the hotel is near from the metro and somebody is in the center at 15 minites !the hotel is comfortable and clear.

the staff is unhelpful and is not polite.

I liked the location as it is excellent being very close to the metro station that had saved much time and money for us. I also liked so much the very nicely decorated breakfast restaurant. The food was good too. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The cleaning lady on the 5th floor was so nice and devoted to her job ! The woman in the trip reservations was so nice , informative and helpful. The service in the reception was fast and adequate. The special price we got through "Booking.com" was excellent and convenient too. Best wishes and thank you.

A vibrant hotel with very good facilities. Very well run. Choice of restaurants providing snacks or gourmet dining. A pool, bowling alley, choice of bars. Metro just outside to the centre of Prague in 10 minutes. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

You have to pay to use swimming pool, however it is free for guests between 8.00am - 10.00am every day.

The price was very cheap, we booked via the website booking and for 42 euros per night we even had breakfast included ! a metro station was a few meters away and we had quiet nights, the neighbourhood was not noisy at all. Breakfast was okay. Room was fully furnished (clean towels every day, hairdryer, safe locker, mini bar...) I would recommand this hotel to someone who has a low budget

The receptionist was not helpful at all but of course, it doesn't mean that it would be the same for you. The use of the internet in the hall was expensive (2 euros/10min)

The bar was closed at 00.

Old furniture in rooms

gute Verkehrsanbindung, direkt vor der Haustür Metro-Station, dazu gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit ebenso vor der Haustür - Kaufland. WLAN in der Lobby gratis & schnell. Betten waren wirklich mal für günstige tschechische Verhältnisse sehr bequem. In Anbetracht des Preises, und im direkten Vergleich zum Top Hotel Leisure Center Prag (gleiche Preisschiene): ok, empfehlenswert. Ruhige Gäste, ruhiger Frühstücksraum, rel. ruhige Lage, Fenster gut schallisolierend, im neunten Stock tolle Aussicht (trotz Plattensiedlung weiter Blick), Sauberkeit für tschechische Verhältnisse zufriedenstellend.

Frühstück: Salate nicht frisch, keine Abwechslung im Frühstücksbuffett, für Nicht-Kaffeetrinker keinen Kakao, nur eine Sorte Tee. Teilw. abgenutztes Zimmer, Risse an der Wand hinterm Vorhand, Duschschlauch mit Loch, Haare vom "Vorurlauber" in Bad & auf Bett. Servicepersonal (bis auf Reinigungskräfte) mürrisch & knapp angebunden. Im Vergleich zum Top Hotel Leisure Center Prag Frühstück zu geringe Auswahl; sowie keine All-Incl.-Leistung bei den Wellness-Einrichtungen (war aber beim Buchen schon klar)

Hotelet ligger godt både til udflugter I egen bil og så er der ikke langt til Metro og Sporevogne max 200 m og der er en meget god morgenmad.

Der er ikke noget jeg er utilfredes med, søde og venlige personale kommer igen.

Desastroso el tema de la pscina y la sauna. Bajamos a las 21 horas y nos encontamos con un señor que a base de gestos (sabia ingles) y alguna palabra aislada nos dijo que si queriamos entar que pagaramos que gratis era de las 8 a las 10 horas.Al dia siguiente bajamos a darnos un baño antes de salir a la ciudad. Preguntamos por la sauna y nos dijeron que si queriamos sauna por la tarde que estaba cerrada. Daba la sensacion de que molestabamos.
