Score from 1061 reviews Very good
The decor of the hotel was very modern. The location was perfect- 3-4 minutes slow walking to main square. We arrived early morning to prague so got the 119 bus from airport and then metro- was very easy- 1 32czh ticket lasts 90mins and you can go by both bus and metro. Hotel was just around corner from a yummy pub with traditional food. All the facilities we needed were in the room. The room was warm but opening window cooled us down nicely. We stayed in room 208 with low angled traditional wood beam ceilings- very different and added to our experience. Very good value for money also. Staff very good English and happy to help. Wifi great. This hotel Complimented our trip to prague perfectly.
Possibly I would have liked the minibar to be stocked. Perfect otherwise!
The staff was very helpful. The spa bath. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. It was quiet.
The breakfast wasn't so good. The Internet worked half of the time. The bed wasn't hard enough.
You can’t beat the location of this hotel, in the heart of the old quarter, minutes to the old town square! Ask where the target supermarket is, once you know the way, it’s minutes away. The Havelska street market is just around the corner (best place for souvenirs and gifts). Great breakfast, excellent coffee. If you have a complaint – they attend to it immediately. Small intimate hotel, a great find.
The hotel has just been thoroughly renovated – and has some “childhood” problems such as falling wardrobe doors and lack of hot water in the shower – all quickly fixed (though we had to shower in the next door room on the first night). I did not downgrade the hotel since I know they will fix all these problems, they really try hard to please the guests. The hotel is in a small alley, but if people are loud when they walk down the street at night – you hear it… WiFi not that strong in the rooms. All in all, I would still choose this hotel again – even though they raised the price significantly.
I like the big bath tub, and all the rooms are comfortable for staying. The restaurant that staff recommend is good, and their breakfast is also good. Location is super, can walk around in the old town.
nothing I don't like...
The staff were fabulous really helpful, the hotel itself was good value for money, well located, nicely decorated and the rooms were almost sound proof. We changed rooms so got a bit of a tour and the what you get in the room seems to change room to room so we got tea and coffee in one room but no kettle
The bed was the typical prague hotel bed 'hard as a rock' and our first room had a sofa lounge area but the tv was in the bedroom so to watch tv you had to sit on the bed so it felt like being in a bedroom not a suit but good value for money overall
location quite near to the old town square. staff quite helpful. facility quite clean and convenient.
Our first visit to Prague was definitely made all the more enjoyable due to our stay at Dolce Vita. From the transfer from the airport to our late check out, all staff were excellent. The location couldn't really be better. Excellent sights all in walking distance. Excellent restaurants recommended by the staff. One word - EXCELLENT!
The staff was extremely accommodating, polite, spoke English perfectly. Breakfast was fantastic, has everything, and a great server who made outstanding cappuccinos, as well as turned the Frank Sinatra tunes up for us so we could all sing along. The room: bathroom was perfect, had everything. Beds were extremely comfortable, great TV, cute views of the rooftops of the city. Mini fridge, and the staff had a bottle of champagne set for us (at our request) at the exact time we needed it. I can't stress enough how fantastically accommodating the staff was! I travel for a living and this staff was hands down the best I've had yet!
We stayed on the top floor, which was a two floor room (bedroom upstairs loft style). The ceilings made it extremely difficult to get in or out of bed without knocking your head on a wooden support beam. Stairs to downstairs were loud enough to wake the dead, I don't think even a ninja could have made it down without waking everyone in the room.
Comfort and courtesy.
Excellent location downtown with short walking distance to good breweries or touristic attractions. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Soundproofing of the rooms could be better. In case your neighbor takes a shower at 6:30am or answers a phone at 7am -- Good Morning Vietnam! You are awake, too.
I cannot more highly recommend this hotel. The staff was above and belong welcoming and helpful. The whole place was spotless and our room was a duplex under the eaves...quiet and romantic. Breakfast was both hot entrees and cold and a wonderful variety. The breakfast person was kind, and would mek any type of coffee or chocolate to order. It is located steps from the main square and Astronomical clock, very close to the Charles bridge, and Wenceslaus square. Again, this is a beautiful place to choose for you trip to this wonderful city.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the centre of town, able to walk to many sites. Tram close by. Huge bedroom, big living room in a quiet zone. Room 102 Comfortable bed and very clean.
The hotel is very near Old Town Square. Its clean and the staff is good.
Bathroom was bad. Because of the roof shaped space, the shower was very small and it was hard to take a shower there.
Great location, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff.
wifi signal not always stable
Four-night-stay end of September. Hotel staff was really helpful! We were checked in really fast while sipping coffee at the bar. Room was at 3rd floor, clean, spacious and even two-storey. Wifi signal excellent. Breakfast was perfect, even our teenage daughters thought so. Location in the middle of old Prague absolutely great, few minutes walk to Charles' Bridge, Old Town Square and hundreds of restaurants and shops. Tram stop 3 min walk to Prague Castle.
Location, staff, great breakfast and great coffee.
Lovely accommodating staff, the inside of the hotel has been beautifully done up, the room is truly super nice (top floor on back of the hotel), breakfast was up to standards.
Please fix the shower facilities on the top floor. Sorry guys, but after a long, long day at a conference one desperately needs a good hot shower. No water pressure and tepid/cold water just doesn't do the trick. You handled the complaint with aplomb, but if you don't fix this (i do not think i was the only guest who ever had this issue in this room) then it might turn against you. Rip out the bath, change places with the toilet, and try to fix the pressure, and that hopefully does the trick.
Excellent location, staff all extremely helpful
great room design; clean; very friendly and helpful staff; excellent location; WLAN included; quiet during the night
Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Spacious and clean rooms, well styled. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast until 11:30 which is great for those of us who like to sleep in.
Nothing, our stay was faultless.
It was as good as we had read in the other reviews. We felt really good there and got all help and valuable recommendations we needed! Definitelly to be recommended!

Problems with the shower. But nothing that isn't fixable.
