Absolutely everything about this hotel was great. I stayed there with my teenage son. The hotel desk staff was excellent: spoke english with me, assisted us in finding things like great golf courses and sightseeing spots, and the in-hotel gym was modern and clean. The rooms were very modern, clean and spaceous with two beds. The roomservice was great, and we had a beautiful view from our 7th floor room. We had a car so cannot speak for availability of public transportation. However, though the underground parking was a little pricey (but worth it in the end) it very safe and convenient, and we were in the heart of town in 5 minutes. I will return to this hotel each time I visit Prague
Breakfast, wifi, metro and tram facing the hotel
Receptionists were a bit rude! Also, they didn't have a double bed in a suite i was staying in, they only had twin beds embedded into eachother, lol. No windows to let some air in, felt like in a cage.
overall it was not a bad stay ,convenient to all tourist locations
food was the same thing every day for breakfast and not tasty at all ,room service -it was cold when it reached the room ,
Comfy and clean bedroom, great breakfast with plenty of choice.
Broken shower head and I had to ask for a second pillow.
the own souvenir shop (but does not open till quite late in the day) the cosmetic center the people working there are very friendly
The people working there can't speak english very well. Lots of things were broken The floor carpets are very dirty
Large room, good wi-fi, decent brekfast. good reception staff
blocked sink drain, room too hot, pillows uncomfortable, double bed was two singles stuck together cupboard without doors, room barely cleaned, 1 bath robe for 2 people, new wi-fi password every day, not the one given on check-in, bar very average, generaly tired building
nice clean comfortable rooms
groups and conferences are priviledged, ie. executive lounge and the restaurant were privatized one day without any information given or alternatives offered.
The breakfast was good and overall the room was always clean and in a prefect conditions. The location is prefect too.
It would have been great if there was more menu options for choice of dinner.
The hotel has very helpful reception staff ecspecially jan, they got me room delierved pizzas and Indian food at 2 am from restaurants outside the hotel. The main prague station is about 10 mins by Drive.
Good room size Comfortable beds Good shower Good breakfast 2 min walk from metro and tram-15 mins to centre
Single beds pushed together to make a double Breakfast on first floor a tad untidy in the fact that you had to hunt for cutlery and coffee cups and tables left with dirty crockery Smoking allowed in lounge
Rooms very clean and comfortable. Just two stops away on the metro from the centre of Prague . All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Tea and coffee machines at breakfast but similar to all hotels. Ask for a flask of freshly made coffee excellent
high prices at the hotelbar
Loved Everything!!!! Felt warm welcome loved the surrounding environment excellent helpful English speaking staff. Loved the breakfast and loved the way they had hair dressers, souvenir shops which was handy as i bought last minute gifts, the massage parlour was brilliant and relaxing. I would recommend to everyone.
Was warm in the room and air con has low setting. Every thing else was perfect.
Front staff was very friendly. Location was good.
TO EXPENSIVE PARKING
It's a good solution if you need accomodation in Prague, has everything what a hotel has to have. Correct service for a fair price.
On the other hand unlike many other Prague hotels there is nothing particular about it, no style to remember, nothing to make it unique or interesting. For breakfast on a Saturday morning there were no juices available to drink, just an automat with some dilute concentrate, basically colored water.
Good bed. Real HD television with maintained channels. Easy to find by car.
Only 1 power outlet in the room far away from the bed. When crowded with guests the 4 elevators aren't enough or too slow. No fruits at breakfast only fruit salat. Car parking was not explained well for more than 1 night stay. No space for notebook or tablet in the room safe.
location 50 meters fm Undeground/Metro station
On sattelite TV no any Ukraine's chanels, only RTR, Russia 24 etc
Friendly helpful staff, Value, Cleanliness.
A member of the hotel reception who couldn't be bothered to assist with a simple request.
Helpful Staff Free WiFi Bar Fridge Close to Metro
No English Channels TV Breakfast no varirty even though plenty to eat
- Location right off a metro station - !st-class underground parking facility, with direct easy access from the hotel lobby, safe both for users and cars (!), and extremely reasonably priced at approx. €20/day (at downtown Prague, hotels charge €35/day) - I was given a room upgrade, even though my room rate was already a promotional rate - top quality staff at check-in/check-out - in-room tea/coffee making facilities and bathrobe - excellent staff at ground-floor restaurant
- poor quality of staff at the bar, ignoring or forgetting orders, not caring to clean tables after patrons had left, and paying way more attention to their boss's birthday celebration than to clients needs or orders.
Everything..... Everything about that hotel was awesome. We reached at 3 in the night. And the first look was WOW!!!! the beds , the rooms were so comfortable..... And the breakfast was the icing on the cake..... In short I am going to Prague again and staying here
I'm a smoker, so I was happy with smoking possibility in the bar. (Additionally: they have a good air cleaning system, so the smoke was not problem for the non-smoker guests.)
Quality of the coffee for breakfast..
Excellent connection to city center. The metro is behind the hotel and it takes you to the city centre within 10 mins. There are also trams in front of the hotel. For the price I got it, I would always go there without second thought
The cemetery that's beside the hotel. Its not the hotel's fault though.
