down market but the location is very convenient for taking bus no. 119 to the airport. |

Its very convenient location that takes only 20minits from Airport by bus and located in front of the last bus stop. Its very crowded at the restaulant(Breakfast). |

I added EU 15.- per night for better view and brighter colored room. The buffet breakfast is good. Staffs there are seldom smile. Anyhow, they are still willing to help. |

The only positive thing was the breakfast (excellent variety of choice). Everything else was pretty poor in this hotel and would not recommend it at all. This is a run-out 4* hotel that nowaways would be happy to receive a 2* in a normal city. The terrible beds (asked for a different room and it was exactly the same problem) make your back ache in the morning, the walls were really up for paint job, the floor carpet looked quite dirty and we did not dare to walk in bare feet. Furthemore, the hotel keeps the procedure of charging your credit card on arrival as a "pre-authorisation" of payment, the amount deducted from my credit card was higher than the invoice amount and after 5 days of waiting and complaining, I have not yet received the extra charge back to my account. |
