Very polite reception and info personel. Well trained technicians: it took only 2-3 minutes to rescue us from the brocken elevator. Also location of the hotel close to metro station is advantage.

3Rdstay here very good. Rooms good. Warm througout hotel. On website tea/coffee facilities advertised but coffee/tea only provided for 1st night.very dissapointing.

The hotel is close to the subway, very convenient . It is easy accessible by car and has a large parking-lot. The three elevators in our tower were very slow and outdated. We stayed on the 8th floor and had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in.

A vibrant hotel with very good facilities. Very well run. Choice of restaurants providing snacks or gourmet dining. A pool, bowling alley, choice of bars. Metro just outside to the centre of Prague in 10 minutes. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very comfortable bed. You have to pay to use swimming pool, however it is free for guests between 8.00am - 10.00am every day.

The price was very cheap, we booked via the website booking and for 42 euros per night we even had breakfast included ! a metro station was a few meters away and we had quiet nights, the neighbourhood was not noisy at all. Breakfast was okay. Room was fully furnished (clean towels every day, hairdryer, safe locker, mini bar...) I would recommand this hotel to someone who has a low budget The receptionist was not helpful at all but of course, it doesn't mean that it would be the same for you. The use of the internet in the hall was expensive (2 euros/10min)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, spricht gut englisch,teilweise auch deutsch und bleibt auch bei großem Andrang gelassen und ruhig. Trotz der Größe des Hotels und vieler Reisegruppen ist die Atmosphäre gelassen und entspannt. Die Zeiten für die Schwimmbadbenutzung sind sehr ungünstig, erst ab 8.00 Uhr geöffnet.

Je ne pense pas que cet hôtel correspond aux 4 étoiles qu'il affiche fièrement. Déjà la capacité des ascenseurs est tout à fait insuffisante pour un tel nombre de chambres. Assez gênant le nombre impréssionnnant de groupes de touristes qui débarquent tous les jours.

отель расположен в 9 районе праги рядом с метро. в пяти минутах езды от ледовой арены и большого торгового комплекса. много туристов из европы:итальянцев, немцев. в основном берущие туры выходного дня. много молодежи. при отеле есть бассейн, спортзал и боулинг. персонал говорит по русски.минус отеля маленькие номера и удаленность от центра. рекомендую отель молодежи и семейным парам со взрослыми детьми. маленькие номера.

Das Zimmer war in einem sauberen Zustand und recht gemütlich, wobei wir es nur als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nutzten. Mit der Reservierung hat alles bestens geklappt,auch der Parkplatz war immer bewacht. Auch hat uns die Lage direkt vor der Metrostation, mit der man problemlos die Innenstadt erreichen kann, sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und distanziert. An der Rezeption wird man sehr kühl begrüßt, die Kommunikation auf das Nötigste beschränkt, Reinigungskräfte sind unfreundlich und im Frühstücksraum wird man ignoriert. Uns war das egal, aber wer auf solche Gesten und Höflichkeitsformen achtet, wird hier enttäuscht.

Хорошее отношение, отзывчивый персонал, метро рядом с отелем, бассейн (бесплатный до 10 утра, потом за символическую плату), недорогой спортзал и боулинг, просторный и удобный номер с сейфом и возможностью приготовить себе чай/кофе, приемлимый "континентальный" завтрак, спокойствие, хороший ресторан в отеле. Очень плохой беспроводной интернет в фойе, в номере надо покупать дополнительно (хотя тоже не дорого). Парковка не бесплатная (что-то вроде 200 крон в сутки).

очень понравился завтрак. шведский стол. горячие блюда, каша, фрукты. в общем хороший плотный завтрак. уборка номера, вернее отсутствие ее. останавливались в отеле на 5 ночей. ни разу не была произведена должная уборка номера, один раз поменяли полотенца. не соответствует заявленным 4*.

Bien mais pas vraiment le genre d'hôtel que choisirait en temps normal, il n'y a aucun charme, mais bien placé et bien pour un court séjour, rapport qualité prix parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est inclus mais, on se croirait dans un cantine d'école des années 60 et la qualité du petit déj est médiocre. Pour le reste rien à dire.

Desayuno buffet muy completo, productos variados y buenos. Habitaciones correctas, limpias y cálidas. Situado junto a estación de metro que lleva al centro en 15 minutos. Ambiente tranquilo. WiFi gratuita y sin password en el vestíbulo, con amplia zona de sofás, billar y cafetería. Buena cama adicional por 25eur/noche. Ideal para tres personas en una habitación. Buena relación calidad/precio. Horrible zumo de naranja en el desayuno: artificial y aguado. Estéticamente es feo: un edificio gigante y cuadrado, y la decoración es cutre (solo sirve para dormir, desayunar bien, dejar las maletas y visitar la ciudad). Horario de la piscina/gimnasio limitado o de pago.

Vicinanza alla fermata della metropolitana, anche se per arrivare in centro bisognava fare diverse fermate e cambiare linea La camera non è stata mai pulita in 7 giorni, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani. Le lenzuola le hanno cambiate dopo 5 giorni dietro nostra lamentela, mai spolverato, mai passato l'aspirapolvere. La piscina era piccola ed a pagamento, il casinò era praticamente un bar con le slot machine

L'accès direct au centre ville par une bouche de métro qui se trouve à quelques mètres de l'hôtel Un minim réfrigérateur dans la chambre permet de conserver ses achats de boissons et alimentation Les chambres sont faites en apprence. Par exemple, aucun changement des draps pendant nos 5 jours. Serviettes très usées, de quoi décaper la peau. L'hygiène est à revoir Le buffet petit déjeuner est de très basse qualité qu'il s'agisse de choses basiques comme le pain ou du café. Enfin, hôtel est bruyant: claquqage des portes dès 8h00 du matin (heure de début du petit déjeuner), enfants qui courent dans le couloirs, ...

Le rapport qualité prix, la chambre propre, équipée comme il faut. Le petit déjeuner bien fourni. Un hôtel qui vaut plutôt trois étoiles (et pas quatre), mais très bien pour une visite de la ville ! (métro à 150m ! Centre ville à 10mn) Les rideaux qui ne ferment pas parfaitement : lumière dans la chambre à 6h30, difficile de dormir pour ma compagne.
