В самом центре. Очень сложно попасть на стоянку! На сайте нет информации, что если бронировать стоянку заранее, то это будет дешевле на 50 крон. В номере была оборвана занавеска, разбита люстра, все в паутине. Полы даже не подметены. Такое впечатление, что там давно никто не убирался, только кровати застелили и все. Завтрак в другом отеле, там же ресепшн. Брр! Никому не посоветую. К счастью, остановились там на одну ночь. |

De kamer was heel netjes, en een goed gratis ontbijt sochtends. En lekker dicht in het centrum, ookal is Karlovy Vary niet zo groot. |

Der nicht sehr fähige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption des Nachbarhotels. Nicht erwähnt ist übrigens in der Beschreibung, dass man gute 100 Meter zu einem benachbarten Hotel gehen muss, um den Mitarbeiter dort zu erreichen. An der Eingangstür weist einen darauf mehrsprachig ein Schild hin. Das betrifft einen übrigens auch, wenn man Frühstücken möchte. Speziell armselig fand ich den Umstand, dass man zwar gerne die Rechnung in EURO ausstellt (oder bei den Kronen gerne großzügig aufrundet), allerdings nicht mal einen Betrag von 50 EURO wechseln kann. Für einen kleinen Händler könnte ich das verstehen, für ein Hotel nicht. |

velice se mi zalíbili rolety na okna, originální a praktické nedostatečná parkovací místa, vzdalenost od místa snídaní a určitě by ste měli lidem včas ujasnit, že zapsat se musí jinde, než kde hotel opravdu je |

Guter Preis für die Übernachtungen! Rezeption spricht keine deutsch. Es herrschte Chaos zu unseren Reservierungen. Zimmer mit und ohne Balkon (preislich unterschiedlich) wurden vertauscht. 1 Zimmer fehlte dem Anschein nach bei der Reservierung. Frühstück ist unterste Kategorie, Personal unfreundlich. Es mußte zum Frühstück angestanden werden. Einfachste Untensilien, wie Messer, Servietten oder vollständiges Auffüllen des Buffetts fehlten einfach! |

Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Kurzentrum von Karlsbad ist einfach ideal. Das Balkonzimmer über dem berühmten Cafe Elefant war sehr reizvoll für uns. |

l'Hôtel Elefant avait pratiqué le surbooking, nous avons séjourné au Kucera, hôtel jumelé (réception commune) chambres des premiers étages d'un charme rétro avec des plafonds moulurés et dorés...classe |

- schöne ruhige Lage, - deutschsprachige Hotelmitarbeiter an der Rezeption, - sofortige Problemlösung: da das gebuchte Dreibettzimmer nicht verfügbar war, bekamen wir zwei Doppelzimmer und auch die fehlenden Handtücher wurden uns sofort mit einer Entschuldigung gebracht, - uns fehlte beim Frühstücksbuffet irgentwie schon ein wenig Obst und Gemüse, ansonsten war es abwechslungsreich und gut, - die Matratzen sind etwas unbequem, |

Große saubere Zimmer mit Bad und sep. WC. Gute Stadtlage. Das die Rezeption im Hotel Kucera ist. Dies ist schlecht sichtbar. |

Gut war die unmittelbare Nähe zur Kurzone, ohne Strassenverkehr, die Preise waren niedrig und die Sanitärzelle in gutem Zustand, in den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen starke Gerüche nach Reinigungsmitteln, zum Frühstück muss man ausser Haus ins Hotel Kucera |

Großes, modern eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer mit Badewanne. Preis und Leistung passen, wenn man bedenkt, daß man im unteren Preissegment bucht. Zahlung nur bar möglich. Frühstück leider nicht im Hause (Cafe Elephant) sondern Hotel Kucera, ca. 100m. Dürfte auch in diesem Preissegment besser sein. |
